I, the president of the nation of 255070625, wish to clarify the events of yesterday. Yesterday while I led my army's march in our capital, two shots were fired in my direction. Well, my army quickly went into formation, fired a barrage of bullets at my assailant, killing him, then essentially tearing the flesh from his bones. Due to this, we havent been able to identify who the man is, or what motives he may have had in his actions. I request that any countries that may have information on the subject come forward and present it. If any problems should emerge from this, I wish only to solve it using diplomacy, and not engage in combat.

I have no reason to think that my people feel oppressed for although their political rights are somewhat limited, their civil liberties are not supressed at all. They are free to protest and voice their opinion without fear of being silenced by the government. And also, there havent been any protests in my country since it came into existence. Leafanistani Troops began a crackdown in major cities, they had yet to reach the pirate port of New Dartmouth. The Red Brigade became worried, Leafanistani raids proved most effective in the past, and the officiers were brutal when dealing with domestic "traitors". We have no problem with capturing the terrorists and returning them to your nation for trial. These scum are clearly guilty. They deserve no better.

The strike team was inserted into 255070625 to finish the job they started. They were carrying falsified Saharistani Passports and their vague Middle Eastern looks aroused little suspicion. They booked a hotel in the capital, though the agent there felt odd that so many people all booked rooms.

The hotel clerk calls the police, claiming that there are several Saharistani terrorists in his building, and that they seem armed and dangerous. Then he orders a pizza.

5 minutes later, the Stabroeck police department arrives, evacuates the lower floors of the buliding and closes off the entire block. Four helicopters are also present at the scene, one news chopper, one black hawk, and two police helicopters carrying snipers.

The snipers tried to fire down, but the BlackHawk's MGs caught them off guard, they aimed up to try to bring the craft down, but were quickly mowed down.

Canisters of tear gas were thrown at the front of the hotel, but the terrorists shot blindly through the smoke, killing two civilians. The police shot back, shooting one of them in the crotch, bringing him to his knees.

The terrorists didn't care, they took a bomb that was meant for a car, a small C4 device, set a 10 second timer and threw it, just before a burst of 9mm fire caught him in the face and brought him down.

Its a Priate port, but thanks to Lax gun laws landing there will be hell. Its part of a small "uncharted" (due to shame Leafanistani Cartographers do not put this on its map) island controlled by General Alexi Romanov and defended with old equipment. The nation of 255070625 has just recieved some vital information from its undercover agents that have infiltrated the Red Brigrade. We have pinpointed the location of the Comrade General, although no one has seen him. He is based in the port of New Dartmouth, a private port located on the western coast of Leafanistan. It is not on the map, but the tracers we have on our men will allow us to located the secretive port. We also know that on the fifth wednesday of every month, a shipment of cocaine leaves the port for 255070625, and the next day, a shipment of viagra arrives from 2550670625(we hear he suffers from erectile disfunction). They say the shipment is sent directly to his home in the city. Our plan is to intercept the ship before it arrives in 2550670625, steal the cocaine, and sneak 100 of our men into crates marked "VIAGRA". We will then send the ship back to New Dartmouth, send the crates to Comrade General, at which point they will jump out and kill him. They will storm the city, kill everyone, civilian or terrorist, burn the port to the ground, and sink every ship. To ensure the capture of the General, each man will be equiped with enough mustard gas to annihilate the population. The gas will be released an hour after the arrival of the frieght.

Along with a large part of his militia and pirate navy. He sent a recovery team to get to the port in a few days, after that he would regain a lot of his ships. He organized a strike force and collected his power base. Since the island used to be a dumping ground for the Leafanistani Navy, and a testing ground for weapons systems, a lot of older ships were around, and many were refurbished by the pirates. Romanov, worked with the Mafia, and started bringing in shells, and missiles for his ships.

As these words echoed through the rough bars in Leafanistan, as they echoed through the pubs in Solvania, as they echoed throughout all the pirate ports. Men were riled up, and a mass drive of small raider ships, all the way up to private Battlecruisers began moving toward Solvania.

Even the Leafanistani people had taken notice. A small student protest erupted in the capital city; Concord, demanding that Leafanistan interfere. The Senate agreed and decided to start diplomatic relations.

We will not pay $250 million per person, as much as we regret the loss of civilian life on your part. But we must make it clear that the Leafanistani government was aware of the operation and had the opportunity to evacuate the civilian population or at least advise them of the danger at hand, but chose not to. We know that Leafanistan is currently engaged in a war, and that 51,056 people is nothing compared to the amount lost in the course of that war. Thus, I resolve that $10 billion be sent to Leafanistan to aid its efforts in the war and also the Leafanistan be allowed to build a temporary military base in 255070625.
