Breaking the surface as it crossed the Arctic circle, a lone Supremacy class submarine cruised North, plowing through the icy waters with ease, making no attempt to hide it's pressence. It was either on offical business or had balls.

As it approached the area claimed by the Coalition of Evil, a flag was hoisted above the conning tower, marking the ship as being from the European Empire of Crimmond, meaning they had bussiness and balls. An unexpected visitor, for sure, as it sailed for the heart of the Ineffable waters, ignoring all non-military ships.

Soon approached by a warship, the submarine identified itself as the CSS Democracy's Bane and informed the captain that the sub was carrying an official represenative, a Mister Coleman, from Crimmond. The represenative also requested that Bob meet with Mister Coleman outside the palace, on it's steps. The photographers and reporters would love pictures of the the Great Ineffable Bob meeting with a represenative of Crimmond after only scant contact for years.

The submarine was, of course, tracked from the moment it approached Ineffable territory. That it was from Crimmond was almost beyond question, and this was known even before they decided to hoist the flag. Only two nations in the entire world could produce a Supremacy, and The Ineffable Empire was one of them.

The frigate sent to meet the submarine radioed the okay, and escorted it to the port of Henry. A sizeable city, the buildings...or perhaps I should say building, singular; the entire city was basically a single building, full of right angles, cubes, and not a sphere in sight...were brown and corroded from the plethora of emissions. As the submarine approached, this brown could be seen mingling with some green; algae and other assorted photosynthetic microorganisms desposited upon the city.
The sky, too, exuded inhospitality. Whether it was the emissions affecting the climate, weather control feeling nasty, or nature just feeling like it, it was impossible to tell. But it was an iron grey, with a hint of thunderclouds to come.
All in all, 'twas not a pretty sight.

The ships approached the blank city face and, as they did so, a door opened in the wall. Large enough to admit a ship twice the size of the frigate, it was the entrance to an entire indoor port. As the submarine entered, several more military vessels could be seen inside. One of these was indeed an Ineffable Supremacy class submarine, at the far side.
As the Crimmond ship came to a halt, Mister Coleman was invited to a reception area, where he could await a plane to him to the Ineffable Palace.

The differences between the two Supremacies was subtle, but there. The hull bulged more behind the conning tower. It also was marked with it's name and a wolf, seeming to leap out of a mist.

Marines emerged from the ship and started doing the normal things submarine crews did. A panel opened on the buldge an a cargo elevator raised up, a single man standing on it. He was wearing a bussiness suit and his hair was receeding badly, though it and his goatee were still black.

Coleman made his slow way to the gangway, moving with care. After a few moments, it would be seen that the man was only wearing one shoe, for his left foot was missing.

His voice was gravelly, sounding like he'd been through hell, as he spoke to the escorts. He had no gaurd or personal assistants. Only a briefcase, which held documents to be presented personally to Bob, so he said. When one of the people asked what they were, exactly, he chuckled hoarsly. "An official declaration of war. Khan Delta intends to destroy Metus." He chuckled again at the brief shocked look on the man's face and kept walking, shaking his head. Mister Coleman had a strange sense of humor.
