1. Nuclear weapons aren't a third resort, these are last resort weapons, and are retaliatory only.
2. Stop provoking people and firing first.
3. Imperialism and infighting along with an open thread started a dogpile

5. Stop being so "omg n00ks" and SahariOmanRovArabanistan tone it down. Any leader, be they fanatical or not knows how to be moderate and tell part of the truth to garner support for their side while not being as inflammatory as possible.

7. My country is mostly closed except for 2 open cities on the coast, that is one way. But only works if you are a Father Knows Best State or highly Centralized.

That was brief, but I have to agree.

OOC: As for possible alliances, I meant for all the nations involved to become freindly or allied with the other nations of choice. (i.e. A wants to have freindly relations w/ B, but alliances w/ C. A makes proposals, but waits for B and C to reply.)
