I would be rather interested to know how you can claim IC knowledge that I was responsible, seeing as you destroyed any potential evidence when you blew up the ship(and it was technicly you who caused the spill; I just arranged for a ship carrying the right materials to be in the right place at the right time).

Ya know, not knowing who wants the guy would make claiming the bounty rather hard. Or, atleast, dangerous, as the hunter would have to let folks know he was responsible, and thus risk retaliation against his person by the mark's associates.
