Esteemed Leaders & Governments,
On behalf of the Holy Imperator, we would like to set up the following proposition to those nations with a population under two hundred and fifty million;
-That each country agrees to lend defence to another member of the proposed organisation should they be attacked or attack for reasons supported by the proposed organisation.
-That each country agrees to place 1bn USD into a collective pot per annum which will go to post-war countries to aid in reconstruction and medical treatment.
-That each country shall be assigned a military purpose; e.g. tank research, warship production, bio-chemical research etc.
-That each country is willing to sell and/or trade constructs or research carried out with other nations of the proposed organisation. Those who carry out research reserve the right to prevent other members using the research to manufacture and from selling or trading the research to other countries.
-That each country agrees to sign a 10 year non-aggression pact with all members (which becomes void if a nation leaves the proposed organisation).
-That each country will agree to a democratic system where each nation will have the right to vote regarding decisions affecting the proposed organisation.
-That countries will agree to conform to the will of an 80% majority decision made by the propsed organisation.
If you would be interested in joining the proposed organisation, there will be a meeting held here in Cruxgrad within two months (Two RL days). At this time we may discuss the proposed organisation and the proposed rules.
