It says 'estimated unit cost' this means what it will cost me to produce one rifle.

If I was going to sell it to other people then the price would be slightly higher mutually agreed on by both parties.

I should put developmental cost down as well but I can never be asked to work that one out.

If someone one really wants these they have to apply through diplomatic channels.

Im not going to just set up a stall in some giant mall dimension and hand out prime military equipment for hard cash which is what everyone else that has a storefront does.

Its a combat rifle not an assault rifle. Meant for big wide open battlefields not for closequarters.
