I've decided to go ahead and make a factbook for my own uses, as well as introduce the many facets of Jarridia to the NS world. This of course will never be complete, as things continue to change and progress. However, I hope you will enjoy what I have been planning for some time now. I will try to be as detailed as possible, and hopefully it will bring you all a glimpse of what Jarridia was, is and will be. Thank you.

Corvica-Seaton Floating Tram - This light rail system connects the city of Corvica to the city of Seaton. The total rail line goes about 50 miles across the bay. The rails seem to float magically over the water, while they are really connected to the underlying ground. There are several access points that allow ships to go under higher bridges. In full speed, the light rail system can get passengers to and from each city in 30 minutes.
Mass Transit - Every city over 400,000 is required to have a city-wide bus system. This can be government subsidized. At the threshold of 850,000, every city is required to have a city-wide rail system (ie. Light-Rail, Commuter Rail, Subway, or a mix of all three. Finally, at the threshold of 8,000,000 in a Metropolitan Statistical Area, the city will be required to have another form of rail (ie. highspeed rail service, mono-rail, or elevated rail).
Each urban area within Jarridia over the population of 750,000 is attached to one another by the Jarridian National Rail Lines System. New cities are added on every 10 year interval (at the time of census).
