(OOC: Assuming I don't already have one...)
We would ask for an embassy, but first we would like to know what the defination of a "Guard" listed here exactly is. By it, do you mean just some mildly trained man or woman with a side arm and a mildly impressive uniform, like mall security, or would we be allowed to place some of our more trained personel in our embassy for guard duty? (Our Assairs Guards, for example)
OOC: I'm assuming present, what with all the nuclear threads you gave me when I was young...lol.
The Theocratic Chemicalists of Jenrak would like to create an embassy within your esteemed force, and our designations will include:
-53 Highly trained and qualified staff in diplomatic relations
-25 Armed Guards with single firearms, and weapons at 5.56 mm caliber (if possible)
-We will be supplying two unarmed, highly armoured vehicles, for the safety purposes of our diplomats

(OOC: Obviously I represent a mixture of historic and present. Click the link to the left in my signature. Read the history section. By guard I mean - generally - military police or security details.)
Commissariat Of Foreign Affairs
While not particularly fond of Jenrak's position on certain policies and beliefs, the Political Bureau has accepted the terms set by the Jenrak administration. A pre-frabricated four (4) story complex will be located within Moscow. The expected completion date for the basic infastructure is 9/1/05. Please make the neccessary preparations to transport the neccessary staff to Moscow within a week off embassy completion. I thank you for your response to our international notice.

Comrade, while we do not completly share the proletariat's ideals, we at the Conchland Republic would be happy to participate in an embassy exchange. As for your conditions, you may consider that we will bring the maximum of all staff, guards and vehicles allowed.
-Conchland Buearu of Forign Affairs
P.S. We would like our embassy to be in Moscow.

Commissariat Of Foreign Affairs
While somewhat wary of the Conchland authoritarian policies, the Commissariat and Political Bureau agree that the nation of Conchland will be allowed to hold an embassy within Moscow. We thank you for your application. However, we would like to point out our disapproval of the authoritarian domestic policies the Conchland administration abide by. Hopefully, through continued relations, the Soviet Union may be able to help re-educate our slightly skewed comrades to the international ideal.

Official Yaforite Response
We ask our esteemed allies via the Mir Intiative, the USSR, to exchange embassies. While we will exercise all restrictions and go to all limits regarding defense of our embassy, we will allow you the same luxury in Ajer.

Rojo Quisqueya
03-09-2005, 06:17
On behalf of the Republic of Rojo Quisqueya, the Red Party Foreign Section makes an approach to Moscow over possible embassy exchange. Having quite newly overthrown the neglectful and corrupt administrations of Haiti and the Dominician Republic in order to establish a united Hispaniola, the Rojo Quisqueyan nation has established no significant international ties and is in danger of floundering without such contact.
Aimon Le Guin -with a staff of eighteen and eight Sestato volunteers- hopes to preside over a flowering of co-operative norms between the USSR and RRQ as his little nation -of just seventeen million citizens- looks for stable trade partners, having alienated many of the former associates of its constituent states following the revolutions.
Notes:
*Sestato is the Quisqueyan Department of State Security, a blanket organisation containing sections dedicated to everything from secret police duties to foreign intelligence and even combat, the individuals assigned to an embassy in the USSR would be presumably dedicated to security for the involved officials, and can be expected to be armed with 9x19mm Taurus PT 92 pistols and FAMAE S.A.F sub-machineguns.
*As yet, the Red Party under Premier Vicente Batistuta has concentrated mainly on developing basic infrastructure and organising farm collectivisation in Haiti, and little more than that has been seen by the international community, though the Premier has given a number of speeches that may be called at best firey in spirit and at worse indicative of expansionist ambition in the Caribbean.
*Rojo Quisqueya's population is just over seventeen-million, despite what the NS profile says.
*The trade that Le Guin will hope to encourage is largely the export of Quisqueya's staples: ferronickel, gold, and silver, and more importantly sugar, coffee, and tobacco as well as mangoes and other fruits.

OOC: I know this is off topic but I read your website and all those soviet republics you have did you just add them in, or did you fight for them in the forum.
