Greetings,

We of the Ministry of Military Procurement cannot help but request if you would be willing to sell the designs to this gun that we might manufacture them. We would be willing to pay well for this.

Faithfully,
Gen. Gregor Marx,
Ministry for Military Procurement.

Response to the Ministry of Military Procurement

We would be willing to sell the designs for the right price. Of course these designs would be limited to your country, and could not be sold to foriegn nations. We would of course, need to hear your offer first.

Richard Helicon,
CEO, Founder, Chariman of Helicon Inc.

OOC: If your refering to the 7$, the Anti-Rust coating is 7 USD.

Chairman Helicon,

We would, of course, keep the technology to ourselves and lack the materials to reproduce on a mass scale. I am curious, however, as to whether you would be interested in setting up shop, so to speak, in the nation of Cruxgrad.

As for the price, that really would be up to you, I have no idea how much work went into the initial research. Might I suggest a talk with your Research and Accounting Departments?

Yours Sincerely,
Gen. Gregor Marx,
Ministry for Military Procurement.

Gen. Gregor Marx,

We are currently based out of The Empirical Coalition of Kroando, however, we are always looking for new countries that are willing to allow us to set up offices and factories inside their borders.

With Civil War brewing in the Coalition, we may be interested in moving our head quarters to your nation, but must first be informed on the countries economic laws regarding income tax, business tax, minimum wage, and the stance on unions. If your nation has a hospitable economic landscape, we may very well move our base of operations.

Regarding the designs to the weapon, after consulting accounting and developtment, it will cost 75 Billion USD. We assure you, with AP-25 Ammunition being fired from the gun, you will be more than satisfied with the weapons results.

Mr. Helicon,

On behalf of the great Imperator, I would like to answer your questions. Currently we have no minimum wage laws, though slavery is generally discouraged where local populous is concerned. Unions are strictly forbidden within our borders and any members of the populous who speak out against decisions of the Imperator, are tried for treason. There is currently a 5% flat income tax rate and there is a business incentive in action, as such our business tax is at 1.3% for the first three years of residency. After which time it rises to 3%.

It is important to note that business tax is subject to change upon discussion with the great and wise Imperator. Our country is snow-covered for 10 months of the year, generally speaking. If you have any requirements for your business such as disposal of toxic wastes or removal of rival companies, please do not hesitate to inquire as to how we the Government can aid you in such tasks.

We do strongly suggest a move into our country as, in addition to the business incentive, we are willing to install safety measures around your companies property.

Yours Sincerely,
Sir Heinrich Vaust,
Minister for Industry and Commerce.

Mr. Helion,

We feel that the price of 75bn USD is quite steep and make the counter offer of 60bn USD.

Sincerely,
Gen. Gregor Marx,
Ministry for Military Procurement.

Sir Heinrich Vaust,

We regret to inform you that due to internal affairs inside the Coalition, we will be forced to retain our HQ inside the country. We are however, interested in building twelve factories, along with three offices inside your nation.

Richard Helicon

Gen. Gregor Marx

Accounting has informed me that the amount of 65 billion is the lowest amount we can sell the plans for. A 10 billion dollar reduction on the original price.

Mr. Helicon,

While it dissappoints us to know you shall not be relocating your Primary base of oeprations, we still welcome your factories and offices. We are willing to sell you the building materials should you require them and you can find cheap and willing labour in our land. Currently, my associate General Marx is putting in an order for security installations to be placed around your property.

Regards,
Sir Heinrich Vaust,
Minister for Industry and Commerce.

Mr. Helicon,

We have an agreement, the 65bn USD is being wired and we shall await the plans eagerly.

Sincerely,
Gen. Gregor Marx,
Ministry for Military Procurement.
