Jorringna struggling to get a weapons contract

Jorringna has for 2 months been trying to recover the military and get at least some decent weapons than their WW2 K98 Rifles. Most of the big gun corporations denied the plea, saying that they are more busy arming big nations than small ones. However, the company who made the Type-56 Assualt Rifle in China had permission from the goverment to allow Jorringna to liscense production of the Type 56(If any NS nation owns this company now, sorry I'll change it), but Jorringna lacks the funds to set this deal up, which is 140 million USD. Jorringna's military budget can't pay for this, we ask if any nation can donate some money for us to have the liscense or if anyone has a better contract deal

Money right now: 503,000 USD (From goverment funding)

The Nine Military storefront wishes to extend an offer to sell you our G-11 series of infantry rifles including the G-11A2 assault rifle, LMG-11 light machine gun and PG-11 sidearm. These weapons are very affordable, utilize revolutionary caseless ammunition which reduces the weight and cost per round without reducing the effectiveness of the round. Because of the lightness of the caseless round, the G-11 series of rifles have the most ammunition at a very low weight. The LMG-11 has 300 rounds and weighs in at less than 8 kilos. The innovative action and weapon design reduces and delays recoil, in three round burst mode of fire the G-11A2 fires all three rounds before the recoil from the first round causes a shift in aim giving the G-11 series unmatched multiple round on target capability.
All this for a relatively inexpensive weapon system perfect for infantry use.

Our military has gone through a massive force-reduction over the past few months, and I have roughly 26,000 FAMAS G2 Assault Rifles currently in surplus. These weapons will ultimately be of little consequence as I am working to adapt to a 5.6mm ammunition to allow for greater compatability with other forces of the Azazian United Kingdom. Though this adaptation is not expected to be complete for an estimated ten years, I would be happy to sell off my surplus weapons to your nation after a brief background check. The planned price for these rifles would be 230 USD per rifle, which I believe is highly affordable to your young military and, though we will lose a few thousand USD during the course of this sale, we find the benefits of a friendly relation with other nations to be more than ample compensation.
