Dear Esteemed Gentlemen of the Portland Iron Works:

W.M.D. has developed a new design for a tri-maran battleship. Our basic plans and outlines are reproduced below for your review. However, we would like to make the production of the final ship a joint venture between W.M.D., Inc. and the Pratorian Shipyard and our good friends in Sarzonia. We are therefore asking for your assistance in finalizing plans for the propulsion (we lean towards nuclear with a backup deisel system, but . . .) and systems on board the ship. We will build the initial ship in our yards, but once we've worked out all the bugs with you, we would both be licensed to produce and sell the craft under a cross-licensing and development agreement. We would think you would be agreeable to this idea and look forward to working with you in the future.
Sincerely,
General Jack T. Ripper,
CEO, W.M.D., Inc.

OOC: I figured I'd go to the master ship builders to complete this baby. My Cad drawing is good, but I need to make sure the systems work well - I'm looking at about a 2010 Tech Level for the finished product.
