Yesterday 20 unidentified aircrafts were spotted throughout my nation. When I finally decided to attack them they flew away at speeds so fast they actually changed the wind patternsin certain areas. Then earlier today they came back and caused massive blackouts and military equipment stopped working. If you have any clue to what they are please help. We think they are more advanced then anything anyone could have made. Please help.

We have recently lost a 30 production models of RR. If you can find the rocket or evidence of the rockets having been over the area it may be ours.
Things to look for:
1. Fried circuits from intense EMP waves. Dead birds....literally thousands.
2. A ram-jet production model rocket that is in excess of Mach 12.
3. A spiral shaped trail from the rocket.
Due to our closeness to your nation this may have been ours.
