The Government of Willink has decided to create a Worldwide city, which will be opened to Countries Wanting to open up Offices and Buisnesses in the area. The City itself is to be built on the Large island of Downs, which lays 45 miles off the coast of the Willink Main Island. There is space also open for nations wishing to build an airport in the area.

Prices:

Housing Sub divisions- 2 million each
Hotels- 1 million basic(4 floors, 175 rooms) 3 million for custom designs(no hotels may exceed 40 floors.)

Office buildings- 2 Million each, please propose your design here

Stores and restaurants- 400,000 each

Private Airports- 10 million each, please specify number of runways, gates and Number of aircraft operating, along with types.

A seaport will also be constructed, and National Cruise liners will be able to dock at slips, please specify ship size and Number of times monthy it will dock.

And we would also like to contract a large dealership for Sung Industries to sell its cars, we were thinking a large 2 story, glass building to show off the cars. But this on the West side.

OOC: Just for realism's sake, a 200 story office building, would be subject to immense pressures and surely will cost billions if not a trillion or more. I doubt your economy could support that. And doesn't your plan call for 4 buildings? Besides, do you really need such a large group of buildings in one place. The price tag will be enourmous.

Cobra Global corp. is interested in building an office building, but also in opening an Imax theatre. In the Imax theatres we will have films about or development, operations, and the goods and services Cobra Global has to offer. Our focus will be primarily entertainment as well however, we will play many entertainment features developed by Cobra Global media, or other companies, and also have some advertisements to raise revenue before the show begins. Tickets and admissions will be totally free for anyone coming to see a film...but there will be snacks!

The imax will be on the westside, and the office in downtown. (I'm sorry I don't have designs, and I don't know what an Imax theatre would be considered?)

Due to the growing size of the city, but total lack of people living there(About 5,000 with a downtown the size of a 500,000 pop city) Willink is asking other nations to help undertake the massive construction of over 15,000 apartments in westside,oakville and lakeside , which would raise the pop to around 450,000 people.

Due to the threat of countries wanting to attack Willink territory, i have also constructed a large air base in the Northeastern most point of the Island. It has multiple hangars, houses 75 fighters and 20 bombers, and also houses 3 Willink marine Battalions. Also around the area are built-in hidden silo's, armed with 200 Moskit Anti-ship missiles each. The airbase itself will be opened up to air forces of countries with workers in the city, and it is expandable.

If we may we would like to station 10 F-42 'Raven' fighters to protect the city in your airport, also our apartment buildings are much high-rise kind of buildings, but not too expensive, we want them to be affordable to the middle-class, but we also want to house a lot of people and families. There will probably be no more than two buildings in our complex, but were flexible.

Yeah you can station planes there, and most of the high rise apartments will be built in downtown, just specify the number of apartment complexes, it will have a plaque saying paid for by blah-blah, and you will recive a monthly donation from about 30% of the rent for the buildings.

The Government of Bradyistan would like to build an airfield in the Oakview district. If it is possible we would like 2 strips set up in a V fashion and a common taxi way for both strips along with 6 helipads located near the hangers. A total of 50 gates should be more then enough. The aircraft most likely to use this airstrip would be small citizen owned planes such as Cessna 172s, Leers, so on and so forth. We would also like to deploy 3 to 4 platoons of the Bradyistani 133rd ParaRescue Wing in order for them to practice, and if need be, aid in recuse attempts in and around the Ski Resorts. In total around 2000 personel should be on base at all times, and all the postitions will be filled by Bradyistanis.
