Today I, a local member of the Civilian Terrorists group, just hijacked a airplane and crashed it into Leafistan's biggest building, along with 3 other planes crashing into 3 military bases. Leafistan cannot make a war since, "I'm everywhere, but there!" About 2,000 deaths occured.

Besides that, according to RP convention here, if you want to conduct a terror attack, you need to work it out with your "victim" or he has a right to ignore it.

But to invalidate your post in other ways, if a Civilian Airliner even blinks from its path, CDF planes are up in the air to keep an eye on it. All pilots flying into Leafanistan must carry weapons, and Leafanistan only has 3 cities that are allowed international travel. If you approach any military base, when you get within 50 miles you are warned (lots of warnings), 10 miles (big one including escort), 1 mile (Ground emplacements point at you), no deviation, direct course, BLAM! My Red Tidean built air defenses can seriously do soem hurt.
