The charter is finally completed and in it's final phase. All you nations need to do is sign it, and may our alliance last forever.
The Commonwealth of United Nations Charter
In the interests of the people, it becomes apparent that in times of chaos, friends are needed and created. It is the interest of these nations who shall join this alliance, to protect and advise one another on international incidents, such as trade and war with other foreign neighbors. The nations hereby pledge to:
1. Establish a connected transportation system throughout the countries and to be connected to other members, so that transportation of goods and people can go smoothly and easily.
2. Assist each other in times of war, at a reasonable amount, and under the pledge that "An attack against one nation is an attack against all". The full military might of an assisting nation must require the permission from the CUN Council to assist another nation. If the countries cannot supply troops, they must send resources, weapons, as much aid as they can. The same rules as before apply.
3. Remove any and all trade barriers and tariffs between member nations, to support and nurture free, healthy trade, unless a particular item, such as drugs, alcohol, and tobacco are illegal in one of the trading nations. In this case, the two (or more) nations must discuss this problem.
4. To pool together economies, defenses, and millitaries in times of stress and emergency. The economies, defenses and millitaries may also be pooled together if a majority of the nations wishes it.
5. To hold regular meetings once every two weeks to discuss international incidents. All nations can call emergency meetings in times of stress. In addition, amendments can be made to amend the charter, as long as it's approved with a majority vote. Only one amendment can be made each month, to keep the charter from being distorted and disfigured from it's original form.
6. To not interfere with another nation's sovereign affairs, unless these actions will affect other nations around it, or if the nation in question requests it.
7. And to not intrude and annex territory already claimed by a member nation.
These seven points shall be followed to the word, and the nations will strive to make this world a more peaceful, secure, and free world under the CUN.
