Ottoman Khaif

Writers notes: This was wrote by Communist Red China and Ottoman Khaif, Communist Red China wrote everything under the title of PLA view and Ottoman Khaif wrote everything under KLM view. What as happen as already happen, this war has been told thought post war review. Note this happen in a mirror world, so meaning claims have no value to this story. The lands use in this were use for the stake of the story. So don’t make a big deal about the claims. All that we (Communist Red China and Ottoman Khaif) ask of the reader is that do a review of this report as Army commander reviewing a war, and type up a summary of what you think of this war. Note we do not want to see some one liner post or some dumb remark. We put a lot of time into this essay and request someone at least do a semi good review of it.

A Report of the Jihad against the Peoples Republic of China by Major General Rusçuklu Cezayirli Hasan Serif Pasha and co wrote by ex General Huang Shang (ex PLA officer)

“A single death is a tragedy; a million deaths is a statistic.” Stalin

This best fits the Third Khailfah –Sino war, a war which well over 20 million were reported killed for the Al Muslimeen arm forces alone, as for the Chinese around 40 million were reported killed for the PLA arm forces alone in the fightings between the two superpowers. The aftermath of this massive war as impact the these two power greatly. One of the greatest effects of war was the sheer numbers of losses for the Al Muslimeen alone was most key factor to the massive change in policy when dealing with other nations of the world for the Khalifah..the reported losses in terms of each banch of the arm forces. This was the total losses were the following at least 60 percent of the standing army was destory, 40 percent of the air forces was destory, 20 percent of the navy was destory. It will take sometime for the Khailfah to restore itself to post war state and also lead to Nuclear attack order, which will be gone into more detail later on. As the People’s Republic of China, nearly 90 of all its forces were lost in the war. Yet the faith for the post war China was interesting one to said. After the Jihad, the People’s Republic no longer existed and something new took over, which will be gone into more detail.

Chapter One:The Before the start of the War, the backgound resoned for the war

KLM view

Ever since 1945, the then Ottoman Empire beginning planning the future of their Khailfah, by setting up long term goals for the Khailfah to do in the next 50 years. During this time period of 1945 to 1950, the Ottoman War Planning officers began plotting the next series of Jihads to happen in the this upcoming 50 year period. In these planned Jihads, the Khailfah was to go war against the powers of Europe, USSR, and others. Yet the plans stated that the Khailfah must wait for the moment of their weakness to attack. First was Europe and Africa in the 1980-2005, and then came the USSR in the early 1990s. The only nation that stood in the Khalifah way for compete their conquest of Eurasia-Africa was People’s Republic China. Yet the Ottomans war planners had enough foresight to put that Jihad against the People’s Republic off and make it the last object to do in the list. Over the course of the next 50 years , the Ottoman Empire did its series of Jihad, slowly expanding the regions of the Khailfah. By the time the Ottoman Khailfah officially ended and the Khailfah al Muslimeen came into existed, the Khailfah has had expand ever slowly to hold most of the lands of Europe, Asia and all of northern, western and eastern Africa. There was one rule that the Khailfah follow during its jihads…always only go by nation by nation. So that the empire was able to handle the new land, and build them up for the coming Jihad. Some nations willing join the Khailfah and others would bought into the empire by conquest…over a course of 50 years. With the fall of the USSR Bloc and NATO during the late 1980s, the Empire began to enact their plans, with attacking the PRC and the dieing USSR over the course of 1970s thoughts the 1990s to test their reactions to Ottoman Attacks. The main of these wars were to test defenses of these two nations and to learn how they fight. By the time the USSR fell apart, the Ottomans like wolves came on the dieing USSR and bought into their dominion system..just adding the once and proud USSR to the Khailfah..details about matter has been discuss in the Soviet-Ottoman Affairs report. Then came the Romulus wars, which added the last areas of Europe, which were not part of the empire in recent times. After competing the Romulus wars, the last Jihad on the list of the 50-year plan was the last Jihad against China…with the conquest of most the lands needed for this Jihad against the People’s Republics. Why the War Planner delay the Jihad against China, because of China sheer size would have different to handle at the moment, when the time came for the jihad to happen…the Empire was ready to begin its Jihad against the PRC. Because their goal was to unite Eurasia-Africa under one banner and China stood in their mad path of conquest.

PRC view
The Peoples Republic of China had its own plans for conquest of Asia; they watch the Ottoman Empire expand during the 1970s to present day. The PRC own goals were to gain to control of the oil rich regions of Central Asia in the ex Soviet Union, unlike the Ottoman who have planning this for 50 years. China has been only planning their for about 20 years…their secondly goal was to gain control of Southeast Asia, and the Koreas.. This was only after gaining the oil rich regions of Central Asia from the KLM Empire. Then after that their goal was to take over Asia for the People’s Republic of China, yet they had one main rival that was the Khailfah al Muslimeen…both wanted the same thing Asia…to become the lords of Asia…then the two powers had to fight to the death for that title. China knew in the near future that it will fact KLM in a total war…such for a event. They were gearing up for the war, their forces were up to par with the KLM arm forces. All but their navy was ready to stand against them. Which will play a key factor in the war. China was waiting for the war against KLM to happen, their goal to destroy KLM and become the true masters of Asia, by only destroying the only other true power in the region. It only a matter of time before China would fight against KLM for the Asia. So how did the Chinese get ready for the coming war against KLM, the People’s Republic began to build up a massive defense networks throughout the People’s Republic. If the war became a defensive war for the People’s Republic they would be ready for it, but they had plan for it to be offensive war then to defensive war. But no one would expect how the outcome of the war would change the People’s Republic plans and goals…

The Prime Goals for the Al Muslimeen War Planners had in mind was to have the Indian and Turkstani Fronts attacking China head on from the East and South, for the Eurasian Front to give the Chinese a headache by attacking China from the North. These were the plans in details the Indian Front, the Indian Front was to attack Tibet and take over Tibet, by crushing all Chinese Units in the region. Then ahead on to southern China and crush any PLA units that stand in their way. As for the Turkistani Front, they were order to attack the Xinjiang , then break thought the PLA lines . Then head thought Central China, all the way to Shanghai and take the city in the name of the Empire. As for the Eurasian Front, they were order to attack Northern China, and take the regions of Mongolia, Manchuria and Northern China, with the support of Reserve units. As for the KLM High Seas Fleet was order to take on the Chinese Navy and crush it. To secure the seas for the KLM shipping lines, and also to prevent China from getting supplies from outside..

A major flaw in the KLM plans of attack, was then numbers of units and troops to each front was very much unbalance do the thinking of the war planners that believe there should be one front that is the main one and all others are the secondly fronts. This type of set up prove a major flaw in the KLM forces during the war , which lead a costly mistake. And another major flaw in the thinking of the War Planner was to put the key Marine and Paratrooper units as secondly reserved units, just pulling them behind the fronts, another costly mistake that the war planners did, just forcing the army units to take up most of the fighting against the PLA forces. Yet another flaw in the war plans was the massive defense works that the PLA has build up in their lands, the War planners didn’t give enough time for the missile regiments to take out most of the defenses in the areas, that were to be attack. Do the tight time table that set down for the missile regiments by the war planners, just not allowing the missile regiments enough time to finish off any defense that the PLA may have in the front lines. These costly mistakes would force KLM High Command after the Jihad to begin full-scale reforms in planning of future wars, so that these costly mistakes would not happen again. We will go into more detail about these mistakes, later on.

PRC View

China had its own plan of attack for the coming war against the Khailfah, their primly goal was to attack the Dominion of Eurasia head on and also Turkistan, head on also. Yet the Central Military Commission has also began to plot out a plan to attack India to give mult front attack on the KLM front. In the long term goal was to take out Turkistan and Euroasia , first then move on to India. One of the primily goals for the PLA was to hold off a massive KLM attack at any of the fronts. To slow down or stop a massive KLM assualt into PRC lands, the PLA layout a massive defense systems of mines and anti tank trenchs at the front that are design to delay massive attack. Also the PLA had set up a number of well guards key points on the massive network of roads where they will be able to keep the KLM busy fighting to secure these key points. Just giving enough time for the PLA to mount a counter attack against the KLM forces. Primly goal for the PLA forces when they are force to enter a defenseive war is to mount a guerrilla war to delay the KLM force longer enough for the PLA forces to make a counterattack. Yet for the Central Military Commission, they wanted to make the first strike then to have to take one from the KLM forces. Another key goal that Central Military Commission was for the PLA Navy to attack the KLM fleet and try to take as much as they could, before being force back to the port. Yet for the Submarine fleet, they were order to began hit and run attacks on key shipping lanes for the KLM asserts in the region. One of the main objectives of the PLA was to began war, by PLA attacking KLM then to allowing making KLM do to their first move…it was matter of pride for the PLA to attack first..who made the first move in this bloody war…wait and see for the next chapter

Chapter Three: So it begans…
“Now I want you to remember that no bastard ever won a war by dying for his country. He won it by making the other poor dumb bastard die for his country.” General George Smith Patton, Jr.

KLM Veiw
When the go ahead was given for the Eastern Command to began the Jihad against China, the first thing that was to happen was the massive artllery shelling of PLA defense before the main assult against the PLA itself. The artllery attack was of heavy artllery, heavy bombers, and cruise missle attacks on any bases that the PLA had in place. Even though that the Eastern Command give a limted timetable for the artlliery attacks on the PLA to only two weeks. …Which was not a enough time to weaken the PLA…

To go into the detail for short time, I will explain the what is the Eastern Command and Western Command. The KLM General Staff aka High Command has two subgroups each hands one region of the emprie. Western Command handles the western fronts of the empire. Eastern Command handle all fronts in the eastern front of the empire, so therefor with this war going on in the Eastern Front, it was Eastern Command.who was running the war so to speak..

PLA and KLM Veiw
Who made the first move…well both sides started the at the same time..

PLA Veiw
As for the exact moment when the both sides began shelling eachother was unknown for now, yet as soon as the shelling began..both sides were exchanging shoots at eacth other, the artllery bombment for both sides lasted for at least two weeks…most of PLA Command was wondering why were the KLM forces not shelling them after two weeks of shelling and etc. Something was odd in the KLM plans and PLA must take their chance and crush the KLM forces…

KLM View
After two weeks of shelling and firing cruise missiles at PLA lines, Eastern Command give its orders to the Front Commanders to began the invasion of People’s Republic of China. The first to march into PLA lines was the Turkistani Front, every army core in that front march on these cites of PRC of Yining, Kashi and Urumqi all these areas in the region of Xinjiang… The battle of Xinjiang had just began and something was wrong…the PLA lines look like they have not taken enough damage from the shelling and missile attacks. Yet the Front Commanders had their orders taken these cities for the Khailfah and crush the PLA in the area.

As for the Indian Front, they began full out assault on the PRC holding of Tibet…their primly goal was to take Tibet at all cost…they began a full assault on Tibet from all sides, then the Indian Front also open another assault from Al Muslimeen India sub region of Burma. They began a full out attack on Yunnan region, in the hopes of breaking thought the southern regions of China. As they faced the same problem as the Turkistani Front, the lack of damage to the PLA lines…

Then came the Eurasian Front, The Eurasian Front Commanders were told to be hit and run raids on the PLA lines in Outer Mongolia.. Yet the 10th Red Banner Army was order to march right on to Ulan Bator and to take the city with the support of the 11th Red Banner Army, Their main goal was to take Central Mongolia, yet nothing went to plan for the Eurasian Front…..was going to take the most of the losses…to the PLA..

As the KLM fleet they were order to after the PLA Navy , they began to leave their bases and were on their way to try to crush the PLA Navy in one massive navy battle..

PLA View

At the Xinjiang front, the PLA forces had around six PLA armies cores and eight PLA Paratroop Cropsforces in the area began full out attack on the KLM Turkistani Front, with all PLA Armies cores together was around 1.8 million troops that were ready to crush the KLM Front Armies, they first went after the 13th Red Banner Army that was attacking the City of Kashi, they manger to break the attack and use the defenses of the city against the 13th Red Banner Army…after two weeks of heaving fighting they manger to crush about 50 percent of the 13th Red Banner Army, and they lost 30 percent of their troops. As for the KLM 29th Army core which was attacking the city of Yining, they were unable to break thought the defense for the area, do to the lack of damage from the KLM shelling….the PLA forces were able to drive the KLM 29th army out of the area with heavy losses on both sides. As the KLM Front 18th Army which was assign to attack Urumqi it took heavy looses from the battle to take the city, which was a compete failure thanks to the PLA forces in the are were able to counter attack and crush the 18th Army in the battle.. Then after crushing the three KLM Army groups in the area, the PLA forces were order to march in Turkistan and crush the remaining KLM Army Groups to prevent a counterattack and to gain the oil rich lands of Turkistan.

As for the PLA forces at the Tibetan and Southern Front, they were made of four PLA army groups and Eight PLA Marine Divisions they manger to hold the KLM forces that were attacking Tibet, do the fact they were well build in the lines of defense of Tibet and terrain made it in favor of the PLA forces garrisons. They bitter manger to stop the KLM attack on the area, fighting came to a stand still, after three weeks of blood fighting between the two sides, yet the PLA were the winner in that battle, They manger to stop the KLM forces. As the Attack on the southern front, the PLA forces in the area manger to drive back the KLM attackers to the their frontier region of Burma.. And then they began to dig up lines and wait for another attack from the KLM forces.

Then came the Eurasian Front, the KLM forces were in the shock of their lives. The PLA has assign all 20 Peoples Red Guard and 4 Paratroop Corps to the front, they unleashed unholy hell on the Eurasian Front Forces, they overwhelm the 10th Red Banner Army and 11th Red Banner Army, they simple overwhelm the two army groups and destroy with light to moderate losses to them and they manger to capture many POWs. They march right in to Eurasian, and attack the
12th Red Banner Army at Vladivostok yet the City manger to hold on from PLA attacks, as surrounding lands fell to PLA hands within a three week period. Within that short time period with the fall of most the Eurasian Front, the cities of Khabarovsk,Cita,Ulan-Ude, Irkutsk, Bratsk,Krasnojarsk, and Kovokuzneck had fall into PLA hands….it was total chaos for the Eurasian Front with such heavy losses. All because of the KLM planners failure to think that PLA would send such a large force to the North…

As the upcoming Sea Battle the entire PLA Navy left dock and ahead to meet the KLM fleet in one massive navy battle.. That was going to happen in one weeks time..

Chapter Four: The Front failure
“Not a step back!”Stalin

KLM veiw

KLM suffer its greatest defeat in such a long time with the new of the fall of most of the Eurosian Front, and part of Euroasia falling into the hands of the Chinese was a major shock. Then with the new that the Turkistani front has taken a major blow and was driven out of the China, now they were on the defenseive against the PLA armys. As for Indian Front they were beated back to their lines, yet they were still in better shape then compare to the other two fronts in the war…what was lef tof the Euroasian Front was fighting to the bitter death at at Vladivostok .High Command order all units to not to fall back, fight to the bitter end, they order the Not a step back order ,just order nearly one million men to stay behind and to fight the PLA forces, in order for High Command to send more troops to the front.
Eastern Command send out a pled to High Command to send as units from the Western Command to the Eastern Front.

Orders of Battle for the New Euroasian Front
Imperial Forces
6th Army is under the command of General Mustafa Bairakdar (Base In Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary)
4th Army is under the command of General. Aziz el-Fatih(In Georiga,Armenia and Azerbajian)
22nd Army under the command of General Kalaylikoz Haci Ahmed Pasha (Base in Egypt)
37th Army (base in Georiga, Armenia and Azerbajian) under the command of General Sehid Damad Silahdar Ali Pasha

11th Black Legion Army (Base in Euroasia) under the command General Hadji Muhammad
13th Black Legion Army (Base in Euroasia) under the command General Tunuslu Hayreddin Pasha

3rd Army (Base in Al-Andalus) under the command of General Abû Zayd ben Yûjân (European Union Dominion)
4th Army (Base in France) under the command of General Jean-Pierre Sengeisen (European Union Dominion)

Total Troops: 1.2 million troops to support the New Euroasian Front

Yet the main problem for the New Euroasian Front, was the fact that they couldn’t reach for at least two weeks at the very least. Just leaving what’s left of the Old Euroasian Front to hold off the PLA forces long enough for the New Euroasian Front to make it and attack the PLA forces. What was left of the old front was just 10 Reserved Division which was about only 50,000 troops, plus 2 Civil Defense Core Divisions which was only 8,000 troops , then inculding what was left of the 12th Red Banner Army,10th Red Banner Army and 11th Red Banner Army which only 20,000 troops bearly holding on to Vladivostok. All these united were heavy undermanned and low on ammo….most of their commanders were killed in the fighting, the remaining officers in the command of the old front refuse to march their troops to death unless High Command send some support, High Command send about 4 Paratroop Crops which was about 24,000 men in total under the command of Field Marshal of the Al Muslimeen Army Sultan Suleiman Al Bashir II took personal command of the counter attack for the Old Front. Along with his Paratroopers, were his own divison of Reserveist core fill of veterans, the division was know as the Fighters..it was unknown why the Sultan himself took command of entire front was to be damn to death , The old front wa nicknamed the 1st Death Legion army core. The Sultan forces began a fullout attack on PLA lines at Novokuzneck, which was design to force the PLA forces to fight his cores, just giving the time needed for the new Front to attack, it was reported that his core loss about 60 percent of troops assign to his command, With the PLA forces fighting the Death Legion, when two weeks pasted, the New Euroasian Front army began to drive to kick the PLA forces out of Euroasia, after six weeks of heavy fighting the new front had retaken all the cities in Euroasia that was lost after bitter fighting and losses up to 40 percent for the new front alone. The KLM forces manger to drive the Chinese out of Euroasia , after taking massive looses. With driving the PLA back the to their lands, High Command order the New Front to stop marching, and just giving time for the Eastern Command to rebuild the 12th Red Banner ,10th Red Banner, 11th Red Banner Armies with units from the Reserves. As for the Sultan command, it was rename the Army of Death, his forces were given 20 Reserves cores to his command which was inculding the units that were assign to him in the beinging of the Old Front counter attack. Now High Command began plotting for new grand counter attack to crush PLA forces in the North.

As for the Turkistani Front, They were order to regroup them and get ready for the PLA, the standing orders for the Turkistani Front was to stop the PLA forces at all cost. With that order in effect, the Turkistani Front manger to regroup themselves, they getting ready for massive counter attack, the commanders of the Turkistani Front plead with High Command to send more troops to their fronts.

New unites send to the Turkistani front list

Imperial Forces
12Th Army under the command of General Fazil Mustafa (base in Mesopotamia)
14th Army under the Command of General Islam Karimov(base in Kurdistan)
24th Army under the command of General Mehmed Emin Ali Pasha (Kurdistan and Mesopotamia)
25th Army under the command of General Keçecizade Mehmed Fuad Pasha (Base in Greece and Anatolia)

Dominion Forces

1st Army under the command of General Omar Pasha (base in West Africa)
2nd Army under the command of General Darendeli Cebecizade Mehmed Pasha (Base in Ethiopia, Eritrea, Djibouti)

Total: 600,000 troops

The prime goal for the Turkistani Front Commanders was to overwhelm the PLA forces in Xinjiang and make drive to take all of Xinjiang for the KLM forces. To do this goal, the Turkistani Front was build up in terms defenses to delay a PLA attack on the KLM force during this time of rebuilding and build up of troops. The Turkistani front was to become one of the main fronts in the war…and going to be the one front to take the most losses…

As for the Indian Front, the Front Commander agree that it would useless for the kept attacking the PLA forces when they have the upper hand in the front. So they order the stop of attacks on the PLA lines , for now. Instead they began a massive shelling of all PLA lines in the front, to weaken the PLA forces and destroy the defenses . The front commanders were holding off a attack unless the time was right for a attack.

Instead of meeting the PLA navy in the South China Sea, the KLM Fleet head to KLM Malaysia to combine into one fleet and then head to the South China Sea, soon the battle of the sea was about to begin within two weeks.

Morals of the KLM forces were very low thanks to the crushing defeats have they got, it was going to take some time for the KLM forces to recover…from those defeats.

PLA View
Even thought the PLA forces in Eurasia took heavy to moderate loses in the KLM counter attack, but they manger to withdraw from the Eurasia. Yet they did one that key goal for them, to defeat the KLM forces in their land. After attacking the KLM force and crushing a number of their units in China, PLA command decide not to march in KLM lands instead, they wanted the KLM forces to march into PLA defense so that they could cut them by 10,000 of 10,000s. PLA command give the order for all the fronts not to attack the KLM forces instead , they were told to build up their defense, set up traps and wait for the KLM forces to come. They were digging in for the coming battle against the KLM forces. With not attacking the KLM forces, the PLA was able to rebuild a numbers of units that were destroyed by the KLM counter attacks. Even with the KLM forces shelling their lines in Tibetan Front, they were able to hold do the well build defense lines were made to take massive shelling attack. Yet they were becoming weaker after taking so much damage from the attacks… Soon the KLM forces will soon meet their worst nightmare if they decide to attack the PLA lines….

At the South China Sea, the entire PLA navy was waiting for the KLM fleet to come into range and get the battle started.

Chapter Five: The Grand Counter Attack
"If the Tiger does not stop fighting the Elephant, the Elephant will die of exhaustion." Ho Chi Mihn
KLM
After weeks of heavy planning in High Command, the order was finally given to the Front Commanders to began the march on the People’s Republic of China. The plans called for a three fronts attack on the PRC, The Eurasian Front will attack the northern areas of China, the Turkistani Front will attack the Western Areas of China and last the Indian Front will attack from the Southern Areas of China.

The First front to began the attack on China, was the Eurasian Front. This was their plan of attack first the rebuild 12th Red Banner Army,10th Red Banner Army and 11th Red Banner Army has began to march and attacked Manchuria, all three army cores with heavy artllreiy support began the march on Qiqihar and Mudnjiang and lay seige to the two cites. Then the 6th Army, 4th Army , 22nd Army and 37th Army, Imperial Army Cores were order to march into Mongolia , as the massive force of the Imperial Army Cores march to Ulaanbattar, they battle many PLA units in the area, but kept on march intill they were in sight of the city, they began lay seige to the key city in PRC Mongolia. As for the 11th Black Legion Army , 13th Black Legion Army , 8th Black Legion Army were sent to support the Red Banner Armies attack in Manchuria, they were order to help in the take ing of Changchin, they were heading to the heart of Manchuria it was going to be a bloody fight to get to the center of Manchuria.. As for the 1st Red Banner Army, 2nd Red Banner Army, 5th Red Banner Army, 7th Red Banner Army, and inculding the European Union Dominion cores of the 3rd Army and 4th Army were order support the Attack on Mudanjiang and also began a assault on Jinlin in Manchuria…The battles for Manchuria and Mongolia has just began…

The Second Front to began its attack on China, was the Turkistani Front. Their plan of attack was for the 13th Red Banner Army, 6th Army(EU Dominion), inculding Imperial cores 16th Army, and the 17th Army were order renewed their attack on the Yining, they also had the support of the Sultan Army of Death cores. The Massive Front force began its attack on the city that lays in the path for Urumqi, the battle of Yining had just began. As for the Imperial Army cores 18th Army, 19th Army, 20th Army, and the 29th Army were order to attack Kashi, they were order that city must fall for the KLM forces to crush PLA forces in the area. As for the 7th Black Legion Army , Imperial cores 12Th Army, 14th Army, 24th Army, and 25th Army, plus the West and Eastern African Dominion forces of the 1st Army and the 2nd Army were order to attack Ertai a key city that needs to be taken for the KLM forces. The massive force began its attack and lay seige at Ertai.

The Third Front to began its attack on China, its was the Indian Front. This was their plan of attack, was to attack from three areas to weaken the PLA forces. First was the Imperial 11th Army, 21st Army, and 28th Army they were order to march on Lhasa and take the city. As they reach the city, the battle for Lhasa has began. Then the 32nd Army, 33rd Army and 9th Black Legion Army were order to attack from Kashmir and march into Wujang and crush the PLA forces in the area. And the last key attack was from the 38th Army, 39th Army and 12th Black Legion Army were order to march on Kumming and try to take the city this time , no matter what they were order to take the city at all cost…no matter how high the losses are to be…

The massive KLM fleet sail out dock in Malaysia and was heading to the South China Sea to began the greatest sea battle that the world has ever seen against the PLA navy…soon the two massive fleets will face off…

PLA view

In of the massive KLM assault on the People’s Republic of China, called upon her long time ally of North Korea to enter the war against KLM. North Korea seeming it own future at stake if the PRC were to fall joins the PLA forces in Manchuria. The North Koreans send well over 900,000 troops, amour to support PLA in Manchuria, just giving the PLA forces a much-needed boast in forces. With the 3 North Korean army cores, the PLA forces in Manchuria, which was about 10 Peoples Red Guard cores and 5 PLA Armies Core station, they all began their counter attack to halt the KLM march into their lands…by blow uping the key roads and railroads, making it harder for the KLM forces to get suppies to the frontlines. The PLA forces began hit and run tactics and were trying to get them to go deeper into China, just making a reteat for more bloody for them. The PLA forces had made massive defensive network of lines in Manchuria, which was made to pervent the KLM armies from taking the cities without a major bloody fight. The Fighting in Manchuria was very butral compare to the other fronts, the PLA forces fought the KLM forces to the point, where both sides could not move ahead or backward. The Battle for Manchuria has just begain…it was going to be battle of lines, lines of defensvie forts build by the PLA to halt the KLM march into their lands. So far the PLA was holding their lines and manger to stop the KLM forces from taking Manchuria for now. As for the Mongoliran front had 10 Peoples Red Guard cores and 2 PLA Armies Core station in this front, they under heavy attack from the KLM front forces, but they ready for the massive attack from the KLM forces, they active their traps and knock out many units of the KLM front forces by destorying by using mines and other kinds of traps. The battle for Mongolia was going to be very bloody as the PLA forces refuse to fall back and they were fighting the last man, the Battle for Mongolia was going to bitter for both sides.

The Battle of East Turkistan, the PLA forces had 6 PLA Armies Core, 4 PLA Marine Division in the area, they began to fight head on with the many units of KLM forces, massive battles were taking place. The PLA forces began to unleash their artillery on the KLM forces in the hopes of halting the march of the KLM forces. The battle for Turkistan was going to be one hell of a fight. The PLA forces began raiding key supply lines for the KLM forces, and were blowing up many roads and bridges to make it harder for the KLM to supply their troops. The battles for Yining ,Kashi, and Ertai were going well for the PLA garrisons were holding on, their build up defense network was able to withstand the KLM forces for now, they needed more troops to hold off the KLM assault on their garrisons. But for now the PLA was holding off the attack.

In Central China, the PLA was busy forming 30 new People’s Home Guard Defense Cores(about 100,000 each core), these poorly train troops that were to be use to slow down the coming KLM forces and give time for the PLA standing army to beath and recover somewhat. All 10 of these home guard units were send to Southern China, and another 10 remain in Centarl China and another 10 station in Northern China. These units were the cannonfolders for the PLA forces

In the Tibetan Front, the PLA forces were able to hold off any major attack from KLM forces, do the terrain was very hard to move thought and it made Tibet a natural fort against outside attacks, yet with only 4 PLA Armies Core to hold off such a massive KLM force, they were out number compare to the numbers of KLM troops. Yet they knew the terrain and use it in their favor, by that they were able to hold off the massive KLM attacks, do the fact that KLM forces were not use to the terrain and how to handle their forces in Tibet. Just turning the battle in favor of the PLA forces, which slowly began beating back the KLM forces…everyone will soon see how the KLM forces would react to the PLA counter attack. The PLA command had 2 PLA Armies Core, 18 PLA Paratroop Crop and 10 People’s Home Guard Defense Cores station in Southern China, as the KLM forces march on Kumming. They were order to stop the KLM forces march in Southern China, the first move from the PLA forces was to Para drop all their Paratroop cores behind KLM lines and cause chaos for the KLM supply lines has the Paratroopers began attacking from behind, the PLA Army core along with the Home Guard cores began a full out counter attack on the KLM forces in hopes of driving them back to their homefront. The Battle for Kumming has just began.

With News of the KLM fleet leaving dock and heading to the South China sea, the PLA navy began to get ready for coming battle against the massive KLM fleet, the two massive fleets will finally meet. And start the greatest navy battle in world history….

Chapter Six: The battle of the lines
"Without the people an army has nothing." Mao Zedong
KLM veiw

The battle against China on all fronts was turning into a battle of the lines, where the KLM forces could not break thought the lines without taking heavy losses, it was just a battle of the lines, where one sides tries to take the other sides lines in the hopes of breaking the lines. At all fronts its just down to fighting back and fore between the two lines. High Command had think of a way to break thought the PLA lines, yet this was going to taken. So for now the KLM forces at the many fronts were order to just shelling the hell out of the PLA lines, intill High Command belive it was time to attack again. For now the KLM assult into China was stopped for now…

As for the North Korea, entering the war. High Command order that the theat must be remove. So with that the KLM arm forces send out 5 Marine Corps, 10 Paratroop corps and 10 reserve division to attack North Korea from Vladivostok. With most of the North Korean forces fighting in Manchuria, and leaving a 100,000 troops to defend the homeland from attack from the South or KLM forces. The KLM forces para drop their troops at Ch’ongjin and manger to take the city with the support of the Marines , the KLM forces manger to overrun the North Korean city of Kimch’aek. They kept on moving to Wonsan , that’s they met the key elite army cores of the North Korean Army, they manger to stop the KLM forces for short time at Wonsan, yet do the battle in Manchuria reaching its apexs. The KLM forces were order to stop their march in North Korea, and just kept the North Koreans at bay.

As for the KLM navy it was only about one week away from meeting the PLA navy in the open sea…it was only matter of time

PLA view

The PLA force at all fronts were still holding the line and preventing the KLM forces from taking the cities, yet with the massive shelling and the attack on North Korea. Was making the PLA commanding officers very uneasy, yet another front was opening up. Yet the PLA couldn’t send any troops to support their allies of North Korea, do the fact the KLM forces were attacking from almost all sides. Then came the orders from the North Korean command for NK forces to return to North Korea for the defense of the homeland. With the massive pullout of the North Korean Forces, just leaving the PLA forces in the Manchuria to fight the KLM forces alone without the support of the NK units. PLA command send out the orders to hold the line the best they could..if they lines fall so will China…both sides were taking heavy losses from the fighting it was only a matter of time before one of the sides would fall apart. Even with the fact of the NK pull out , the PLA commanders had set up many traps for the KLM forces to attack and get destory, the main goal was to force the KLM forces in reteat after losing so much of their forces in the battle of the lines. The prime goal to cut off their supply lines comperely, but the PLA forces were unable to competely cut off the supply lines do the fact that the KLM forces were guarding their supply lines heavly and not allowing the PLA forces to cut the lines. Yet the PLA did do a lot of damage to the KLM forces in the attacks on the supply lines, forcing the KLM forces to send more troops to defend the supply lines. Just cutting the number of KLM forces attacking the PLA lines. Yet would this work…we’ll have to see..

The PLA navy was waiting for the KLM fleet to come….then the great battle will began.

Chapter Seven: The Great Breakthrough
“Don't fight a battle if you don't gain anything by winning.” Erwin Rommel

KLM view
With the massive pullout of the North Korean forces in Manchuria, the PLA lines for now were weakening in some areas. High Command issues the orders for a full out attack on all fronts. To use this weaken PLA lines for KLM advantage, with High Command order Eastern Command to give the orders to attack. Each front had mixed results, for the Indian front the KLM forces were still fighting a stalemate with the PLA forces. As the Turkistani Front, the it was also a stalemate, and the KLM forces took heavy losses as they try to take the key cities in the area. But as for the Eurasian Front, the fighting for Mongolia was still going on. The KLM forces were slowly destroying the PLA forces in the area and soon the area will fall to KLM hands, yet that would happen if the KLM forces manger to crush the PLA major army groups in a key battle. But for Manchuria, the KLM forces were lucky. With a massive attack on all the PLA lines in the area, after heavy fighting and taking massive losses. The 12th Red Banner Army,10th Red Banner Army and 11th Red Banner Army take Qiqihar and Mudnjiang after taking loses up to 40 percent. They manger to force the PLA forces in a retreat, with the PLA forces in compete retreat, the 11th Black Legion Army, 13th Black Legion Army, 8th Black Legion Army manger to take Changchun and Harbin after heavy fighting and taking losses up 30 percent. 1st Red Banner Army, 2nd Red Banner Army, 5th Red Banner Army, 7th Red Banner Army, and including the European Union Dominion cores of the 3rd Army and 4th Army manger to take Fushun, Shenyang and Jilin after weeks of heavy fighting, they took losses up to 60 percents do the fact they were fighting the main army groups of the PLA forces. With news of the breakthrough in Manchuria, the KLM forces in Mongolia began its own massive attack on the PLA lines, the 6th Army, 4th Army , 22nd Army and 37th Army of Imperial Army Cores manger to break thought PLA lines at Ulaanbaater and take the city. Yet the imperial army core takes losses up to 50 percent with battling the PLA force. The Imperial Forces were order to take all of the Outer and Inner Mongolia, with that order the Imperial Army cores began their march on to Erenhot in Inner Mongolia. Where they try to take the city and march right to Beijing… As for the Turkistani front, the new of the break thought give hope the KLM forces in the area; the regional commanders order a massive assault on the PLA lines. Yet the massive assault failure for the KLM forces resulting in the stalemate to remain in effect. As for the Indian front, no change happen on that front…both sides were lock in stalemate.

As for the North Korean front, Marine Corps, 10 Paratroop corps and 10 reserve division manger to break thought the North Korean lines at Wonsan and march to P’yongyang. On the route to the seat of Government for North Korea, they ran into those North Korean army cores that were recall from the front in China, and were send back to defend the homeland. The KLM forces were stop half way to P’yongyang. KLM High Command order another 10 Reserved Divisions to be sent the front, the fighting was heavy in some areas for now the North Koreans manger to stop the KLM forces for now..it was only a matter of time before the KLM forces break thought the North Korean lines.

The South China Sea, the KLM fleet came into range of the PLA navy and began opening fire on the PLA ships, both sides began exchanging missiles, the carriers began sending out fighters gain control of the skies. The battle was turning out to be battleships and missiles cruiser exchanging shots at each other. The battle was reaching an apex, many ships on both sides were being sunk. Both sides wanted to destroy each other…the battle of the South China Sea had only began.

PLA view

With KLM forces breaking through the PLA lines in Manchuria and Outer Mongolia and destroying many units of the PLA arm forces in the area. The PLA Command sends out order to stop the KLM advance at all cost. The PLA forces of 10 Peoples Red Guard cores and 5 PLA Armies Core which became know as the 1st Red Army, although most of the units took losses up to 50 percent from the KLM breakthrough in Manchuria But had about 10 People’s Home Guard Defense Cores which boast their numbers, they were order to stop the KLM march into China. They manger to stop the KLM at force at Benxi. They mounted a major counter attack and retook Shenyang and Fushun after taking heavy losses. They quickly dug up defensive lines to hold off a major KLM counter attack and wait for the PLA forces to rebuild themselves and again began attack to drive the KLM forces out of Manchuria and North Korea.

As for the Mongolian Front, The PLA arm forces of the 10 Peoples Red Guard cores and 2 PLA Armies Core become know as the 2nd Red army, even thought they were push out of Outer Mongolia. They still had enough troops to began counter attack on the KLM forces, at the battle of Erenhot they lost about 50 percent of their forces in the massive counter attack on the KLM forces. Yet they manger to drive the KLM forces out of Inner Mongolia and retake some areas of Outer Mongolia, yet they couldn’t hold on to these retaken areas and were force to withdraw back to Inner Mongolia where they began to dug in for the coming KLM attack..

As for the Fronts of Xinjiang and Tibetan fronts were holding off the KLM attacks do their well build defenses ,yet they were barely holding on for now…it looks like these fronts were not going to fall anytime soon..

The South China Sea, was a bloody battle between the two massive fleets, even thought that the PLA fleet was outnumber by the size of the KLM fleet. They were still putting up a hell of fight against the KLM navy. Both sides were taking massive losses. Yet it was the PLA navy that was taking most losses from the fighting. Yet the PLA commander of the fleet, refuse to withdraw from the battle. He order very surface ship and submarine to hold their ground and fight to the bitter end. And take as many KLM ships as they can, this was their last stand.

Chapter Eight: Let loose the angel of Death
“You may not be interested in war, but war is interested in you.”Leon Trotsky
KLM view

KLM High Command believe it was time for a all out attack and break the PLA once and for all, they decide to send every unit of the Eastern Command to attack the PLA in all assault on PLA holdings. In the hopes of crushing the PLA forces once and all, with that High Command send every Reserved Divisions and Civil Defense Core Divisions that could send to all the Fronts, In order to build up the forces for the coming offensive against the PLA. They hoped by send more divisions and units to the front, they would have enough force to break thought the PLA lines and crush the People’s Republics once and for all.

When the order came for the front commanders to began the offensive, the offensive with the Turkistani Front fighting a very bloody fight against the PLA lines. The fighting at the Turkistani front was very fierce at the PLA refuse to fall back or break. Both sides were taking heavy losses and but both sides refuse to fall back, both wanted to win. Almost all the Army cores of the KLM Turkistani were fighting to the bitter death in the hopes of crushing the PLA in East Turkistan, once and for all. Then finally after nearly six days of non stop fighting, the KLM forces broke thought the PLA lines at Yining ,Kashi, and Ertai and dove the PLA forces out of Urumqi the seat of the regional government for the People’s Republic in the region. The KLM kept on march crushing the broken PLA forces in area as they march on. They manger to take most of Xinjiang ,yet the Turkistani Front took losses up to 70 percent and with such major losses, the Front Commanders order their army cores to stop their march after taking Xinjiang. The amount of killed on both sides for just that front went up to the millions. Throughout the region, one could see death bodies (from both sides) and burn out tanks for miles upon miles out in the countryside of Xinjiang. The Turkistani Front had complete its mission to take East Turkistan, but at a very cost in terms of men.

As for the Indian Front, the KLM front commanders order a massive artillery bombardment of the PLA front lines for six hours unstop shelling of the PLA lines, then finally the Front Commanders give the order for the assault to began, the fighting was even more fierce in the Tibetan front compare to the Turkistani front.Yet the battle went on longer for the Indian Front, nearly three weeks of heavy fighting went on just the lines, which they could not break thought. Then finally they manger to break thought the PLA lines at the Kashmir front and also break thought the PLA lines at Gyangze. Yet this breakthrough was not enough to crush the PLA forces in Tibet, the PLA forces manger to regroup and hold off the KLM offensive. Even with massive attack on the PLA lines, the Tibetan offensive was neither success nor a total failure, the KLM forces did manger to gain a foothold in Tibet that was about it. Yet the KLM forces losses went up to 30 percent, from mainly fighting in the mountain regions took a total on the KLM assault force. Plus the KLM assault on Kumming was failure and the KLM forces were drove out yet again.

Then the came, the fighting on the Manchurian and Mongolian fronts was still going fierce with the extra troops. The KLM front commanders give the order for the massive assault to begin once again. The KLM forces in Manchuria gather all their front armies just outside of Fushun and Shenyang, they began with artillery bombardment of the two cities, in order to weaken the PLA lines in the city. Then after shelling the PLA lines, the orders came for the KLM army cores to take the cities, after two days of heavy fighting the KLM forces overwhelm the PLA defenders take Shenyang and Fushun. Then the KLM forces march on to Benxi and took the city of heavy fighting. Then they march on to Dalian and crush all that lay in the path for Dalian. After crushing most of the PLA forces in Manchuria, they march to Jinzhou and took the city. Yet the price for taking Manchuria, was at costly one, the KLM forces roughly took about 60 percent losses in the fighting against the PLA. They couldn’t march to Beijing they had taken too many looses and were badly weaken from the fighting.

Then finally the came the Mongolian front, began with KLM front commander began a full out attack on PLA at Erenhot with the extra troops send from High Command the KLM force were able to break thought the PLA lines at Erenhot after two days of heavy fighting. They manger to break thought and the city, they march on to Baotou and Hohhout, two cities that lay in the path for Beijing. Yet the fighting for these two cities was to a stand still for two weeks, the PLA was making there last stand at these two cites. At the apex of the battle both sides were destroying a 10 tanks per five minutes at some accounts. The KLM manger to the two cities’ at heavy cost of 55 percent of their forces was destroy or killed in the fighting. The Front Commanders stop their march into China, they couldn’t march to take Beijing…they were so close, but very weaken from the heavy fighting and needed more troops and amour to march on to Beijing. They call upon High Command to send units from Western Command to support the final push. Because the KLM armies cores of the Eastern Front were badly weaken from the heavy fighting and could not march anymore… Most of the front commander already knew that China could be conquer, yet they didn’t voice their opinions publicly to their troops.

As for the North Korean Front, High Command sends another 30-reserve division to support the conquest of Korea. With the badly needed troops, the Front Commander order massive attack on the weaken North Korean Lines. After hours of heavy fighting, the KLM forces break thought the North Korean defense lines and march into Pyongyang, taking the seat of government for North Korea, and also a team of AMI Black Hawks killed the leader of North Korea in short order. Two more weeks of fighting went on after taking seat of government, with all of North Korea fell to KLM rule. The KLM march to the DMZ between ex North Korea and South Korea. The Front commanders were order to march on to South Korea. Began by doing a massive artillery bombardment of the DMZ, where most of the South Korean army was base. Nearly for ten days the artillery bombardment was going on, it mainly made up shelling, missiles fire and heavy bombing of the DMZ side of South Korea. Then the order came of the KLM forces to come to march. The KLM forces began their massive attack on South Korea, they encounter the South Korean army at Seoul, and they were defending the seat of Government for South Korea. After nearly four days of heavy fighting the KLM forces took the cities of Seoul and Inch’on with light to moderate losses. The conquest of South Korea as began…..one way or another the two Koreas will become one again..

As for the battle for the South China Sea, it was a major success for the KLM fleet which crush the PLA navy, do the fact that KLM fleet outnumber the PLA fleet. But it was bitter sweet, the KLM Pacific/Indian fleet lost about 40 percent of its ships to the PLA Fleet…such a massive lost made the success of the battle a bittersweet type of matter. It will take the fleet up to four years to rebuild and repair most of the ships that were lost in the massive battle. As for the PLA navy that was another story…

PLA view

After taking massive losses and defeats, the Central Military Commission order all remaining units to fall back to Central China, expect for the Tibetian Front, was order to hold the KLM forces for a little longer. As for the Northern Front, the Central Military Commission order that Beijing must not fall to the KLM forces hands. They order that what’s left of the 1st Red Army and 2nd Red Army must fight to the death and not all the KLM forces to take the city. They also order that what remains of the East Turkistan front army to move to central China to defend the core regions of China. What was left of the PLA arm forces were barely 30 percent, the other 70 percent was destroy or lose in the war against the KLM. The PLA officer’s core knew they couldn’t kept on fighting the KLM. Yet the Generals and the Government refuse to listen to them, they believe they could crush the KLM forces and take Eurasia for themselves. But the officers had enough of this thinking and were plotting a mutiny to end the People’s Republic of China in the hopes of saving their beloved nation, with that being said the Officers of the PLA army cores began to mutiny against the People’s Republic, they had to mutiny against a government which was leading China down a path of chaos and ruin. They manger to get the support of most of the troops protecting Beijing, and march down to government buildings. They storm each building and kill all the top-level members of the Communist Party of China and also the heads of the PLA. With the leaders of PRC dead, the officers appoint one of their own to lead China and save China from death. That was General Julius Chan as the provisional President of the Provisional Government of China. For now China under a government was still at war with KLM would that change or not…we will seen soon..

As the PLA navy after the battle of the South China Sea, only about 10 percent manger to return to home port , the other 90 precent was lost in the fighting. They fought for the their nation and manger to taken out about 40 percent of the KLM fleet, but at a massive cost…this was the last time that the PLA navy would left leave homeport..

Chapter Nine: The preverbal heart attack
“So the bastard's dead! Too bad we didn't capture him alive!” Stalin

PLA
The Provisional Government of China began its meeting as the ruling governemnt of China, in this meeting the heads of the new government saw no point in fighting a war against the KLM. They belive it would to be best for the nation to call for a cease fire and work out a peace treaty in the hopes of saving China from doom. The People’s Republic of China, had its preverbal heart attack with going into this war and now with the PGC trying to end war just signing the death of the Peoples Republic for good. They send a notice to the KLM government stating that were asking for cease fire and a place to work out a peace treaty.

KLM View

The KLM arm forces not in good shape, the war took a major total on KLM arm forces at least 60 percent of the standing army was destory, 40 percent of the air forces was destory, 20 percent of the navy was destory thanks to massive war. Most of the front commanders at the Eastern Command state that couldn’t march on and take of all of China. The cost was too great and Arm forces were too weak to kept on fighting a war that was cost them the entire arm forces core. They peld that to High Command , stating to keep on fighting is going to kill the empire and the hopes of conqueting China and holding it was competely. Even the Overall Amir of Jihad for the Sino Jihad- Field Marshal of the Al Muslimeen Army Ali Hassan Pasha stated to High Command that this war cannot be won, its costing the empire too much to kept on fighting at this war, they sue for peace. With new of the PGC officering a crease fire, the KLM government accepts it and agree to send a officer to work out the terms of the peace between the states. Finally both sides were at stop fighting each other. Yet even with peace on front, the KLM forces in Korea kept on marching in till they conquered all of the South Korea which took about a month before crushing the last bits of the South Korean and just reuniting the two Koreas under KLM rule…

Chapter Ten: Peace to be to the World!
"Here it is, my fate. One military campaign after another. ... And the hatred of the corrupt for that. But I would not exchange this fate for a peace with the corrupt." Vladimir Lenin

PLA view
PGC send word to the KLM government to send their officers to Beijing, the meeting itself was going to happen in Forbidden City, where the KLM officers will meet provisional President General Julius Chan to work out the peace treaty and end this war. The main of goal China was to save herself from being destroyed or being cut up into portions for other nations to take. Yet General Julius Chan had something else in mind besides signing a mere treaty of peace. He had his own goals and dreams for the China and all of Asia. He wanted to talk to the Sultan alone and try to work out something that would help both nations.

KLM View
The KLM Government sends Field Marshal of the Al Muslimeen Army Sultan Suleiman Al Bashir II and 20 of his top officers of the Army of Death, to Beijing where the Sultan will meet the provisional President General Julius Chan and try to work out the terms for peace, they request that meeting would happen in the Forbidden City. The Convey of KLM officers enter the Beijing not as conquers ,but as peacemakers in the hopes of ending this war. The Sultan was empower to work out a peace treaty with the Chinese. When the Sultan meant the provisional President General Julius Chan, the Sultan could tell that General Julius Chan wanted something more then a plan peace treaty…what happen in that meeting remains unknown. The meeting between General Julius and the Sultan was a close door meeting. After the meeting, the Sultan give the new to his people that peace has been made with the Chinese, and a major annoncement was to come.

Both KLM and PLA view

There was a level of shock for the peoples of KLM and EAE, one day they were foes, and the next day they became allies…how did this happen? It was going to take time for them to get use the fact they are friends not enemies. But they to set their minds to other matters such as rebuilding the their nations and took ahead to the Future…a new future

Chapter Twelve: The Aftermath and rebuilding
“New orders are always plagued with headaches.” Said Dr. James Maxwell

KLM view

The KLM government had order the compete withdraw of all KLM forces in China and Korea. The Sultan stated he would not return home, in till all his troops have return to their home bases. With that being said, he remains at Eastern Front Command and watch the movements of troops coming home. For Eurasian Dominion Government they had to rebuild their lands in the Far East and Siberia, it was going to take time to rebuild their lands to pre War levels. As for the Arm forces of the KLM and her dominions, they began a massive program to restore their numbers and lost equipment. It was going to take them at least four years to rebuild all the arm forces branches to pre war levels. But many problems were existed for the KLM and its dominions, they had to come to face that they could take China by force…they realize they couldn’t conquer anymore lands. Yet they did manger to get the Philippines to join the Union of KLM. That was the only conquest that the KLM government manger to get, yet it was not by force yet by peaceful means.. KLM was going to take sometime to rebuild herself to pre war levels, and major arm forces reforms were to take place to make sure that the mistake which cost the empire so much , would never happen again.

PLA view

Emperor Julius Chan began to restore China to its pre war levels; a massive rebuild program took place in China. China was entering a new era of under the name of the East Asian Empire. It was going to take some time for the East Asian Empire to rebuild China and get back to pre level wars. The Emperor invited a numbers of leaders from Japan, Laos, Vietnam, and Cambodia after have a very short meeting with the leaders of these nations. They agree to join the union of East Asia, how he got these nations to join the Union was unknown even the leadership of KLM was in a state shock with the new of these nations joining the East Asian Empire. Yet The Eastern Empire as became known as was going to take time to rebuild herself and present itself as a true power. Little was known about Emperor Julius Chan, all that was known was that he was a high-ranking PLA general that was about it.

Commentary on the Sino-KLM War

by Comrade Field Marshal Carl Shinseki (Shinseki Nobuhide), New Dornalian Red Army-

I urge all Red Army officers to read this document, which details one of the many wars that made up the Apocalypse that forged our nation. For it offers some very intriguing details on how wars should and should not be fought.

First of all, the KLM's underestimation of the People's Liberation Army early in the war war a grave mistake that all NDRA forces must understand is tantamount to military suicide. If we are to succeed in spreading the People's Will throughout the Universe, then we must not repeat the KLM's initial mistake.

Second of all, the PLA's attack on the Eurasian territories, and the subsequent KLM counterattack, with its skillful use of limited resources to delay the PLA and allow time for reinforcements to come, are two examples of how to fight. One provides a strong case for the application of surprising overwhelming force, the other provides a textbook example of how to effectively use delaying actions to your advantage.

Third of all, the masterful PLA counterassault on KLM moves towards Kunming and Tibet illustrate a very insightful use of terrain and shock troops to the advantage of a defensive war; therefore, we must use paras and other fast-moving units to our advantage. The raids on supplies, plus the solid defense of Manchuria and the use of hit-and-run fients is also worth noting; on the flip side, we must ensure our supply lines are always secure and we must guard ourselves versus infiltrators and orbital insertions.

Another element of this war worth considering is that the PLA relied upon the DPRK forces to aid them in Manchuria, and they had to leave to defend North Korea, thus resulting in weakening of the Manchurian lines and allowing the KLM to commence a successful, if bloody, attack. This, if interpreted, means that we must be prepared for the worst. If our allies must leave or fail us, we must be prepared to take up the slack.

Another lesson worth noting is that the PLA had superb defenses on all their fronts, they just didn't have enough men or supplies to keep them going as the war drew to a close. We must always ensure that our defenses are the best and keep them well supplied.

The KLM's application of artillery is of note, as is the appaling losses and the overwhelming use of force on both sides. As our doctrines are to minimize Red Army casualties and take the enemy by force, we must learn how to combine the uses of overwhelming force, long distance strike, and defense with the minimization of Red Army casualties, preferably through the use of focused, clear assaults on a defined objective (not to say the combatants in this war were not clear on what they were doing).

And, the mutiny by PLA officials rings a warning. It says that if the civil government wishes to keep a war going to the point of suicide, then problems will occur; this was also the case with the decisive October Revolution in 1917. Thus, it can be argued that this episode also presents a case for intense political indoctrination and Commissar surveillance of Army officials, so that they will not revolt. It also presents the case that wars should be made short and decisive, with room for error should guerillas or matters of national survival pop up. Either way, this episode says that war is not to be taken lightly.

In conclusion, I hope all Red Army officials learn from this war, it has much to teach us, even in the age of Mecha and Railguns.

Commentary on the Sino-KLM War
by Field Marshal Bernard Thomas

If one has never personally experienced war, one cannot understand why a commander any brilliance and exceptional ability. Everything looks simple. Everything in war is very simple, but the simplest thing is difficult. The difficulties accumlate and end by producing a kind of friction that is inconceivable. Countless minor incidents, the kind you can never really forsee, combine to lower the general level of performance, so that one always falls far short of the intended goal.
-Clausewitz, On Strategy

The primary flaws in the execution of the Sino-KLM war, the problems experienced by both the People's Republic of China and the Khailfah al Musilmeen, were inherently connected to the respective planning of the war. The KLM and PRC had been planning to attack one another for nearly fifty and twenty years, respectively.

The German Wermacht spent less than six months on Operation Yellow and its successor Operation Sicklestroke, the brilliant campaign which utterly destroyed the French and British capability to wage war on continental Europe, and was the effective death blow to the French Republic in 1940.

In contrast, the KLM and PRC spent decades perfecting their plans for war. When the military command plans an attack against the enemy, they must collect information on the enemy, but at some point this collection of information must be replaced by actual plans of attack, and over the course of time the gathered intelligence may become obsolete or cease to be accurate. The gross failure of both armies, and the KLM in particular, was the inordinate amount of time spent planning the attack. Granted, other wars were planned, strategized, and fought during this time, but still the strategy of this 'Jihad' was in the stages of development.

One of Clausewitz's unforseen incidents was, in this case, the fact that neither al Musilmeen nor Chinese strategy could change quickly and fluidly, as once the enemy was found to be of stiffer resolve than planned, the military leadership of the KLM initiated the classic "not one step back" doctrine, which has destroyed countless armies throughout history.

Likewise, the PLA, despite having superb defenses on all fronts, and executing several masterful counterattacks, had niether the men nor logistical capability to fully exploit these advantages, another flaw in their two-decade old plan.

There is a paradox in the study of individual military merit inasmuch as people generally believe that the fundamental strength if soldiers is derived from the mutual dependence of comradeship and its assurance of never being left to fight alone. This is superficially true, but only in the sense that the strength of mutual dependence is an end product itself. Nothing can be derived from mutual support among a group of nothings.
-Joseph Maxwell Cameron, The Anatomy of Military Merit

However, something must be said of the positive instances of the war, though the term 'positive' is of course used loosely.

The KLM's delaying actions in the Eurasian front must be mentioned, as they are a textbook example of such strategy and tatics. Textbook examples have the disadvantage of being well-known, but they are well-known because they work. The Royal Army would do well to learn from this campaign.

Finally, the uprising of the PLA officer corp against the civil government highlights an interesting point. Soldiers do not often have a say in the wars they fight, or why they fight them. Despite this, or perhaps because of it, the civil government refuses to acknowledge the fact the the military often knows better the issues at hand when war is concerned. If war and oppression are likened to the Red Death, soldiers are the sanitation crew. They contain the disease, sometimes driving it back and sometimes accidentally spreading. Rarely are they allowed to correct the cause of the plague. It is the duty of the politicians, the surgeons, to find a cure for the disease. Until the cure is found, we must always remember the sanitation crew.
