History
Following a massive civil war, the reformed Truitti Parliment voted in an isolationist. Due to loopholes in the constitution, the new candidate gained dictoral powers and plunged into anarchy. After the tenth year past of reunification, the Chancellor of Truitt, Fonzi Jewitt, has called to become a new international influence, again.
"Our [Air] Force is sufficant, it has reunited our vast chain of some hundred islands, but we are lacking in our army. Our rifles and specialist suits are sufficant enough, but our tanks, vehicles, assaulters, and other artillary and ground items, are nothing. I need something fast and powerful, and very efficant for island operations.
"My greatest need are naval vessels. Submarines are sufficant, as that is our navy now, but we need top-of-the-line surface ships, enough to claim our islands ten fold.
"Finally, I wish all to know we will purchase production rights of these items, and slightly change sonar arrays, modify designs, and so on in a refit series to fit our universal maintance laws for military pieces. They shall be renamed, but when asked on who designed them, we shall tell who we got them from.
"Lastly, I ask for anyone who is so friendly and just out in this plagued world if they would like to trade embacies and non-agression pacts. Alliances are strict, and in such, only those with past relations with this scarred nation can be permitted such."
