The newly appointed Fuhrer of the Great Eighth Reich has chosen to reach out to the foreign community and strengthen its diplomatic ties with the international community. Fuhrer Matthew VI, born Jonathan William Ferry, made a large speech this morning in front of the ceremonial Council of Generals Headquarters building, announcing live his intentions.

"Lead by my predecessor, the Great Eighth Reich fell into a period of solitude. All foreign ties seemed nonexistant. My duty as the Fuhrer of this glorious nation is to re-establish and revamp those ties, ushering in a new era of prosperity. We will cross oceans, climb over mountains, dig deep into valleys until we are once again a force in this world."

The Great Eighth Reich of Witzgall hereby announces its intentions to create embassies within its nations, as well as spreading its own to foreign lands in hopes of a unification with foreign nations.

An international telegram was sent out to foreign lands, asking for recognition and possible alliances to be formed.

Chancellor Fonzi Jewitt is glad to see Witzgall return at the same time he declairs the Jewittist Republic's own return. We ask to replenish our past relations as brother-nations, and ask if a meeting could possibley be made.

We are overjoyed to see the Jewittist Republic making a return to the fronts of society. A summit shall be established so we can meet face to face, as I have heard many stories from past Fuhrers about relations with your establishment. I am eager to re-establish old ties with the Republic, as I see it as a step in the correct direction for both of our homelands.
