Okay, I got an RP idea...

The year is 2036, America had a Civil War in 2008 when Hilary Clinton is elected, it lasted until 2015 when Russia had become Socialist once more, China had annexed Korea (both) Taiwan and Japan, Chechyn was a country after the third Chechyn war, In 2016 Russia decided to bomb European countries, China and America, World War III started and lasted for about 3 years and Russia and it's allies won... All the countries are the same except now their is Northern Cyprus, China wons Tawain Korea's and Japan, Chechyn is now a country and America is now in Anarchy... so you can pick 5 states to make a country... Pick one country or 5 us states...

I do believe Palixia has claimed Texas and since a good 95% of the world is still left open for claiming, you shouldn't have a tough time finding another good choice.
