"No We need to create PDS' (personal defence shield) they will allow them to not only withstand the modern weapon, but a possiable deflection back at the enemy!" Calls out another.

"Stop this! I have seen our enemies and these 'shields' seem to be our best option." Tusanco yells out over the others.
