It was a cold, rainy morning in Ramm City, Rammsteinburg. Minister of Defence Eric Waters sat at his desk in his office, looking out the window, enjoying the sight.

Colonel Doppel, his assistant, walked into the room. "Sir," he said, "Kaiser Martens should be arriving any minute now." Waters didn't bother turning around. He just said "Escort him here when he arrives." "Yes, sir," Doppel replied. Col. Doppel walked off.

Colonel Doppel waited outside of the Ministry of Defence building for Kaiser Martens to arrive.

Then the Kaiser (http://www.geocities.com/kaisermartens/Kaiser.jpg) stepped forth to the designated area, wearing his usual Reichskaiser uniform, escorted by two elite SS Leibstandarte "Kaiser Martens" guards.

"I'm here." He said, and then allowed himself to be escorted.

"Willkommen, Kaiser Martens," Col. Doppel said as he stepped out of his vehicle with the SS Leibstandarte guards. The two shook hands and Doppel escorted Martens to Waters' office. Once there, Col. Doppel opened the door for Martens, told the guards to stay outside of the office, and walked away.

Eric Waters, dressed in his military uniform, had turned around when he heard the door open. He stood up and walked over to Kaiser Martens to greet him.

Kaiser stepped forth, instructing his guards to remain outside, and smiled towards waters, almost a grin, going over and giving him a handshake. "Guten tag, Herr Waters"

He soon went and sat down. "Mh, this was all so sudden. I'm just here because I wish to know what your plans are for Rammsteinburg, if we're to colaborate. You know, policies, and that kind of things."

Kaiser stepped forth, instructing his guards to remain outside, and smiled towards waters, almost a grin, going over and giving him a handshake. "Guten tag, Herr Waters"

He soon went and sat down. "Mh, this was all so sudden. I'm just here because I wish to know what your plans are for Rammsteinburg, if we're to colaborate. You know, policies, and that kind of things."

"Well, Herr Martens, I have a simple policy right now: destroy all Blackcoats. The declaration of martial law only calls for me to be in power until the war is over. My only goal is to get rid of The Blackcoats, thus ending this war. I want to do it as soon as possible. You have been Rammsteinburg's biggest allie throughout this war, so I'd your help with it."

Waters stood up and walked over to the full coffee pot on a little table in a corner. He poured himself a cup and looked at Kaiser Martens. "Kaffee?"

"Ja, Gern. Ohne Zucker."

He smiled lightly, watching the place for a moment, then he watched the man. "Well, that sure does sound good to me. We need to focus on anihilating those blackcoats, before we can restore real order in these lands." He sighs. "The people are terrified."

"Mh, why did they choose YOU as the leader during the war? There's got to be a reason, heh..."

He leaned back on the comfortable chair, and blinked curiously.

Waters handed Martens the cup of coffee and sat down at his chair.

"Well, according to the Rammsteinburg constiution, when legislature declares martial law, the Minister of Defence becomes in charge of the nation."

Water sips his coffee.

"Are you wondering why I was chosen to be Minister of Defence, which is a very important position during a time of war?"

He sipped from the coffee, feeling its' aroma for a moment, then nodded. "You read my mind, Herr Waters."

"I'd also like to know where you would like me to use my Forces to strike next, and if you had any ideas on that island's situation."

"I suppose the reason I was selected as Minister of Defence is my years of military experience and leadership skills." Waters leans back a little in his chair and crosses his legs to make himself more comfortable.

"I am feeling ready to hit The Blackcoats in the heart. I'd like to launch an attack on their headquarters. We haven't yet been able to locate their new HQ, though. If you have been able to, I'd like to know."

"Flake Island is a tough situation, as you know, because of Blackcoats mixing themselves in with the civilans on the island. You were sent the list and pictures of all of the known Blackcoats still living, right? It will help us when are ready to take on The Blackcoats on Flake Island, which is something I don't want to do yet. We'll save them for later. I want to focus on hitting those bastards in the heart right now. Oh, and to avoid weapons and/or more Blackcoats getting into Flake Island, please have your men keep a close eye on ships coming into the island. Only ships belonging to the Rammsteinburg Coast Guard should be let in. They will deliver food and other essential supplies to the people of Flake Island."

"Have you been informed of my military destroying an island that The Blackcoats had a base on the other day? All of The Blackcoats that surived my Luftwaffe's bombing have been gathered up and the island is vacant. I am planning to refortify it. Feel free to station any soldiers there if you want."

He sipped from his Coffee...

"Mh, there is abnormal activity detected in one of your forests. I'm looking there with the sattelites. With the scanners it appears that there is a huge fortification underground, concealed. I think, I'm pretty positive, it has to be the HQ...now, we have two options, do we use bunker buster weaponry, or should we try and invade it, fighting room per room?"

"After that, we can focus our efforts on Flake Island. It has no offensive capabilities, so we need not to worry. Ah, my Kriegsmarine is rather paranoid about even letting my own ships through, do not worry, it'll be fine there. We should just bomb the remaining blackcoats in that island, it's much easier than sending troops alllll...the way to do it, don't you think?"

"Ah, you might've found it, eh?" Waters finished his coffee and slightly smiled at the news. "That is excellent. Let's go with the bunker buster weaponry. I don't want to put a bunch of mens life at risk by having them raid the underground fortification. I see no need for doing something like that. Well, unless we wanted to break into the computers and gather information. We could find something useful. What do you think?

After taking care of the underground fort, whether we invade or bomb it, let's send some men through the area to look for any other Blackcoats. Oh, and while we are doing all of this I am going to order all roads leading into the area to be blocked."

"May I see the satellite images, please?"
