The Sankakue was escorted by several Patrol ships into unoccupied space to setup a meeting in nuetral space. Emperor Dusanyu was showing the newly revived Lord Rahl how to run the flagship.

"This monitors the anti-matter and engine outputs. These gunnry stations control each laser cannon. The forward chair there controls the electro-magnetic rifles. The one next to it controls space time orb generation. This will be the only ship in the Empire that can be piloted by a Lander so it will take some time for you getting used to. There will be a contigent of Abh soldiers stationed near your planet to insure whatever makes it through the gauntlet, doesn't last long enough to report your position."

Richard Rahl just shook his head... "I had to be revived in a future age. Whatever happened to the good ole fashioned wars where you fought man to man and magic to magic?"

Dusanyu just chuckled... "My friend you and your people are all that is left of that ancient time and we are trying to preserve it. How goes the rebuilding of the People's Palace?"

"Surprisingly fast! Your technology will have it rebuilt in monthes instead of years and the rest of the city is coming along well. I would say that the people that were returned to us are in fine spirits as well."

Dusanyu smiled and walked over to the communication terminal..."This is where your Senior aviator will recieve communications from other ships and any signal being transmitted. It also comes with a vid display."

He looked over to the Abh Senior Aviator "Send a message on all frequencies asking for Rob Bastidas to please meet us at this location to discuss political matters."

The Senior Aviatar nodded her head and sent the comm link...

This is the Sankakue from the Empire of the Humankind Abh. The newly instated Emperor Dusanyu would like to meet with Rob Bastidas from the Federal Union to discuss certain political issues. A small orbital tower will be erected at set coordinates in place of a conference hall. You are only to bring a small entourage with no more than 10 escorting smaller vessels and 2 heavy class vessels.

In light of the message , rob was already on ship on another assignment when he received it in his office, he walked in his feet shuffling slightly on the floor as he came to a stop and sat down at his desk, he looked over to his blinking, leaned over and tapped the bottom playing back the message, he smiled looking over to the USS sovereigns plaque, then taping on his comn. badge to the bridge

“bridge this is bastidas, I’m ordering us to proceed to diplomatic meeting of some what importance divert to this area“

he sent the information to the blinking LCARS helm console who then altered course in warp, it had to be a very slow turn but eventually they would be directly on course , the nacelles were lighten up bright and blue , lighting up the hull around them as stars whooshed buy, with hull lights blinking and lighten up.

Several hours passed, until rob waked out of his ready room looking around at the busy but quiet bridge he smiled as the ship drooped out of war coming out in a bight blue flash of energy its nacelles and hull gleaming on the light of the star.

A message was sent by the helms officer who was busy addressing consoles and other objects at his area, it read This is the Federation star ship USS sovereign we have come for the diplomatic meeting and hope we are not late we are ready to beam our delegate on board if you wish.

Acknowledged. No you are not late. Everything has just been completed. Please beam down to the small station that was brought over from HQ. The Emperor along with the Lord Rahl are awaiting you in the meeting hall. Refreshments are already prepared.

The staff was rushing back and forth preparing the table and setting out refreshments. Everything from the finest wines and ales to rare fruit juices. Fruit was arrayed on a side table along with plates and fresh ice.

The Emperor and Lord Rahl walked through the halls to make sure security was in place. Final diagnostic checks were made to make sure the small station would remain stable. Dusanyu looked over the arrangement of the small escort and made sure defense positions were in proper order. The ships were placed in a defensive ring around the station with the Sankakue only a few clicks away from the station.

The sovereign moved in to orbit the facility just as rob was walking along in his dress Starfleet uniform, he smiled as he taped along the glassy transporter pad, a few seconds passed when suddenly a large white flash engulfed rob, in a matter of nano seconds it was all over and he was on the facility, he looked around smiling thinking :those new transporters are quick..: he dusted off his uniform real quick.

A beautiful Terran server saw Rob and walked over to him. She smiled when she finally reached him "If you'll please follow me, I'll escort you to a chair. His highness will be here shortly. I'll send someone to retrieve him."

She showed him all of the asorted foods and drinks "Please inform a server as to what you would like and they will bring it to you."

A security officer finally caught up to the Emperor and Lord Rahl. "Your Highness, Bastidas has arrived and is waiting for you in the conference hall."

Dusanyu smiled and turned to Richard "You might as well head back to the ship to get better aquainted with it. If you finish everything, then please come back down to enjoy the refreshments but I need you to see to the security out there first."

Richard nodded his head and the Lord Rahl left for the flagship.

Dusanyu walked into the conference room and smiled at Rob.

Rob looked over and stood up smiling at Dusanyu, he held out his hand and said “ hello there, long time no see” he chuckled thinking.. thoughts..

Dusanyu smiled and shook his hand "Indeed it has been far too long. Please sit down. Is there something I can get you?"

Rob said well a drink would be nice id also like to ask you what’s been going on and how have you been!? Rob smiled gleefully

Dusanyu poored Rob some of the finest wine in the Empire and handed him a glass. Dusanyu showed Rob towards the table to where they could sit down.

"Well let's see...The United Mankind has been defeated once and for all. We now control several of their star systems and all of their enemies' territory. It was joint effort with the Gaians and with their agreement, we have an incredible amount of space that is free to us to move around. We are free to move around their territories. We even station warships in their territory.

Oh something new is that her Highness the princess Lafiel has taken herself out of the Royal line of succession. It seems that she wishes to spend her time with her husband and remain in star forces and become a merchant in her free time. Their son Doron, also known as Darth Vicious, is next in line to the thrown. It seems that Empress Ramaj made some deals without the rest of the Empire's knowledge. He may be a sith but he has an undeniable loyalty to the Empire. He fought off the Band of Seven when they forced the Empress to resign and he managed to kill one of the Band's members.

Let's see...now we are just letting our economy flourish. There has been some interesting developments on the surface of our planets. We even have a planet that is completely hidden from all sensors and any ship wishing to invade it would be destroyed immediatly. It's a planet set aside for a lost people that are now loyal to us and we are free to call upon them whenever needed. There was also a discovery of a life form known as Betterman that has been seen in secluded areas. We have been making contact with him and I do believe that any ground attack would cost any invading army greatly just facing one of these beings.
