"The future of aviation within arm's reach."

Wingarde Aerospace Corporation was founded in May 1995 with the merger of most of the Wingardian aviation companies of the time, and is headquartered in Stromburg, Wingarde. It provided a solution to the growing need for aircraft in the nation, and a rentable alternative to imports. Our goal has always been excellence and quality with affordable prices, which we have achieved throughout the last ten years.

As for the customer base, Wingarde Aerospace deals mainly with the Ministry of Defense, but its presence is rapidly growing strongly in civil aviation too. It was only recently that the government allowed military-grade aircraft to be exported to foreign powers all over the world, hoping to boost the national economy while aiding potential allies in the development of their air forces.

Feel free take a look at our catalog. Currently, it is slightly limited given the fact that the Ministry of Defense hasn't permitted the export of every single Wingardian aircraft. Please bear with us while this issue is solved.

By the mid-90s, and in sight of recent aerodynamics breakthroughs by national scientists, the Wingardian government realized the country’s potential to develop remarkable airplanes. Purchasing military equipment from other territories was taking a large part of the military spending, and it was becoming a liability. So, in 1995, the first project to build an all-around, highly maneuverable and Mach-speed capable multirole fighter was born. The prototype, built by the newly founded Wingarde Aerospace Corporation, was named WX-27. After three years of extensive experimentation and after being approved by the Air Force, the WF-27 Firebolt entered mass production.

The Firebolt surpassed all expectations not long after being fully implemented to service (1999). The aircraft proved to be extremely reliable in every situation, performing admirably in every mission, from ground strikes to Combat Air Patrols (CAP). The WF-27 was reluctantly deemed able for export in 2003, after several arguments in the Ministry of Defense.

Following the success of the WF-27 Firebolt, Wingarde Aerospace was given the job to design a heavier fighter craft to aid it in the defense of the nation. The WX-33 rolled out of the assembly line in 2000, and a lengthy period of testing and fine-tunning began. Two fatal accidents almost doom the project, but the malfunctioning parts were quickly redesigned and future test flights restored faith on the fighter. The WF-33 was named Avenger, and entered service in 2003.

The Avenger proved extremely useful in complementing the Firebolt in missions of any kind, and provided heavy support in precision ground strikes all over the world. Being carrier-based, the deployment range was increased exponentially, allowing missions all over the world. The fighter craft is revered by Wingardian pilots all over the nation. Even though the cutting-edge WF-39 Retaliator is currently entering service, the WF-33 will certainly remain on duty at least for the next 25 years.

The WF-39 Retaliator is Wingarde's most advanced, high-performance, supersonic air dominance stealth fighter to date, and undoubtedly one of the best the world. Capable of reaching speeds above Mach 3 at altitude while maintaining a very small radar signature, the WF-39 is a force to be reckoned with. Even though it was primarily designed for conducting air superiority tasks, it's also equipped to perform ground and sea strike missions.

The fighter can carry a sizeable payload in addition to the 25mm cannon internally-mounted in the nose. To avoid compromising the Retaliator's stealthiness, it's been fitted with internal bays. 1,000 kg of ordnance can be equipped in each of the revolving magazine's 10 hardpoints. There are 10 additional external pylons, but should only be used in exceptional situations since they can considerably compromise stealth, range, speed and maneuverability.

As almost every other Wingardian fighter craft to date, the WF-39 is equipped to operate from aircraft carriers as well as airbases on land. Its wings are designed to fold up 135 degrees while the vertical elevators lower 35 degrees, in order to save as much space as possible in cramped hangars and carrier decks.

Unfortunately, international sales of the Retaliator will be restricted to the nations that invested in the WX-38 project during its design and later experimental phase (Southeast Asia, Czardas, Spizania and Urcea), and allies of Wingarde, of course. This is unlikely to change in the near future.

The WR-4 Sea Ranger was designed to fulfill the role of a multi-mission helicopter with Anti-Submarine Warfare and Search & Rescue capabilities, operating from almost any naval platform. The resulting aircraft was a success, and in a matter of two years (from 1997, when it entered service, to 1999) every possible Wingardian vessel had it on their helipads. Even though it has yet to see real action, the Sea Ranger has proved itself capable of SAR and inspecting operations in the hands of the Federal Coast Guard.

The WR-6 Champion was Wingarde’s first rotary-wing aircraft project. The first prototype was manufactured in 2001, and went through an extensive series of quality and performance tests over the next two years. It entered active service around the same time as the WF-33 Avenger, in mid-2003.

Equipped with the latest avionics systems and state-of-the-art weapons, the Champion proved to be a deadly fighting machine, specialized in the elimination of armored vehicles and destruction of heavy fortifications. Nevertheless, the helicopter performs remarkably well against other ground targets. However, its ability to engage fast, non-rotary-wing aircraft is somewhat limited due to the inherent restrictions of this type of vehicles.

Developed between 1996 and 1998, the WT-19 Skymaster promptly replaced the foreign designs for transport aircraft in Wingarde. After fully entering service in 1999, the Skymaster began its career transporting military goods all over the nation and allies, even though it would easily be able to reach farther places if necessity dictates so. Its spacious hold can transport cargo and troops to any destination in the planet since it’s runway requirements are more than acceptable, even for an aircraft this large.

The WT-25 Stratolifter is one of the largest transport aircraft in the entire world. Its development process stretched from 2001 trough 2003, and was designed in order to fulfill very large transport operations of all kinds of military equipment during wartime. However, it has yet to see full use of its capabilities, given the fact Wingarde has never been involved in any major military conflict.

Transporting more than four times the WT-19 Skymaster's capacity, the Stratolifter can deliver huge amounts of equipment anywhere in the world and even faster than its smaller predecessor, due to its powerful six G-TC-83A engines. Due to the lack of armament installed onboard, the WT-25 is a vulnerable and fairly easy target, so it should never be without escort in wartime.

The WE-10 Overseer was designed in 1996 in order to extend the sensor range of the Wingardian fleets. Operating from a carrier, the Overseer can position itself high above the allied ships, and detect any incoming threats with greater anticipation thanks to the advanced sensors equipment onboard the aircraft. The WE-10 is also ideal to plan and coordinate strikes to targets within 300 nautical miles from the carrier group.

Being an unarmed aircraft, the Overseer shouldn't fly far from the task force without proper escort. Nevertheless, it proves to be an invaluable asset to any modern battle group.

The TD-3 Sentinel is the result of a joint venture between Wingarde Aerospace and National Cybernetics, which goal was to create a multi-purpose tactical drone which would carry out varied kinds of missions, from reconnaissance to surveillance to tactical strikes (by mounting a warhead on the drone). The Sentinel has just entered mass production, and was meant for export from the start.

Experimental Aircraft

The following designs are testbed prototypes in early stages of development. The Ministry of Defense is reluctant to reveal or even sell much information about these cutting-edge aircraft. Nevertheless, foreign investments in the research efforts may make the government reconsider its decision about their sale to international powers.

We regret to inform you that the software that calculated the cost estimates of the prototypes had been hacked some time ago, and was producing grievously erroneous figures until recently, when the problem was fixed. As you requested, the actual estimated costs for each prototype are as follows:

WX-38: $110+ million USD
WX-41: $2.4+ billion USD

In regards for the research completion time, it is uncertain. The aircrafts are barely testbed prototypes, and even though we are receiving considerable funding, they won't enter service at least in the next four years.

The WT-19 Skymaster's can transport 55 tonnes of any kind of cargo. According to your request, we have done the following calculations in sight of the cargo you would like to load:

A Skymaster can carry:
- 220 troops with equipment.

In the last case, 15 tonnes of capacity would remain free for extra cargo.

As for the customer base, Wingarde Aerospace deals mainly with the Department of Defense, but its presence is rapidly growing strongly in civil aviation too. It was only recently that the government allowed military-grade aircraft to be exported to foreign powers all over the world, hoping to boost the national economy while aiding potential allies in the development of their air forces.

Feel free take a look at our catalog. Currently, it is slightly limited given the fact that the Department of Defense hasn't permitted the export of every single Wingardian aircraft. Please bear with us while this issue is solved.

Triancia
29-08-2005, 19:49
The Federal Kingdom of Triancia is very interested in the advancements being made by the Wingarde Aerospace Corporation, and I have a number of orders for you.

First, members of the Triancian Military Community have expressed excitement at a number of your aircraft, specifically your rotary-winged aircraft, as well as transport, and carrier-based Battlespace management platforms. For this reason, Triancia would like to purchase the following for testing and evaluation purposes, with more orders forthcoming depending on their performance:

10 WR-4 'Sea Ranger': 211 million USD
10 WR-6 'Champion': 296 million USD
10 WT-19 'Skymaster':91 million USD
10 WE-10 'Overseer': 534 million USD

This brings us to a total cost of 1,132,000,000 USD, which will be wired to your accounts upon confirmation of this order.

Second, members of the Directorate of Aerospace Research of the Triancian National Laboratories, as well as the Triancian Air Force, have taken a direct interest in Wingrade's WX-41 Strategic Bomber program. Our current project to create a sub-orbital attack aircraft, the XAF-1 Mercury program, has given our scientists insight on creating high-velocity, high altitude engines, along with the accompanying air frame. We would like to dedicate funds, personnel, and data towards this WX-41 program, and need only Wingrade Aerospace's needs in order to specify aid.

Third, my counterpart in the Department of Commerce, Secretary Washlyn, has asked me to put forth a proposal for the Triancian government to invest directly in Wingrade Aerospace, a move that is seen by the President himself as a wise investment for Triancia, its government, and its people.

Lastly, it's a minor detail, but, pending adoption, aircraft and equipment under testing and evaluation are usually given Triancian designation. If you are adverse to this, we can simply keep original designations.

I look forward to your response.

Sincerely,
Robert Wernick,
Triancian Secretary of Defense

Mr. Volt,

Mr. Washlyn has asked me to clarify his request again. Now, normally I'm not one to take orders from Commerce, but products offered by your corporation are of high-enough quality that I carry out his requests.

By investment, we mean Triancian ownership of Wingarde Aerospace stock, and, thereby, a portion of the company. We understand that Wingarde Aerospace is a state-run entity, and that you may be reluctant to sell such assets to a foreign power. We understand this, and are willing to invest whatever you would allow, be it 50 percent, or half a percent.

We are glad to hear that the Triancian military and Triancian science can both benefit from the WX-41 program. We are willing to offer select data from the Mercury Project, the use of the National Laboratories' resources in technical research, and funds totaling 100 billion USD toward the completion of this project.

In order to facilitate cooperation between the Triancian Government, and Wingarde Aerospace, we invite Wingarde Aerospace to open up offices and/or facilities in Triancia, to produce either military or civil aircraft for export. Such a facility would have to follow laws put in place by the Department of Commerce and Ministry of Economics and Revenue, of course, but I think you would agree the benefits outweigh the costs.

On that note, the Department of State would like to open up official diplomatic ties with Wingarde, and, between you and me, it be for the best. These foreign communiqués never were my strong suite, and I'd best leave diplomatic niceties up to them.

Lastly, we will not designate your aircraft with Triancian designation's during the testing phase. However, I regret to inform you that, upon adoption, they will be given Triancian designation, while keeping their given names. I understand your need for national pride, but I fear it must be offset somewhat by our logistical concerns.

Sincerely,
Robert Wernick,
Triancian Secretary of Defense

OOC: Thankee! I see a low post count, but I have no doubt you have some other Roleplaying experiance. You don't use MU*s, by any chance, do you?

SUBJECT: Clarification and confirmation

I am afraid I have misunderstood the meaning of your investments. I regret to inform you that Wingarde Aerospace is strictly a national corporation, so we cannot allow foreign powers to partially own it. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

As for your intended contributions to the WX-41 project, please feel free to invest as much as you wish. We also gladly agree to an exchange of information with your XAF-1 program.

Regarding the opening of branches in other countries, I believe it could be arranged, but setting up manufacturing facilities overseas is a sensitive issue; it will have to be thoughtfully discussed by our executives and me. Please do not take this as a negative answer, we simply need time before we reach a sensible decision.

On the diplomatic matters, I am sure your government can arrange that with our nation's Foreign Ministry.

Finally, I am slightly concerned about the designation changes of your purchased aircraft. Could you please be more specific as to the modifications you plan to carry out?

Triancia
30-08-2005, 01:33
Mr. Volt,

Mr. Washlyn is sorry to hear that, but this government understands. Flagship industry is sometimes better left in the hands of a respective national government.

On the matter of the WX-41, I am glad Triancia is able to contribute to such a program, and look forward to seeing a completed prototype in the near future.

We can understand your company's reluctance to set up manufacturing facilities in our country, but, please, look at it from our point of view. If we are to incorporate aircraft from Wingarde Aerospace into our military, it stands to reason that we don't want the production of these aircraft out-of-country, across a sea or air that could become hostile to Triancia and its allies. During a long war, possibly fought on Triancian soil, we must be able to insure domestic production. Since you are not selling production rights (a wise move from a profit standpoint) we feel a factory in Triancian territory is strategically justified. Large orders may hinge on it.

Secretary Garner of the State Department will open up channels with your government, and assures me that these actions will only further our relations with Wingarde Aerospace.

And you needn't worry about these designations. The only modification we make to foreign aircraft is modification of hardpoints and software to accept weaponry based both the Ammunition and Munitions Logistical Systems. By designation changes, we mean that specific number all Triancian military Aircraft are designated by. I believe the base designation given to your WR-6 Champion would generally be HST-17, if modulated for a tactical attack on ground targets. Like wise, your WR-4 Sea Ranger would be designated HSC-14, or 15, depending on other testing done to other aircraft at this time. Again, this is assuming the WR-4 is used in a Sea Control role.

Sincerely,
Robert Wernick,
Triancian Secretary of Defense

OOC: Well, I would consider it more Post-Modern, since we do have some sub-orbital craft on the drawing board today. It's your thread, though. :) I've deleted the part of my last pose that referred to it, to maintain continuity.

SUBJECT: Decision

After thorough discussion with my fellow executives here in Wingarde Airspace, we have agreed to build a manufacturing facility on Triancian soil. However, before we confirm this project, you must agree to the following (negotiable) terms:

1) Due to the fact we are transporting an important part of Wingardian technology over to foreign territory, we will send the necessary Army and Air Force personnel to protect the installation, acting by orders and on behalf of the government of Wingarde.

2) The factory's grounds will be considered Wingardian territory, and any unauthorized intrusion or attack will be considered a direct offense (or an act of war) against the Wingardian government.

3) The Triancian security forces will ensure safety and order in the surroundings of the facility, inspecting any suspicious activity and take action if necessary.

We hope you understand these security measures are critical when carrying these formidable technologies overseas, and that our only interest is to protect what is ours. I am looking forward to your reply.

Triancia
31-08-2005, 17:08
President Ernst Volt, Wingarde Aerospace Corporation,

Good day to you, sir. My name is Albert Washlyn, Secretary of Commerce for the Federal Kingdom of Triancia. The Department of Commerce's job is to both further Triancia's economic interests abroad, and relations with foreign corporations wishing to claim extraterritorial designation with the Federal Kingdom. As you wish to do the latter, Secretary Wernick has passed this matter on to my Department. I hope we can reach a prosperous settlement for both our nations!

I will address each point your company has brought up in sequence.

1) Basing of Troops: I've been told Robert will address this in a separate communiqué.

2) Extraterritoriality for Wingarde Aerospace facilities: Ahh, the heart of the matter! Mr. Volt, you'll be happy to know that Triancia deals with foreign, nationally owned corporations on a fairly regular basis, and, as such, we have much of the logistical framework to allow this. However, we do differentiate between independent multinationals, and state-run corporations, so, in order to classify you as state-run, we will need some sort of proof that that Wingarde's government controls and orders Wingarde Aerospace. This can not simply be a government endorsement, as we have had some multinationals bribe smaller island nations in order to avoid laws put in place for there type of company.

Also, this type of arrangement needs to be agreed upon by the Ministry of Economics and Revenue, as well. I have obtained their agreement, but only under the condition that the business arm in the country and its employees agree to follow both State Department's Immigrating Employee procedure. In addition, any employees living off-site must work with the municipal and Provincial governments to pay for housing and services, as they are not part of the Ministry of Economics and Revenue’s Federal Distribution of Revenue System (FDRS). If you employee any Triancian citizens, you must report them via FDRS.

3) We can, of course, provide for the security of your site, just as we provide security for all Triancian buildings. We will deploy a detachment of the Triancian Federal Police Department's Diplomatic Protection Service, but are quite confident that local police will be able to protect you. We have virtually no crime in Triancia, after all!

Now then, if you are still looking for a place to setup your factory, I recommend a facility in Mariscopa, in the province of Nalshadi, which has been hit hard by the declining Information Technology industry.

I look forward to dealing with Wingarde Aerospace in the future, and, on behalf of the Triancian Government, we hope you enjoy your time in Triancia!

Sincerely,
Sec. Albert Washlyn,
Triancian Department of Commerce.

Mr. Volt,

I was hoping Sec. Washlyn could have handled all of this, but your request to base troops at your facilities raises some concerns with us in the Defense Department.

Current Triancian foreign policy stipulates a doctrine of reciprocal basing, that is, a Wingarde military base on our soil must be matched by some sort of base on your soil. Since you are only deploying a small amount of units for protection, we feel that our presence should be equally as light. My subordinates in the Navy have put together an agreement for the RTN to use Wingarde ports for refueling and resupplying. If this is unsatisfactory, then we can work on alternatives, but we will not stray away from the aforementioned policy.

I am confident we can reach an agreement that will benefit both out nations.

SUBJECT: RE: Decision

I am writing to you in regards to your concerns about the terms established before carrying out the actual operation of setting up facilities in Triancia.

As for evidencing the state-run nature of Wingarde Aerospace, I can inform you that I, and along with me the rest of the corporation, work directly under the Wingardian Minister of Defense in addition to receiving funds from the government's defense budget. I can send you copies of the corresponding paperwork if you need more proof that Wingarde Aerospace is not a private enterprise.

Regarding the security provided by the Triancian police forces, I have no complaints, I consider they will fulfill the necessary role successfully.

Finally, regarding the basing of Wingardian military personnel on Triancian soil, I have been informed that the Minister of Defense will specifically address you to discuss the terms of reciprocal basing. She will contact you shortly.

Yours sincerely,

Ernst Volt,
President,
Wingarde Aerospace Corporation
TO: Secretary Robert Wernick, Triancia
FROM: Minister Alexia Daecher, Wingarde

SUBJECT: Reciprocal basing of troops

After careful deliberation, I concur with your plan of reciprocal basing of troops in both countries. The Royal Triancian Navy will be granted permission to refuel and resupply in Wingardian ports when needed. However, you must allow us to have your ships lightly escorted by vessels of the Wingarde Federal Navy to these ports. I am sure you will understand it is merely a safety measure, considering we're allowing the passage of foreign warships through our national waters.

In return, as you have probably been briefed about earlier, you will have to allow us to transport Army and Air Force personnel over to Wingarde Aerospace's factory on Triancian territory. The Army will only send ground infantry (probably no more than two companies) with their corresponding equipment, whereas the Air Force will ship a small amount of fighter craft (approximately 20 WF-27 Firebolts) with their necessary equipment, aircrew and pilots.

Yours sincerely,

Alexia Daecher,

Ernest,

Things seem to be proceeding smoothly! I personally take your word for it that Wingarde Aerospace is wholly directed by your Minister of Defense, but for the peace of mind of those and Parliament and our citizens, I would ask for the supporting documentation you've mentioned, for our records.

We hope to see your company here soon!

Sec. Albert Washlyn,
Triancian Department of Commerce.

Minister Daecher,

Such terms are acceptable. The State Department informs me that they thinking of proposing a long-term, strategic alliance between our two nations in the future, though they stress other matters are pressing the State Department at this time.

Regarding Rules of Engagement for your forces stationed inside Triancia: We request that any Triancian citizen being held for Trespassing or Espionage by your troops be given access to members of the Triancian government, though we, of course, have absolutely no wish to provoke an international incident. We are only concerned for our citizen's welfare. We would also like to remind your Air Force commanders that Highland Air Force Base is located 50 miles west of your location, and that your pilots should remember that. We are willing to provide your aircraft with certain IFF designation codes, to avoid any mishaps by are defensive forces.

If an Aircraft should breach your air space, we ask that you attempt to warn it off before attempting to shoot it down. While no commercial flight paths are above the facility, we cannot discount private charters and navigational errors. The airspace is Wingardian, however, and it is up to the Wingardian government to decide there particular ROE for any situation.

I believe we should be receiving your aircraft within the week. We hope to have test results in the current round of competition in 2-3 months.

I am pleased to inform you that the Ministry of Defense has successfully approved the plan to build a Wingarde Aerospace factory on Triancian territory. Our engineers, materials and military personnel and equipment are preparing to leave for Triancia at the time of this writing.

We accept your terms on airspace breachs and Rules of Engagement, and appreciate your offer about basing our fighters on Highland Air Force Base. Your correspondind IFF codes will be programmed into their systems as soon as the task force lands on Triancia. Regarding that, I report you that all the personnel and equipment will be transported by our carrier group, whose flagship is the WFN Fenrir, and is escorted by two destroyers and two heavy missile cruisers. I hope that is not inconvenient to your nation. The task force will arrive within the next two weeks if everything goes as planned.

As for the strategic alliance, I am afraid I am not in position to decide anything. This will have to be discussed with the President and the Ministry for Foreign Affairs.

Minister Daecher

I am sorry sir, but I’ve misspoken. Although we would be happy to base aircraft at Highland if and when a more comprehensive strategic agreement is signed, the mention of Highland AFB was simply to inform you that your aircraft are expected to patrol Wingarde Aerospace airspace, and simply leave patrols of Triancian airspace to the Triancian Air Force. Although we expect some overlap, we would be against any Wingardian aircraft anywhere more than 8 miles from your facilities. I am sorry for any misunderstanding this may have caused.

The Fenrir and its escorts will be met by the Earl IV class attack submarines RTS Cerzana and RTS 0Beowulf, at the edge of our international waters. You will be escorted to the Naval Station in the city of Cerzana, and bused to the facility from there. Our rail system has fallen into disrepair, but our roads are excellent. The site also has an airstrip, so feel free to fly personnel in directly, after notifying the TAF with your flight plan.

-Wernick

Ernest,

Excellent! Our military will accept them at the Port of Cerzana, a few miles east of the naval base in the city, and ferry them to the testing site from there. Leave the instruction manuals, please!

Sec. Albert Washlyn,
Triacian Department of Commerce

RE: Wingarde Aircraft.

Mr. Volt, I have been directed by the Secretary of Defense to rely our findings regarding the Skymaster, Sea Ranger, Champion, and Overseer. I am also empowered with the ability to order what the needs of the Triancian military dictate.

Regarding the Skymaster, Wingardian designation WT-19:
We regret to inform you that the Skymaster has been eliminated from competition. It does not meet the requirements for the next generation of Triancian Transport craft. Existing aircraft will be given to the Triancian Civil Air Fleet, barring a recall order from your offices.

Regarding the Champion, Wingardian designation WR-6:
As testing for a next generation Attack Helicopter has been suspended, no decision regarding the Champion has been made at this time. When testing has recommenced, we will inform Wingarde Aerospace of any decision made. Aircraft will remain at Cahill AFB, barring a recall order from your offices.

Regarding the Sea Ranger, Wingardian designation WR-4:
On behalf of the Department of Defense, let me congratulate you. The SR-4 Sea Ranger has been accepted by the Royal Triancian Navy as its next-generation Ship-Based Utility Helicopter. It has performed well in all respects, and will be deployed in Anti-Submarine, Search and Rescue, and Transport capabilities throughout the fleets. It has been given the Triancian designations HSC-15 and HUT-15 for the time being, and tested aircraft have been dispatched to the fleet. We wish to place an order for five thousand (5,000) aircraft, to be phased in to the Navy in a three year period.

Regarding the Overseer, Wingardian designation WE-10:
Again, congratulations are in order. The WE-10 Overseer has been accepted by the Royal Triancian Navy as its next-generation Carrier-Based Airborne Early Warning Aircraft. It has performed well in all respects, and will be deployed in Airborne Early Warning and BattleSpace Management capabilities aboard RTN carriers. It has been given the Triancian designation MBS-22 for the time being, and tested aircraft have been dispatched to the fleet. We wish to place an order for one thousand (1,000) aircraft, to be phased in to the Navy in a two year period.

Once again, congratulations on your accomplishments, and welcome to the Triancian military community.

This way our technicians and designers will be able to eliminate, as unlikely as it may be, any kind of shortcomings the initial models might have after practical testing by the Federal Air Force.

To Whom It May Concern:

The Southeast Asian Air Force is most impressed by the Wingarde F-39 "Retaliator" Air Dominance Fighter and are most certainly considering it for service. It seems excellent according to the catalog that your most wonderful corporation provides. However, we have only seen it so on paper. It would be foolish and presumptuous of us to judge something already before we were to see it ourselves.

I am not saying that I doubt the competence of the designers at the Wingarde Aerospace Corporation. We just need to see things for ourselves for confirmation. It is basic protocol of the Southeast Asian Ministry of Defense to rigorously test foreign armaments to see whether they are fit for service in the Southeast Asian Armed Forces.

And as such, the Federal Parliament, in a secret session, has approved to procure one WF-39 "Retaliator" Air Dominance Fighter for testing purposes. Should we deem what we find appropriate for our military, we shall return to the Wingarde Aerospace Corporation for a more substantial purchase. Sad it is to see that you do not offer domestic production contracts, but we can respect government policy.
