The Emperor is willing to buy 36 gate for $38,000,000 a little extra added to help imporve the deal for use by the Imperial family, representative of the Imperial goverment, and refueling of our airplanes. It will be manned and operated soley by the Imperial army and air force and garrsioned by 150 Imperial Soldiers and 32 Imperial Pilots and operators. The area will be sealed off by bullter proof glass and exolosive proof walls. The only time press and other will be let in is if a Imperial family memeber or reprsentatives come through there.

Mondoth Air wishes to establish the Luxembourg-Findel Intl. Airport as a regional Hub, as such we wish to purchase 300 gates, 100 shops and wish to look into purchasing office space and a hotel in the area. We will be landing primarily comercial sized jets such as the VC-225 and VC-229 (think 747's and 777's only better looking and wit nicer accomadations). For office space we are looking for a medium sized buildingwith at least 200 moderate sized offices and room for a cafeteria.The hotel should have at least 700 rooms with no less than 800 sq. feet each. The Hotel should also contain a casual an fine dining Restaurant and three ball rooms.

BTW: We are willing to build our own office building and hotel is space is available and suitable buildings are not

Aardvark Aair, the official Aairline of The Holy Empire of New South Serbia wishes to make a purchase of 1 (one) gate in the new Luxembourg-Findel Intl. Airport, for the reasonable price of $1 Million USD.

At this time, we are planning on flying mostly those little remote-controlled battery powered airplanes, with hamsters tied into the pilot's chair. As we progress, and actually purchase a plane or two, we may decide to fly them in and out of your airport. Though, come to think of it, the chances of that happening are rather unlikely because 1) Our newer, bigger planes will probably also have hamsters strapped into the pilot's chairs, and will therefore not get too far, and 2) The hamsters are too drunk to fly anywhere safely, and so have been temproarily grounded.

If helipads are avalible MH-60Ls and a skeleton crew of the 133rd Para-Rescue Wing will stand alert incase the people of Van Luxemburg are in need. Of course if Van Luxemburgian government did not want a Bradyistani Military crew on ground, we would completely understand.
