What if instead of money, we trade, I am willing to give up Golini for a city of rufly the same size.

Katzkan is slightly smaller but more intact and is growing faster. It is less orderly due to anti-government protests.

In all a fair deal.

I said I would do this earlier, and so now I finally will.

General Smidgeonworth was feeling a little put out that no one was admiring his medals, so he decided to go explore (After all, back when he was Captain Smidgeonworth, he was knighted for his great explorations in the Pacific (More specifically, he circumnavigated the entirety of Catalina Island (a small populated, touristy island off the coast of Southern California) in a Mexican cruise ship (This had been done previously by Englandlland in a Norwegian cruise ship, but he was knighted, because this was the first time they'd done it with a Mexican one.).).) the local factory for a large chain of chemists (and not the Brittish kind). He entered the resricted area (How could something be dangerous for him!?!), after having killed the guard who attempted to stop him (Don't even ask how he did it. All I can say is that the floor now looks like a particularly well-done Picasso.). There was a door marked "freezer," which meant that it must contain popcicles, so he decided to go in. The freezer must have been at at least negative ten degrees inside. He was about to give up on the popcicle and leave, when he saw a strangely intreaging vat in the center of this frozen room. He lifted the lid, and, immediately, it started steaming. Although, it eventually turned out to be liquid nitrogen, the general thought that if it was steeming, it must be warm. It was probobly some sort of a hot tub to provide releif from this horrible frozen room. It would be warm and refreshing. What a releif! Five-star General Smidgeonworth took of his coat and, after having assured himself that the freezer door was shut and locked, he took off the rest of his clothes and hopped in. For about one and a half deci-seconds he basked in the water. At the end of that duration of time, he suddenly realized that this hot tub wasn't as warm as he thought. Before half a second had gone by, he had frozen to death, in that seemingly delightful spa he discovered. He now looks like this:

General Falkner, Darcon, 2 Star, Darconian Command Center in Southern Moses Land---
Pardon our seeming inactivity, we had to set up a temporary command center in the southern parts of this country. Our troops has spread out amongst the towns and cities in this part of the country and has set up smaller command posts in the outskirts of various towns and cities. Our first mission is to establish a police force in order to enforce prevailing laws and to restore various utilities that has been disrupted due to wartime activities. Due to the support of our activities from all domestic parties, the good citizens of this country have shown no open hostility to our forces. We shall have electricity, water, and sanitation restored in all of southern Moses Land by the next week and in two weeks, we shall have crime rate, as defined by Moses Land, down to 3% and full coverage of emergency medical and fire services in two weeks. During these times, we are actively recruiting amongst the civilian populations the various advisory roles.

-------

General Falkner looked over the war scarred landscape from his office and meeting room sitting on top of a hill. "Mmmm... this is what happens when a government doesn't carry enough central power." He sighs and sits at his desk again and looks over the telegram once more before sending then he looks at the gathered captains. "Men, while our mission is non-military in nature, we must never rule out the possibility that there may be those hostile to us. As far as I am aware, it is likely foreign troops believing that we are here with a hidden agenda of occupying the nation. This is where we need to get civilians involved. Unless we have the strong support of the citizens for our activities, we can never hope to complete our mission in this grim landscape." He looked over the captains once more. "Ok men, move out." The captains all rose and saluted, General Falkner returned the salute, and the captains filed out the door. General Falkner put the message on his desktop communicator and faxed it to all the public forums.

Descriptions of Cities:

Golomi. Population 3,000,000.
Located in the South of the nation near the sea, this city isn't very defendable. However it is home to several well trained and resourefull militias which are in compleat cooperation with the occuping forces. The city hospital, barracks, gates, and police station are damadged and power is flickering. Basic plumbing is intact however, and a well trained fire depatment is operational 24 hours a day.

Golomi was a major tourest area before the war. It is home to Coals' Beach, which in addition to tourists contains many edible fish that are favorite foods in Moses Land. Golomi International Airport is intact and can be used for military or civilian purposes. The Golomi shipyards build, refit, and survice many ships.

Harris Vill. Population 50,000.
Located West of Golomi Harris Vill is a landlocked town. Its hospitals, police stations, and fire stations are in perfect order as is plumbing and energy. The city located high in the mountians is unable to attract tourists with its natural beauty so it uses more man made messures. A Dungons & Dragons convention is held monthly, an illegal gambling establishment exists if one looks hard enough (This is allowed by police however carefully monitored in case of greater lawbreaking) and the famed Tio House (home of famed former Prime Minister Tio) attracts visitors from across the nation.

The city is reliant for local and foreign imports in food and products unfortunitly. It has a small airport.

Katzkan. Population 2,000,000.

Katzkan's indestrial complexs were damadged in the bombing runs but it remains mostly intact. The city is a working city; few tourists but much indestry. Unfortunitly crime is a serious problem as the police force is very currupt.

The city is located near the Sheran river and is responsable for mining operations in it. The city is easily defendable as it is on hilly land. In fact, it held out dispite a large Federal divisions attempts to capture it. The city has a large airport which now services the military.

Lawtown. Population 9,000.

This small town boasts one thing of any value: mining. The town located in the mountians of southern Moses Land is the Southern most settlement. It mines rich minerals and ships them to other cities and nations.

More a community then a city, it has a freindly population and low crime. The 35% of the city that voted against independence are not treated with scourn as in many other small towns. In fact, the population puts up with foreign troops and outsiders as long as they don't get in the way of work. If they see the outsiders as a threat however things get... unpleasent.

The town has little stratigic value as it was compleatly unaffected by the war. It will be loyal to either side as long as they do good buisness. When the towns buisness is threatened it will become hostile, the main reason why its population voted for independence fearing they'd be isolated from their main markets. The town has a small international airport.

Aaronvill. Population 600,000.

The former capital of the rebelion and once Moses' Lands second largest city, this is a city that has been greatly destroyed. Located near the Sheran, it was bombed, seiged, invaded, and burned. Its remaining population is rebulding their city. If they are succsessfull it is a certinty that about 700,000 people scattered across the south will return.

The city has no commerce, shelter, police, firefighters, or hospial to speak of. Gas levels run high and many die in the streets. A few farms have been set up nearby but most food comes from foreign imports.

It is recommended its new administrators send as many construction workers and doctors as military.

OOC: Hope that answers all questions. Ask if anyone has any more. I'll answer them tomarrow.

We'd like to request a list of all the cities in the country and what country has military presence there. Our aid forces, at the moment, lack any intel to go into cities and have worked primarily restoring services in villages and towns. However, this is hardly a dent to our resources as we have enough resources present to service at least 5 cities with populations of 2.5 million people with insurgency issues. Currently, we are scattered in southern regions and have been met with cooperation from locals. However, non-Moses Land peoples seem to be preoccupied with larger cities. He cannot help but to be concerned about foreign troop hostility and need to spread our escort units accordingly.

Apart from the cities already mentioned here is a list of all cities South of the Sheran or north of it damadged by the war. If you'd like us to include other northern cities we will.

South of the Sheran:

Conrova. Population 70,000.

Severioly damadged. Had a pre war population of 300,000. The population is very violent and clever. Moses Land has deployed 4,000 troops which are keeping order for now.

Abots. Population 800,000.

A lightly bombed city, the population is loyal for the most part. There are 50,000 troops inside.

Amands. Population 4,000,000.

This city has escaped the war but not the war refugees. The city was only built for 400,000 and is overcrowded to the max. This has led to riots and looting. The Amands are loyal but most refugees aren't. 200,000 troops deployed.

Toths. Population 1,000,000.

A large city that unfortunitly didn't escape the war, its hospital and power plant are severely damaged. It has a xenophobic and violent population. 50,000 troops deployed.

North of the Sheran:

Aaryeh. Population 7,000,000.

A city that escaped the war damaged but not seviorly. While loyal during the war, riots are taking place. A strong insurgency. 90,000 troops deployed.

Moses' Dominion. Population 3,000,000.

The North West part of the city with the shopping district is undamaged. The rest of the city is falling appart. The population once united have broken up into gangs who attack, steal, kidnap, and even murder other gangs. 80,000 troops.

Conis. 3,780,000.
The city was damadged in bombing raids. Hospital over crowded, fire department gone, energy flickiring. Many rebel diehards are active inside menecing the population. 100,000 troops

Stratigic Assesment

From: General James Stewert

To: All allied armed forces.

Most of the cities on both sides of the Sheran are quite. There have been a few shootouts in Moses' Dominion but our troops manadged to keep order.

Its been reported that an orginized rebelion is meeting in Aaryeh. Intellegence reports the new rebels are made up of former Rebel and Federal troops and civilians. We haven't figured out their motives or size as of yet. Were sending a larger force in to take them out. Any troops from other nations would be appreciated.

This rebellion from what we can peice together is not attempting to seize control of the government or to seperate from the nation. It doesen't have an orginized armed forces like the first one did as far as we can tell.

The Moses Land armed forces is not integrating as quickly as hoped. The desertation level is high, and insebordination is active. The military has few supporters of a new rebellion but many of the old.

Public opinion of our allies is divided. Many in undamadged territory are resentfull, while in Conrova gratefull. It is recommended no soldier goes out alone.

Cones, temporary capitol of the Holy Republic of Moses Land

James Tomis read the reports of a potential rebel terrorist movement. He shrugged sadly. This rebellion from what intellegence said was more intrested in hurting people then anything else.

At least the old rebels thought they were fighting for freedom and not to murder. Tomis thought.

Soon the elections would be here. He would leave office and let someone else deal with foreign wars and rebellions and taxes. Tomis wondered where he would retire to. Golomi would have been his first choice, but it wasn't loyal to his administration in any way. He'd be murdered even if the entire secreat service protected him.

Harris Vill? Sherbanis?

"Mr. Prime Minister? A visitor to see you from the Aaryeh reconstruction fund."

"Send him in." Tomis told his aide.

A small man with a jacket came in. Tomis reached to shake his hand...

The man pulled out a gun.

In the split secound between Tomis seeing the gun and feeling the bullet impact he wondered how this man had smuggled a weapon threw all his security.

The next second Tomis was on the floor in his own blood. The shooter yelled "Justice for Aaryeh!"

The secreat service rushed in the room. There was shooting, but Tomis saw only black before he could see who was hit besides him.

I would have liked to retire to Golomi was Tomis' last thought.

General Falkner and a large detachment of troop rolled towards city hall. "I swear... these savages are bent on destroying the peace..." He pulled out a radio. "Send around the speaker trucks and declare a state of emergency. We're gonna make sure this place is going to be as peaceful as ours."

The local radio stations and speaker trucks, escorted with tanks and infantry, started to spread the message declaring a general crackdown on small arms. General Falkner muttered under his breath, "May the good lord have mercy on us all. Violence must be adverted before we can start work on general utilities..." The general pulled his hat off. "I don't want it to come to this... but our troops must be ready for the worst." A phone rang next to him and the general picked up. "Hello, let's hear some good news for once... yeah? yeah? That's nice. That's better. Thank you Admiral Saunder for the news." Falkner turned to his troops. "Well men, Reotron agreed, we will now have 10 million more troops coming in. I am now raised to 3 star general. Men, this is the action of the Darconian Alliance now." A mighty cheer rose from the Alliance camps as the news spread around. Hundreds of tanks, jeeps, supply trucks rolled into Aaryeh in the trail of the Falkner's detachment.
