You should go into more detail about the aircraft. But heres some comments:

-You need to increase the thrust as 18,000 lbs isn't going to cut it with most people having over 30,000 lbs of thrust. But you can use 18,000 lbs of thrust if you want to. Many aircraft have in the real-world that kind of output, but just to say in NS, its different.
-You need to add weight. Increase the weight at least 1.5x.
-What missiles can this carry? What is the armenant? How much lbs of weapons can it carry?
-What is the maximum take-off weight?

Go into more detail is really what I'm saying. But great drawing and overall looks good if you follow my suggestions :)

stats changed it now makes the F-22 look pathetic

The price is far too low for this to be useful. Unless it is excluding engines and all avionics, that wouldn't even be possible, possibly excepting pre-Vietnam electronics.

A modern heavy fighter should be in the range of $50-70 million at least, towards the higher end if it's packing supercruise, excellent radar and countermeasures, and stealth features.

The F22, currently the only aircraft with the advantages you mentioned CSJ, is $90 some odd million, not $70.

Depends on the definition of those, and the F/A-22 could have been quite a bit cheaper if given to the NS development and production climate :p
The Rafale would qualify for all but the radar, and costs only $52-60 million, depending on the variant. The Eurofighter Typhoon is put at around $75 million each, though that cost is due in part to development issues. Neither of those, however, can really match an F/A-22 that well. The "MiG-35" was also projected at $70 million, and included all those features.
It can be quite a fallacy to base everything on a single unit, without looking at its contemporaries.

You could probably get away with a $60 million aircraft incorporating all the noted features, but would be cutting some corners (ie Rafale stealthy rather than F/A-22 stealthy, lower supercruise, less powerful radar, etc). It just won't stack up quite that well against an F/A-22

Clan Smoke Jaguar the cost is now a lot more realistic but it isnt ment to be stealthy its based of the F-16 and is ment to be a relativaly cheap front line fighter

USSNA paint job has changed

OOC: If it's a cheap, affordable fighter, it can be less expensive. The thing is you said it makes the F-22 look pathetic. The only way anything could make the F-22 look pathetic is to be stealthier, equipped with a better radar and avionics, and carrying better missiles. If it's meant more as a better F-16, it could be around $30-40 million. It's just the F-22 crack that got me.
