Secret IC: Due to a situation with one of their allies, Intelligent Neighbors, the skaven military was already in the proccess of being mobilized. So, it wasn't to hard to give a division of "Rag commandos" a special assignment....

Very interesting concept for a nation. I don't know how Nazi's would be much of a threat now.....and vampires....all you need is a Supersoaker filled with holy water. Why ELSE did they create a Supersoaker then?! To fight the evil undead!

OOC: oh oh. I was/am allies with a deceased Nazi states, and on good terms with a few others. And I am "allies" with a vampire nation in future tech. So, we just bring NSA back from the dead, warp the boundry between mT and FT, and everything should be okay.

Hans Blizen, a member of The Council, the 8 person council that runs the organization. He was talking a walk in Bern, he was walking with Garry Herrion, another member of the Council. They were on their way to the meeting to discuss the plan againest the new enemy. They arrive to the meeting and after 4 hours come up with a daring plan.

The God-Emperor Count JWolf (http://www.freewebs.com/thetransylvania/Count%20JWolf.JPG) sat in his office in Castle Von Wolf. He was a 10,000-year-old vampire and former Nazi by hire. He was reading over these morning reports from the territories of the Dominion.

Terrorist hunts in the Dominion’s Middle East and Wolf people being hunted down in Western Russia were a couple of the reports. Then his aide, Malcolm walked into his office. Malcolm was around 26 years old with blonde spiky hair and black framed glasses. He had on black suit.

“Master, I just got this weird report.” he said.

“What about?” asked the Count.

“Some group in Switzerland calling themselves the ‘Council of Protectors of Europe.’” said Malcolm.

“I see. What is this group doing.” asked the Count.

“They are hunting Nazis and vampires.” said Malcolm.

“I see, they are vampire hunters then.” said the Count. “You can go.”

“Yes, master.” said Malcolm who left the room.

The Count got on to the phone and in less then an hour, 5,000 men of the 12th Blood Dragons lead by Lieutenant Colonel Jarred Delgado (http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y101/CountJWolf/Delgado.jpg) were to find these terrorist vampire hunters in the Dominion’s Switzerland and engage them. Each Blood Dragon had an AR-22 heavy assault rifle, a M-12 MasterKey double-barreled shotgun, and a PHX Hi-Power 10mm pistol. And they each were in a set of Transylvanian body armor (http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y101/CountJWolf/TransylvanianBA.jpg) in the colors, obscure dull red and obscure gray.

The Vatican has called us unholy because of some of the members.

The Republic of Arabanistan would like to offer the chance of peace for all nations in what could become a huge and destructive conflict.

Arabanistan asks that the Protectors of Europe cease their actions in order for talks to resume.

Arabanistan would also like to ask the same of Transylvania, to give dialogue a chance.

Prehaps we could come to an agreement that would enable vampires and humans to live without conflict.

Arababnistan proposes ethnic segregation or apartness. All vampires would leave human lands to their own nations like Transylvania and likewise all humans leave vampire lands.

This would ensure that vampires are not hunted by humans and humans are not attacked and bitten by vampires.

Arabanistan would like to ask Transylvania if their vampires bite humans and if your species needs human blood to live.

OOC: Can't exactly answer that as we're not vampires. We're skaven(rat-people) dedicated to the destruction of the entire race, or at least slavery...
So I double on the sides, we hunt vampires aggresivly, but we are also going to hunt hunters....
