Kjata Major

The Kjata Major government has been very far behind on rockets and has called out everyday people to build rockets for the LDRSL Festival.
Terms:
LDRSL - Large Dangerous Rocket Ship Launch
BIF - Break up in Flight
BIFF - Break up in Free-fall
CATO - Catastrophic at Take off
The festival required that rockets be inspected first, though inventive ideas were seen the two main classes of Rockets were: Solid fuel Rockets, and Hybrid Rockets. A lack of liquid and gas rockets were seen. One 'Turbo-charged' rocket was reported, though it exploded in a massive fireball on launch.
The rockets are civilian made, some military made, all for around $2000+ a rocket. It is with these varying rockets that the Kjata Military will begin production on reliable and stable rockets capable of military use.
