Meeting Between the Dictatorship of Cianciare la Terra, the Holy Empire of United Celt Britanniana, the Dictatorship of Langrocken and the Dictatorship of Saudi Proletariat

The capital building stood still. There was a silence about the entire city as the leaders of four influential countries began to meet. Snow fell from the grey skies as the flags of each nation waved briskly in the air. Suddenly a group of limousines arrived. As soon as they arrived the doors opened. Out of each walked a man surrounded by his personal bodyguards. The men were quickly whisked into the building and they nodded to one-another.

The men walked silently throughout the large capital building. Security guards walked throughout all major walkways and through some of the major veins. Underneath the building was a large bunker. The bunker was guarded by fifteen of Langrocken's best soldiers.

Soon enough, the men arrived at the bunker's entrance. They entered the elevator, although their bodyguards remained outside. The elevator then began to descend until it stopped. The doors opened and the four men entered the deserted bunker. They walked throughout the main area into a smaller conference room. They then took their seats, with Langrocken's leader, Ingvar Skarsgard, sitting at the end.

Ingvar was dressed in his military uniform, something he wore every day. The uniform was similer to that of the regular army, except that it was highly adorned with many self-awarded honours. A pipe extended from his mouth, bellowing smoke the entire time.

Ingvar then removed his hat and stood up. He eyed the men from the other nations in his region. As the leader of the region, he had taken it upon himself to arrange a meeting to lay out the path for a united region. He took a puff from his pipe and then removed the piece from his mouth.

"I have arranged this meeting to discuss a united region. A region without inner-conflicts. To do this we must set up a universally accepted constitution. Today, we shall draft one," stated Ingvar. He then returned to his seat and looked at the two other leaders.

"Let this meeting begin," he added. He then reached into his pocket, removed a pen, and reached for a nearby pad of paper. Together the men would begin to draft a new constitution for their region.

British legend speaks of a great Saxon king, by the name of King Arthur, who warded off the countries enemies and brought peace and prosperity to his country. Over the years the legend became warped and mutilated by consumerism, until it became nothing more then a fairytale to those who heard it. But one grain of truth remained. One jem of beautiful, harmonious honesty in a quagmire of exaggerated facts and warped memories. And that jem was the final part of the legend, which was a promise, a prophecy, a prediction of the future.

"When Britain feels the biting grip of danger once again; when the country is truly in need of a leader, King Arthur shall rise again and lead her to her destiny, making her the promise land."

The man that now stood in the enclosed room with two other national leaders, believed himself the resurrection of King Arthur. He was the fulfillment of this legend, this prophecy, and the destiny that it spoke of for Britain was indeed his destiny. With the use of a combination of guerrilla 'terrorist' tactics, persuasive proaganda and decisive political action, he had clawed his way to the top of the political ladder. Upon arriving there he had begun to reinforce his position. Soon, public elections were eliminated. As King Arthur, lord and protector of Britain, it was he and only he that could successfully lead the nation. Democracy was declared obsolete.

Within a few years of Cai Rhys reaching the top of Britain's political ladder, he had fortified his position beyond all shadow of a doubt. He had complete and unchallanged power over the country. Once he had eliminated all possible competition, in a momentous massacre that was never recorded and would never officially be recognised as having occured, he began to reform the country. He forced a return to traditional values, the outlawing of large, international corporations and a radical conservation of the country's landscapes and heritage. Certain leading historians and politicians described this as a 'step backwards' and '...an attempt to return us to the dark ages', however most of the people accredited with these statements were found to be incredibly difficult to locate when confirmation was sought at a later date. However, despite these many short-lived criticisms, Cai Rhys continued to gain support and soon he persuaded the country of Ireland to enter into a close alliance with him. It was not long before the country became a satellite nation to his kingdom, and not long after that he dropped all pretences and declared himself ruler of this nation too. It was now that he bgan the true reforms. He hand picked four High Druids, a title that he had invented in line with the new traditional Celtic values of his nation. Each of these 'High Druids', who coincidentally happened to have been supporters of him in his bid for power, ruled over one of the four regions of his empire. They were England, Ireland, Wales and Scotland. Each of these High Druids were then made members of 'The Divine Council', which of course Cai Rhys was the leader of. Soon he declared all of the nations part of a larger nation, called The Holy Empire of United Celt Britannia.

The leader of The Holy Empire of United Celt Britannia, who answered to many names including 'God's Chosen Warrior', 'The Divine King', 'His Royal Indesputable Highness' and most importantly 'Sir', looked over at Ingvar Skarsgard. His lip curved upwards in his trademark malicious sneer and he shifted his weight exictedly from foot to foot. He was a large man, nearing seven foot tall but remaining bulked out and muscular. It wasn't so much that he was particularly tall, nor paticularly heavily-built, more that he was simply not built to the same scale as everybody else. He leaned forward and placed the palms of his hands on the table, his muscles rippling beneath his hand-sewn fur coat, which was a mix of nearly every type of furry animal available in his country. When he spoke it was a deep, bestial growl.

"My people suffer. They're unhappy and they're angry. Our economy, through no fault of my own, has become like the dirt beneath our feet. It is dry, thin and failing. We need a cash injection and we need it now! Whatever your constitution says, it must provide some kind of relief!"

Cai glared at Ingvar, as if daring him to argue with what he had just said.

The presence of the Saudi Leader was rather sinister than friendly. Despite the sheer expression of a smile on his tanned dry hairy face, Sheikh Zaid had a completely different state of mind at that time. After the speach of the Britanian King was finished, Sheikh Zaid's face changed drastically as he frowned slowly raising from his seat. The 5 heavily built arab bodyguards that surrounded his seat moved aside a bit, giving him some space as he cleared his throat gliding his hand down his beared in a deep thought. He kept silent for a few minutes, trying to pick the right words while every other leader and country representative was staring at him with impatience. He finally spoke.

"I think I may have the answere to your economy's problems. Its known to the world that The Saudi is the largest source of "Black Gold". Our oil production and exporting rates are the highest in the world. It's always good to do business with friends that share the same interests as you do... Thus for our mutual cause I can set up a special pricing system so that The Countries in the Union will have access to the black gold for outmost cheap prices. This will greatly help the military as well as the economy as well. From our past talks with Mr. Skarsgard it was presumed to consider myself as one of the key figures in this Confederation along with yourself, gentlemen. Beside of that Its known to me that I have taken full control of all our Navy forces along with the Space Military and Exploring Industry."

Sheikh Zaid held out a pause looking towards the Langrocken leader as he let out a nod of approval. The aged Saudi Ruler continued.

"Beside of oil business my country is a paradise for tourism. In the past few years we've reached the biggest tourist attraction level in all of the middle east. Thus what Im trying to say is that both these two Industries alongside with many others I, Sheikh Zaid, am willing to put for our mutual use and cause to achive prosperity for all of our Nations. As for the Constitution, I suggest we create a whole economy space. We should open our borders for our people's free traveling and cancel all the visa services between our countries. In regards to the Military we should create a mutual army with Navy, Air Force, Infantry and such for each of these departments all sources from all our country's military of the certain kind should be brought up to action and duty. Yet, despite we will have mutual Bank and Mutual Military, I insist that we should be able to rule our countries the way we find more suitable with regards to the Human Rights and all other laws of our Glorious Confederation.... of course."

With that said he finally rested back in his seat waving up to one of his bodyguards to move up his golden Hookah close to him. He then grabbed the pipe of it and began to inhale fruitful smoke. Sheikh Zaid watched and listened intentively around the room while smoking his Shisha.

Ingvar nodded and puffed on his pipe as the two men men smoke. After both men had said their parts, Ingvar stood up. He removed the pipe from his mouth and looked at the men. He eyed the party of men, and his eyes shifted from one to the other.

"I believe the best option for our borders would be to permit travel with passports and other travel documentations. This is the best option because it allows for tourists to enter, but it would also keep track of them," Ingvar stated. "As for Celt Britannia's economic crisis, I shall send a major Langrockian business firm to open a production plant there. This plant would allow more jobs for your citizens and the production of more products to stimulate the economy," he said.

Ingvar looked around the room and had a seat. He began to write a few things on a pad of paper. He then stood up once more and looked over the men.

"If we agree that this issue is resolved, then we should move onto the next issue," he said. The other dignitaries nodded and Ingvar looked around. He returned his pipe to his mouth and took a few more puffs.

"I feel that we should have a unified position on the rights of our citizens, as we shall be adopting the same constitution. If we are going to share the same military, the same region, the same capital, what is to stop us from sharing the same position on such key issues? Ingvar queried. His pipe was still clenched between his teeth as he talked. He then began to walk around the table, circling the room.

"We must also think of it this way. When we are finished with this meeting, we shall be a union. No more will we be independant nations, but merely portions of a large union. All of the laws shall be universal and affect every nation within the union, he stated. He then returned to his seat and continued smoking his pipe. The smoke bellowed throughout the room, and he eyed the other dignitaries.

even though she was late but Persian Queen wasn’t in hurry . she waited till her bullet proof limousine was halted in front of the capital building, wrapped her white fur shawl tighter around herself and covered her long black hair with a white silky scarf before stepping out. dancing snow flakes had covered all the way toward the entrance. She nodded lightly and frowned a bit . as a person who had born under the hot sun and light this gray sky hadn’t any thing to look at but Queen Mandana had more important issues to think about now. whispered some orders to her personal secretary that had just stepped out of the car right after her then walked with a her usual confidence steps toward the doors that had been opened as soon as she had arrived while her body guards and secretary were following her...

Cai Rhys stroked his braided beard thoughtfully as he mulled over what Ingvar had just said. Finally he came to a decision and placed his hands back on the table, leaning forward somewhat in a psychologically aggresive fashion.

"Actually Sir Skarsgard, I'm afraid I must decline your generous offer. Large corporations and major businesses are not permitted in my kingdom. They hold too much power, power which should be in the hands of the rightful ruler. Me. However I do like Sheikh Zaid's suggestions."

Cai Rhys turned to face the Sheikh now.

"Your oil would be quite welcome to us, as would the revenues generated by tourism from your nation and the nation of Langrocken. The Holy Empire of United Celt Britannia is a beautiful nation and the more people that enjoy its splender, the better."

Cai Rhys settled back in his chair now, his gaze romaing from one national leader to the other. He leant back somewhat in his chair and flexed his fingers, his large hands intertwined.

"And of course I agree with the wise Sheikh's suggestion that we rule our countries how we see fit. The trouble is that in the modern world there are too many groups harping on about civil rights and human liberties. Bah! Now there's a waste of time! People don't know what they want, nor do they know what's good for them. We do. But, I think it essential that we shut out all outside influence. We abandon international law and let every man among us rule... as... he... sees... fit!

With the final word of his sentence The Divine King brought his fist down onto the table, emphasising his statement with a loud, thunderous bang. Immediately the other men's bodyguards became evern more alert, preparing for any outburtss directed at ither of their charges. The Divine King himself had no bodyguards, for who needs bodyguards when they have God on their side?

The Saudi Sheikh nodded taking a deep drag of his grape flavoured Shisha. Waiting out a pause after the Langrocken leader finished his speach, he exclaimed in a low tone, a small flame twinkling in his eyes.

"Indeed. I can fully back what Mr. Skarsgard has just offered but I cannot agree with the suggestion of a complete centralization of power and influence to one Capital. We may be neighbors, good friends and allies, we may share the same military for certain purpouses, but we must not forget that each of our Nations is independant regarding the internal and light external issues of policy. Thus we can have freedom of creativity. But we should make sure that it would not conflict with the laws and decisions of the Confederation, of course."

Spoke Sheikh Zaid and whispered something onto his Advisor's ear. Seconds later one of the arabs brought up a cell phone to his Ruler to what Sheikh Zaid let out a nod. He excused himself from the gentlemen in the room as he mumbled something in the phone and then clicked it off. He smiled a bit as he took a drag of his Shisha then spoke in a hoarse tone.

"It appears that we have another guest."

Hearing out the position of the Britannian Ruler, Sheikh Zaid nodded accompanying this with a slight clap as he said.

"Couldnt have said it better, my friend."

Finding her way through the large capital building ,passing through different major walkways and veins as surrounding by her body guards , the main meeting room was her next stop. As soon as the guards were informed about her identity the bunker entrance opened and she stepped inside, her personal secretary and 3 body guard were accompanying their queen. Before The elevator stopped Mitra handed a note to her and whispered some thing in her ear. She squinted her eyes and read the first lines and gave it back to her again ..

Queen Mandana: remind me this later..

The doors opened and she and her fellows stepped out. Walking through main area toward the small conference room , Persian Queen entered to the room primly and smiled cold bloody to the leaders who she had interrupted their meeting by her late presence. Took her seat and waited for hearing the rest of the speeches as Mitra that had sat next to her, was ready to help her with necessary information as usual..
