As Commander Grant of the SS Intrepid stands on the bridge of his ship a sudden blast of static breaks the regular hummings of the destroyer.

Voice: ****** fro***please respond if y***** I repeat th******

Commander Grant: Ensign, clear that up.

Voice: ***star** I repeat this is an SOS from General Darkstar of The Dominion of Sandpie. Our country is under attack from unknown forces and I require help, or just information. Please respond if you hear me. I repeat this i*****************

Ensign Holt: Sorry sir, its gone. Blocked at the source sir.

CG: Somebody inform the Captain, this is an international concern and out of my authority.

The electronic gathering ship GRS Staple heard the broadcast, a quick response was fired off:

"Dominon of Sandpie, this is the Glorious Republican Ship Staple, out of New Meiji City, Leafanistan, what is your emergency, over."

The message was looped 5 times.

Onboard the Wirrawayan Seawolf Class SSN Vargus en-route to Falkhead for the impending battle with the WWA a tired comm tech dozed in his seat. The Sub was trailing its Comm antennea, waiting for any more messages from Command a Control. While he waited the hum of the engines and the warmth of the recyled slolwy lulled the tech out of conciousness, but alas, this was not be. The screech of static followed by a few broken words startled the him to full alertness, and in the process made him spill his cofee all over himself. Cursing through his teeth the tech shot the message over to his section leader. It was then forwarded to the captian. In a matter a minutes another message went out over the same freqeuncy.
