Today in America Hawaii and Alaska became theire own little country together. Then slowly all of the states decided that this was a good idea. Within 1 year all they states broke off and formed different countries and alliances with each other. Everyone was at war they all wanted 1 thing. To rule what used to be the USA.
Here are some simple rules about this. You can have up to 4 states under your control. The year is 2030. You can form alliances with each other. No nuclear or biological weapons because you are to small to make them. You can't have Alaska or Hawaii because they are theire own nation and they dont bother anybody.
