We the people of the now free Ukraine hereby ratify and inforce all of the following Rights,Regulations,Laws and Guidelines stated in this written proclamation:
Written Articulation of Ukrainian Rights:
1. Freedom of Speech,Choice,Religion, and of all other things are allowed in Ukraine and cannot be dictated or limited by anyone or anything in the country of Ukraine.
2. Ukrainians are allowed the right to have children and offspring through adoption or natural birth.
3. Ukrainians have the right to any job as long as they meet certain and special requirements needed to perform at that job.
4. Ukrainians are allowed to travel and move freely throughout the country without being limited or dictated by anyone.
5. Ukrainians may wear what they choose without being instructed on what to wear.
6. All Ukrainians have the right to a free Education through public schooling or may pay a fee for private or charter scooling.
7. All things and places are to not be segregated by race,culture,or religion or any other reason anywhere in Ukraine.
8. All Ukrainians are allowed the right to a home as long as they can afford it. If any Ukrainian cannot afoord any place to live one will be given to them.
9. All Ukrainians are allowed the right of marriage allowing anyone to marry at any age. If the Groom and/or Wife is under 15 they must have an approval from their legal guardian. Gay mariiage is allowed as well.
10. Every Ukrainian has the right to Sexual Intercorse or Encounters with whomever they want with consent. Sex with a minor is legal aslong as the intercorse is between two minors and not a minor and a person a above the age of 18.
11. Anyone person is allowed the right to any material posetion as long as it is legal. Some laws apply to certain posetions and that is stated below.
12. Anyone person may have any animal they want but some may require a permet. Permets are stated below.
13. Anyone male or female has the right to any form of medical surgery or product. Medical products such a pills and vaccines must have a prescription and a reason for the needing of the drug. All medical surgeries must be payed but if the surgery needed is because of a life threatining problem and the surgical recipient cannot pay or afford it the operation will be 100% free of charge.
14. Ukrainians have the right to any food or beverage as long as they are 10 years of age for alchoholic beverages.
15. All Citizens of Ukraine have the right to vote as long as they are 9 years of age or up. All citizens of 12 years and up may run for any political office.
16. All citizens have the right to an attorney and a fair legitimate trial.
Ukrainian Bill of Laws and Guidelines:
1. The act of murder of any kind is strictly illegal. The only acception is self-defence in which the murdered person(s) must be acting violently or aggresively and life threatning to the defender. This person will not be charged.
2. With holding critical information is illegal as they must speak what they know.
3. All citizens in trial upon approaching bech must swear upon their relifious book. They must state their name and religion withtheir hand upon their religious book and swear to tell the truth. Those found with no telling the truth will be sentenced to a jail term.
4. Underage Drinking is a serious crime and can end up in a heavy fine and jail sentence.
5. Robbery of any kind is strictly illegal. Any robbery or break in will result in jail term.
6. Sexual ations with a person being 18 or older and a minor will result in jail time. Sexual actions without consent of one member will result in jail time. Sexual actions with an animal are illegal and will also result in jail time.
7. Theft is a heavy crime and will result in a jail term.
8. Serious or repeat offenders will be sentenced to a maximum security prison or even the death penalty.
9. Any form of Recreational Drug is legal but only carrying 2 kilos is legal. If anyone is found with more then 2 kilos of any recreational drug will result in a fine and jail sentence.
10. Killing of any endangered animal will resut in a jail sentence.
11. Hunting outside of a hunting zone is strictly illegal and will result in a jail sentence.
12. Looting will result in a hefty fine.
13. Rioting and protesting is Highly Illegal and people who commit these acts will be arrested,given life imprisonment,sentenced to death penalty,killed during the act.
14. Any type of uprising or trying to overthrow the government WILL result in death penalty or death during the act.
15. Any form of election fraud is highly illegal and offenders will be killed through death penalty.
16. Any form of slander or smeering of another person with false accusations or statements will result in fine or imprisonment.
17. Public nudity outside of a nudity center or community will result in death penalty.
18. Keeping of a weapon without permit will result in prison sentence.
19. Keeping of certain animals without a permit or liscense will result in imprisonment.
20. Any form of Fraud or lying about legal details will result in death penalty or imprisonment.

Permits: Permits for certain animals include- Flying Permit,Endangered Permit,Domestic Permit,and Wild permit.
Animals included in permit requirements are:
Flying Permit- Cardinial,Bluebird,Blue Jay,Falcon,Eagle,Bald Eagle.
Endangered Permit- any Endangered species.
Domestic permit- Cats,Dogs,any type of bird not mentioned in the Flying Permit,Goldfish,Racoon,Squirell,Rat,Mouse,Gerbil,Hamster,Snail,Clams,Oysters,Anole,Snakes.
Wild Permit- Alligators,Crocodiles,Gila Monster,Salamander,Kimodo Dragon,Koala Bear,Bear cubs,Kangaroo, and every other animal not mentioned.
Weapons Permit: the weapons permit include every gun.
Hunting Permit: the hunting permit is resuired to go hunting for any species of animal.
