In the Holy name of Allah, most merciful.
The Federation Of Falestinia is attempting to build up an air force in Falastine Defense Forces, which will be known as the Falastine Air Command. As a newly formed air force, it does not own any equipment, and wishes to evaluate equipment available from any defence company willing to offer it.
Due to the presence of hostile Jewish nations within near proximity in the middile east region, studies conducted shows the frequent need for within visual range Mach air combat, and Falastine military doctrine stresses the maintainence of air superiority of the highest accord.
The Falastinian air command requires:
1. air superiority fighters.
Range should be sufficiently long for it to partol and dominate the skies like that of the f-15 eagle. Close range agility is the first and foremost priority, and followed by the survivability of the aircraft against the Israeli Python 5 air-to-air missile. Thus we expect the sircraft to have a highly efficient internal EW suite. Lastly, the airplane must have a powerful AESA radar and a heavy weapons payload, and a maximum speed of at least Mach 2.2, and an internal cannon with at least 800 rounds.
2. lightweight multirole fighter
The aircraft must be equally adept in air-to-air and air-to-ground capabilities and must have a weapons payload similar to that of an f-16. But then the aircraft must be discreet, not stealthy but discreet to enemy radar. It must also be adept for the SAM killing role. Again, we demand agility in this aircraft.
3. a short range dogfigting missile
The missile must use an Infrared Imaging seeker, a low-drag body design, high resistance to jamming and countermeasures, and high hit probability which means agility and accuracy. It must be able to hit an agile target with ease. Thus we require a missile similar to the British ASRAAM.
4. helmet mounted display.
A helmet mounted display like the Israeli Elbit HMDs are needed to cue the missiles, giving the pilot a wide angle of attack across his/her front hemishpere.
