Following up on the success of its new Stryker, close support fighter, Mauiwowee and W.M.D., Inc. introduced today their new multi-purpose fighter, dubbed the Dingo. Whereas the Stryker is designed primarily for invasionary support and carrier use due to its exceptional g-force capabilities and manuverability, the Dingo is designed to fill the role of the traditional strike fighter and will be phased in as a replacement for the current Bong Buster II fighters used by Mauiwowee's airforce. Specs as released and photos are reproduced below.

We ask that we are given full rights to modify and reproduce the "Dingo", and to integrate it into our already stunning Aeronautics Facilities and Units. Modifications to domesticate the main areas of the product, including the engine, are asked to be available to be made with respect to your company.

We ask that we are permitted to modify the Dingo to fit our own standards and requirements, if such is alright with W.M.D., Inc.

So long as the modified planes are for your domestic use only and not offered for resale to another party, your request will be granted. If you agree to those terms, please forward the information on the modifications requested and 1/2 of the funds as a downpayment and construction will begin. If you have the facilities to produce your own aircraft, forward funds equivalent to the cost of 50,000 aircraft and we will grant you a limited license to produce the modified versions for yourself at your own facilities - again, however, you will not be permitted to sell any of the planes you produce to 3rd parties, but with the license, you can build all you want for your own domestic and personal defense needs with no limit on the number to be produced save and except your own ability to build them. We look forward to your reply.

I apologize for the misunderstanding - we thought you wanted us to produce 30,000 planes, modified per your information for you. However, what you want is what is contemplated by my alternative offer - for a license, we will require payment equivalent to the purchase price of 50,000 units. Subject to the domestic use only restriction, for that price you will receive all specifications, designs, plans, blue-prints, engineering points, etc. for the craft as well as the right to build as many as you want - even more than 50,000 should you desire to do so. We will also send an engineering and design team to your nation to assist you in re-tooling facilities in such a way as to merge your modifications with the original design. However, I do have the authority to offer you a license for the price of 30,000 units if you will agree to cross-license back to us the modifications you engineer in the craft so that, if we feel it worthwhile, we can produce a Dingo-2 incorporating some or all of your modifications.
