From region to region, globe to globe, and across galaxies, nations
have numerous precious metals, resources and products that other
nations would love to purchase, but don't know where or who to trade
with in order to aquire them.

To solve this problem National Commonwealth Bank (NCB) (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?p=9447587#post9447587) & UIFC Financial Partners wish to establish the Trans-National Commodities Exchange as a public exchange where nations can publicly list all of their precious metals, chemicals, biological and non-organic items in surplus for profit.

As of yet, there is no headquarters or trading floor (so no trading may take place), but this informative release is to get interest going. NCB of National Commonwealth (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?p=9447587#post9447587), Vintovia National & Central of Vintovia (VN&C), Global Banking Corporation of Rotvia (GBC), International Bank of NS, WTI (IBNS), and Vintovia National Savings & Investments Bank of Vintovia (VNSIB) will be underwriting this organization. If you know that you will be listing commodities on the exchange, please state that here, so we may begin to build a database. Also, if your nation wishes to host the TNCE trading floor and/or headquarters, this is where you can state your proposal. It should be grand, in every since of the word, and the host nation will be paying for the costs associated therein.

OCC: Just a little technicality, the oil you're selling is from the Candrian Biodiesel Refinery Organization. The Empire, and a quarter of the population, just happen to buy from them. The other two major organization are the National Dominion Esterfication Organization and Dominion Biological Fuels, pumping out 15 and 10 billion barrels, respectfully. DBF is eventully going to be absorbed be CBRO, some time later this week. All the rest is usually made in local refineries or people's back yards. They just happen to make it in ridiculous volume.
