A sandy blizzard was all they could see, as they woke up in their equipment from their tents, their goggles keeping the sand out of their eyes, their suits giving them the mobility they wanted in the fast paced storm. "Shit." One of the men in the suits yelled, as the glaring sun piercing in his suit, his body sweating and steaming unnaturally hot, and his eyes tearing to keep him cool. But it was scorching, and it was a kilometer walk to the destination. Another billow of sand, and the storm raged on harder. One of the archaeologist fell onto the ground, and a nearby archaeologist picked him up, and the group moved on in tandem.

“Don’t fall down next time.” The leader told him, his communications chattering in the howling gust of the sandstorm. “It’s bad enough it is without you slowing us down.”

“Shut up.” The man yelled back on his communicators, and the others laughed. The nine of these brave and spontaneous archeologists claimed to have found an artifact of unerring value, and now they are walking to the site to unearth. Sadly, this recent sandstorm had crippled their vision, and now they walk, carried along by a rusty metal wire to lead them on their way towards their excavation site. They merely couldn’t have gotten closer to it because of the dunes and the predators. Now, as risky as it seems, it looked safer to travel in a raging Jenrakian sandstorm, than to go through a bevy of cunning bloodthirsty predators. A foolish choice it seemed, but to them, it was worth it, they thought.

Another glazing over the raging dunes, and another heat wave passed over them. This time, it was unbearably hot. It was so hot, in fact that the glistening plastic layer melted off it’s cotton edge, and the man flung into the air, his face exposed to the drying sand. The gale smashed the dusty wind into his face, and his eyes began to bulge as his lips crusted up, his blood dried and crackled before it could even bleed. The leader ran back, and urged the group to go forwards. A small rock missed him only slightly.

“Go forwards!” He commanded them, as they listened, trudging on. Taking out a small pocket knife, he quickly cut the rusty wire, and let go, before the sand itself covered his knife, and ground it down into a fine dust. “Shit.” He said, wiping his hands on his suit, and running through the storm towards his friends. They had finally reached their destination, as a long cave entrance was standing there, a perching shelter they had dug up, and the group entered it happily. Taking off their suits, they had don casual shirts and pants, although many flashlights, hooks, ropes and knives were on each of them. One was a tall blonde man with a vivaciously vibrant young stare, another a sexy straight haired girl, green eyed and red haired. The leader emerged, a large muscled man, with a bald head and pulsing eyes. The other two were a pair of twins, cute faced and blonde haired. However, one of them had a short skirt on and the other donned a generic jacket. These people seemed like ambitious college students…and uncouthly they probably were.

“Let’s go.” The leader spoke, and the others followed. They had walked down a large and winding tunnel, as gruesome head portraits were scraped in the walls, skeletons of dried bodies perched, holding golden necklaces and massive chests full of diamonds and rubies. After an hour of painful marching, they had stopped for a break at the end of the tunnel, a giant stone entrance door.

The leader was the only one standing up. The short-skirted twin asked, “Do you know how to get in?”

“Yes, I do.” The Leader replied. He took out a small stone block, finely crafted, that he had made himself from a book, and pressed it tightly into the door’s lock. Turning it around 4 times, and then three times, he pried the stone wall-like door open. For such a massive and giant wall, it was freakishly light. The group took their last sip, before entering the chamber.

Ahead, was a ray of light from the beneath the floor. Looking down into the stone grate, he saw a river of lava, and in the center, an enormous glass tomb, encased in stone. Intricate markings were carved skillfully into the tomb stone’s outer layer, and another tomb stone was perched in front of the group, on the main floor. It was exactly the same, but made entirely out of silver. It danced the light around.

Picking out the keys he made, the Leader placed them in the order as ordained on the pedestal. “Bring all shadow into the light, so that the darkness can consume it.” He said, placing the runes Shadow and Consume on the first two beacons.

Reading another excerpt he, followed the riddle. “When all there is nothing, there is one thing. When there is one thing, there is everything.” He took the runes Creation and Nihilism, and placed them on the appropriate beacons.

Finally, the last line, read, “And cursed the one who blames the one who cursed him. For the blamer gets the curser to curser him, becoming the cursed.” Whereas he was stumped. He asked his friends to ask help. They thought about it, so long that the sandstorm outside ceased.

“It means - ” The first twin started, “the endless cycle of damnation the Great lord was condemned to.” They laughed at their comprehensiveness.

“That timing is really annoying.” The leader smiled. “Talk normally.” And with that, he carved Endless and Condemnation into the last of the runes, and placed them in the last two beacons. The chains began to rumble.

“Okay, everybody to your stations.” The leader spoke, laughing. “This’ll be great. Do you know how rich we’ll be?” He asked them, as they laughed. The twins stayed behind.

“No thanks.”

“Fine, suit yourself.” The leader said, as he yelled “Now!” and all the archaeologists pressed their responsive beacons or the beacons nearby, and the tomb itself lit up aflame, as white light encased itself around the tomb, the tomb doors opening a crack, as a massive silhouette arose from the tomb.

In a great coal-black armor, covering a steel robes underneath, sword perched on his back, his mask still on his face. He arose, from his sleep, his eternal slumber by the riddles of his brother. He was finally back to his old self.

The Leader of the archaeologists bowed down lowly to his supremacy, as the resurrected monster stood up anew. “Lord Enkur, the almighty.” The Leader spoke on his knees, as the others followed suite.

Enkur moved his neck around, his eyes looking everywhere. “I can smell the sands. They are 5 millennia of age. I can smell your blood. They are only 3 decades of age, oh! Not even! Arise, resurrect.” Enkur commanded to the students, as they stood up, staring at the floor. Enkur looked around. “As a token of giving me my freedom once more, you may have whatever spoils there are in the night. I have no need for them.” He spoke, smashing his stone door, and walking out into the desert, as the students lavished themselves on the riches in the crooked corners of the pyramid.

“So long ago I had slept. For too long, I had existed. For too short, I had ruled.” He heard a nearby helicopter roar above him, rockets fired.

“Pitiful fireworks.” He sneered behind his mask, and he threw his sword at the copter, bursting it into fragments. With a twitch of hand, Enkur commanded his blade to return, and it did, in a single instance. Arms outreached, Enkur grabbed the rockets, and turned his wrists around, and aimed them at the remains of the chopper. Nuir Enkur, the creator of Ascherach, was resurrected.

The Count had a couple of Transylvanian body armor sets send to Jenrak. Then he shows Arborgard how good they were. The TBA could stop small arms fire like pistols, sub-machine guns rounds and can stop assault rifle round at a 200 yards. The last test was when the suit was put on servant of Arborgard ‘s. The servant was pushed into a room with nerve gas and some other deadly gases. And the servant survived because the suit has it own air system.

“So, Arborgard, how do you like the Transylvanian body armor?” asked the Count. “And those HE rounds that my son designed and created?”

"I find that interesting, I must agree." Arborgard spoke, looking at the servant's writhing breath, his pale face and his broken eyes and mouth. "He'll make it."

"But this is interesting, Count. How much?" He asked.

“The body armor costs around 5,000 Blood Credits each.” said the Count. “Edward, how much for your rounds?”

“The rounds are 10,000 Blood Credits for a case of 5,000 rounds. And they can be use in sub-machine guns, assault rifles, and sniper rifles.” said Edward with his arm around his wife, Ashili.

“So, how many sets of body armor do you want?” asked the Count.

"125,000 Counts of Body Armour, and 100,000,000 rounds." Arborgard replied. "Do you think I should get more?" He asked Ashili.

Ashili thought for a moment, and then said, "Get more." She kissed her husband back.

"200,000, Count." Arborgard replied. "That will be 300 million Blood Credits. How much is that per dollar?" He asked.

"I'll need black. The main colour of the Black Patriarchal Caste." Arborgard told him. "The caliber should also be anti-infantry. We have enough rockets."

Ashili kissed Edward back. "Shouldn't you talk to Vira about weapon schematics?" She asked, a brief pause.

"No." Arborgard told her firmly.

“Okay, I will have your ordered placed with Timber Wolf Inc.” said the Count, who walked over to a near by table. A laptop was placed in front of him. He logged on and types the Internet Website up for TWI. He started felling out the order form page. After he was done a message came up that said ‘You order will be done in two months, sir.’ But the Count moved to another screen that show more detail of the order.

“Arborgard, the body armor will be here in maybe a one month. Give a day or weeks.” he said. “The rounds will be here is six weeks. The rounds range from 5.56mm to 7.62mm to 0.50in.”

"Alright." Arborgard spoke. "As for the rounds, 5.56mm will be best for our guns."

At that moment, Nahk spoke on the communications. "Arborgard, you need to hear this." Nahk yelled on the comm.

Arborgard spoke back. "I'll be there." And he gestured for them to go to the Great Hall.

The Count got up and followed Arborgard, Edward walked behind his father.

Nahk stood in his cloak, his long robes a billowing wisp of shadow, as he stood there watching the television through his broken eyes. His head spun quickly, as well as his body when he heard the rumbling of Arborgard's feet as well as the Count and Ashili and Edward, and he flicked the channel on.

"Look at this." Nahk pointed out to the screen, showing a broken squad of tanks, and a pair of muddied footsteps. "Eastern Ouridna." Nahk told them.

"Are you sure?" Ashili asked Nahk, looking closer. "Oh my god." She said, and had eveyr right to do so. There, was a tank, ripped oof it's turret, and the treads smashed off. The other was split in half, not as a single explosion, but a clean slice, as if the blade was so sharp and powerful that there was no steel that could break it. Arborgard closed his eyes. He opened them again, and he thought of something.

"Check the pyramid of night." He ordered to Nahk, but Serrin answered from the top of the lavish staircase already.

"It's been opened, and the gateway smashed aside. Somebody did the ressurrection of Nuir Enkur." Serrin spoke.

"What it successful?" Arborgard asked.

"I don't know. But I -" and with that, Saerus rung up on the communicator.

"This is Saerus Annirak, needing to speak with Arborgard the Twelfth." Saerus ordered on the communicator. He sounded as if he was crying.

"This is Arborgard the Twelfth. What is it Patriarch?"

"A..A..Arbor...gard..." He was evidently sobbing. "It's him! HIM!" Saerus cried on the communicator. "He's trying to wake up the others...the...others..." And with that, Saerus yelled in pain.

"Saerus! Who?" Arborgard yelled. "Where are you?"

"My Castle, in Archios...don't come over...he'll destroy us all! You're his blood, he won't hurt you, but I'm a fly to him! Please..." He faded out again.

"Who?" Arborgard yelled.

"Him..."

"WHO?!?!"

"Him!"

"Who's him?"

"Nuir...Enkur." And with that, the communicator fell dead.

He looked different from his silver robes, a change in perspective in his powerful white armour, his black streaks running down it's edges in difference, his arms gleaming a ray of strength and his face hidden by the bleak shadows placed by his hung over hood.

"Arborgard, you know the biblical texts. You know what Enkur was capable of." Serrin warned him carefully, where he merely kissed her on the forehead, and beckoned her forwards like the rest. "You can't do this. If this truly is Enkur then you know what the great Lord is prone to. You remember the stories, do you?"

"Yes, I do, Serrin." Arborgard comforted her. "I remembered that he killed half of Ascherach before it creating. I remember that 7 out of his 9 cities were Slave camps. I remember that he created more plagues and viruses alone than any single province. I know what he is capable of, Serrin." He told her, as the group entered the castle of Saerus.

Unlike Ashili's, a twisting layer of sheet metal and a great bevy stacks and protruding needle-like precipices, or Nahk's, the cracked industrialist seeming iron forges, with copper gates and massive turrets. It was not even like Arborgard's, the marble floor shining magnificently with a ripe fresh glint or the stone walls and ceilings as the pruging heights of Zarazego emerged from it's corners.

Saerus' castle was different. It was symmetrical, equal in all proportions, greatly crafted to be like a mirrored image in every sense. Truly he did not care of the size nor the strength, but the organization of the castle. Perhaps it's lack of winding hallways, multidous dead-ends, multiple trap doors or gruesome paintings made it hard for him to hide from Enkur, as there he laid, outside the throne room.

Bruised, bloodied, and unconscious, Saerus Annirak was on the verge of death, his breath shallowed and crackled. His eyes, a creek of blood, and his tongue stuck in crevasses of his teeth. "Ah, shit." Arborgard spoke, as he un tied Saerus' ripped tongue and wiped his bleeding eyes. Laying him down peacefully, Arborgard opened up the throne door, and there his foe stood.

In cleaven coal-black armour, a look of malice on his face. But interestingly, there stood the ones who ressurrected him, who were in fact quite young people, all robed in black. They stood as still as statues, holding up the trays of fire, illuminating the little given light of the room. Enkur stood up and unsheathed his sword, and he spoke only three words to them all, "Let us fight."

The Count walked to the person and took a knee; a person he only knew maybe a day or so. “Rest in peace, Saerus Annirak.” he said. Then he looked at the open throne room door and saw Enkur. Then he saw the people standing around him. “Edward, give me the rifle and get your brothers here.” ordered the Count. The Count rose with anger in his eyes.

Edward threw his father the rifle and took out his cell-phone and started dialing his brother’s numbers.

The Count walked in the throne room with the rifle over his rifle shoulder, looking at Enkur then to the ones who resurrected him. “Remember what I said in the plane, Arborgard” he said with an evil smile. Then he raised his hand in the air towards Enkur’s people. The trays started hover over their head then will a quick movement of his hand. The trays turned over and drop the fire on the people. The burning people would be the light for the room, now. The trays were spinning around everybody like they had a mind of their own.

“Arborgard, he is your kinship.” said the Count. “Take him.”

"I demand you release Annirak from the confines of damnation, Enkur." Arborgard told his anscestor. Enkur merely shook his head.

"No. He had no right to live, a freedom that is lived short. Now tell me where your home is, Serptine." Enkur demanded.

"You know...who I am?" Arborgard asked him, surprised.

"Yes, I do. I know more than you know, although I have lived in this time for only so short. Tell me where your home is, Serptine."

"I am your heir, your usurper."

"Yo usurp when I die. You rule when I exist only in the shadows. Now, as my life is complete to mine, I will rule again, Serptine."

"Then I have no choice but to banish you, great lord." Arborgard took off his cloak, and revealed a long silver notched sword, with runes embossed in it, as it was a steaming hot metal, and in his other hand, a small collection of stones. He pocketed them, and charged.

Nuir Enkur waited, standing still as Arborgard charged at him, and leaped up into their and swung down. In a small fraction of a second, a writhing group of wires emerged from Enkur's back, and flung Arborgard around the room, smashing him into stone pillars. Finally, after it stopped, Enkur drew a massive sword and swung it down into the ground where Arborgard was standing, and the king quickly moved out of the way. It seemed as a success, until Enkur flicked the shards at him with his blade, burying Arborgard under a pile of rubble.

"Where is his home?" Enkur asked the others, as Serrin and Ashili watched in horror, blood creeping out from under the rubble.

Enkur's flesh was cut by the tray, the small tiny piece of skin that protruding from his armor. He looked at the Count, with both hatred and admiration. "You, are a threat. Not the rest of these pathetic fools. So I will battle you." And he walked forwards.

Stalking forwards slowly, as if he was taunting them, Enkur was then smashed in the arm by a rocket, as he shook it off casually. "Who did that?" He asked around, as finally, out of the shadows, Nahk flung himself at the Ex-God and pummeled his metal foot into Enkur's mask. The slight dent in Enkur's mask was nothing compared to the damage done to Nahk's foot, as his entire leg was bent raw, his bone snapped and his kneecap bloody. Nahk felt little pain, for he felt little anyways, as much as killed his nerves were in many battles past.

"Nahk Territurari." One of the hooded figures told Enkur, a crisp and clean female voice. "He was a general in the Blue Caste for 6 Years, and then moved striaght up in the quelling of the civil intents for 3 years. He was promoted to Red PAtriarch 14 Years ago. He has 6 apprentices, including Ashili Evergone, and Queen Serrin."

"Ahh. Very refreshing, my young advisor. So, Mr. Territurari, if that is how your name is pronounced, I have proposition for you." He outstretched his hand slowly to Nahk, who retreated quickly.

"You are not to leave my proposal!" And with that, he threw his mace, and it smashed Nahk squarely in the back, his body falling, as a Enkur grabbed Nahk by the throat. "I - " but then Nahk crawl out by slipping his throat with oil, and crawled through his writhing fingers, and punched Nuir in the hand, his armour slipped up into his arm, cutting a small slit in it, and Nahk's fists were crushed into a heaping pile of steel.

Enkur lifted him up. "A man of steel. Very interesting." Enkur spoke. "But you are only one threat, as like another." He eyed the Count. "Goodbye, Mr. Territurari." And Enkur threw the Red Patriarch into the Satin glass, shattering it, as Nahk fell 80 storeys onto the cold hard jagged ground.

Enkur sheathed his sword. Ashili was worried. "Let's go, now!" She urged the rest of the group.

“Edward! Ice that damn thing.” ordered the Count who had the rifle ready. Edward did what his father said, shooting ice from his hand at Enkur. Squeezing the trigger, the Count said “Go, I will hold him off.” The Count started walking back with the rifle firing.

Edward took off running down the hall, he was the last one to exit the throne room. So, he started icing the floor behind him.

Inside the throne room, the Count was near the door. “The hell will this.” he said as he pulled the trigger to the grenade launcher. Then he turn and fell on his back. He started sliding down the hallway because of the ice.

The Ice encased itself around Enkur, but he had seen enough of darkness to know that he didn't want to go back, at any price. Summoning up his strength, he bashed as the ice froze around him, and when they retreated, the ice on the floor proved to be a nuisance.

In a fury, he stomped his way out, his stomping causing a crushing hole in the ice he stepped on. From afar, a grenade launcher fired off a seeking grenade, where it was caught in midair, and thrown back.

His followers walked behind him, making sure they didn't trip foolishly by walking behind in his footsteps, on the crushed ice instead of on the smooth slippery floor.

---------------------------

"Shit." Ashili swore, as they tried to board the helicopter, and the plane. "Let's go." She hurried, but she could not find Serrin. "Where's Serrin?" No one knew.

---------------------------

As Enkur left the throne room, Serrin sat in the middle of the Hall, glaring at Enkur through tearing eyes. "Move aside, now." Enkur commanded imperiously, as he wondered what was wrong.

Serrin did not move, but her glare increased. "You are stubborn, madam." Enkur replied, raising his sword. "I therefore will end your life, as such of your husband and friends." He walked towards her.

Serrin spoke in Tsellian:

Namasirro Nero Yimananakt Namasirro Nero
Namasirro Nero Taratal Namasirro Nero
Namkt Tarr

It had no effect, the words powerless. Enkur laughed. "Your language is communication. You have no power. You have no knowledge." But Serrin then changed her tone, into Ascheran:

Harrahkith Maarun Sarun
Harrahkith Maarun Sarun
Harrakith Marrun Sarun

"You need to have Ascheran blood." He laughed, but it had worked. And with that, Enkur spewed blood from his mouth, as he fell onto his knees. He in gruesome pain, unbearable pain, and he vomited blood out that burned through floor with a corrosive quality. He was in pain, until he yelled out his own;

Dashnamar Cornn!

Serrin flew back by the force of the anger, and she fell out into the courtyard, where Ashili came out of the plane and picked her up, and dragged her into the plane, leaving Saerus' castle behind.

From below, Enkur's dark eyes squinted at the bright sunlight. "We have a new foe." He told his advisors. "Let's hasten this apocalypse."

After everybody was in the plane, the Count looked at everybody. “Where is Ciranaar at?” he asked. “Where is located at?”

“Maybe we can resurrect Ciranaar. To help us.” he added.

The plane was set. "Ciranaar is the hardest ritual to perform. I do not understand. Ciranaar came last time because of Enkur's power was spreading too far. Know that Enkur's back, I wonder why Ciranaar hasn't come?" Ashili wondered.

"Something is not right. I have to consult Zavuun. Set the course to Ouridna." She said.

“Well, maybe Enkur has somehow blocked Ciranaar for coming back to our reality.” said the Count. He looked over at Edward and asked “Are they on the way?”

“Yes, Father.” said Edward. “But they are heading towards Ashili’s castle.”

“Good.” said the Count.

"Possibly, but I doubt Enkur has enough power to block Ciranaar. If there ever is an anti god, god, then it's Ciranaar Arskzen." She told them, as they arrived in the large and glittering port city of Ouridna, once the hub of battle between the divided factions in the first Jenrakian Civil War. It stirred up old memories of war in Ashili's mind.

"There." She pointed, to a large backyard overlooking a windy cliff, as a small house was perched on it's end. "That's Zavuun's house. He's a telemarketer, but we're old friends." Ashili noted, as the helicopters landed down into the cliff.

"Come, everyone." She urged, including to a besotten Serrin.

"Be strong, Serrin." Ashili encrouaged her, but to no avail. She had nothing left to do but knock the door.

After a small moment, a fat and jolly man stood in the doorway. "Aeray! How are you?" He asked, kissing her on the cheek.

Ashili kissed him back on the cheek. "I'm known as Ashili Evergone now, Father." She smiled, encouraging the others to enter his dinky house.

"I haven't seen you in two decades, Aeray. My, what a pretty woman you've become." Zavuun complimented her.

"Thank you, Father." She told him, and entered the house. Finally, the door closed, and Zavuun took up the chairs into the kitchen, playing with the chairs. Zavuun was a tall, plump, dark skinned man. He had small plugs of hairs overcombed on his balding head, and his crooked teeth showed a cankered tongue.

"Well, who are these men, Aeray?" Zavuun asked Ashili of the Count and Edward.

"That's my charming husband, Edward," she pointed to Edward, "and that's The God-Emperor Count JWolf of Transylvania."

"I see." Zavuun smiled, shaking Edward's and the Count's hands. "What brings you here?"

Ashili's face became serious. "Nahk, Saerus and Arborgard are dead." She told them, and Serrin burst into sobs at Arborgard's mention. "Don't cry, Serrin."

Zavuun went softly teary-eyed as well, and washed them up with his hairy forearm. "I see. What happened?"

"They were killed by Enkur."

"I-I'm sorry?"

"Nuir Enkur, killed them in person."

"Impossible. Are you sure it's not a cult...or...?"

"Nuir Enkur, is back from his slumber." Ashili told him sternly.

"Aeray, you know the laws of the Assrachnoch. If he is here, then Ciranaar is here. So we should have nothing to worry about."

"Enkur is not working on the laws of the Assrachnoch. He was ressurrected by an Ascheran ritual."

"What ritual?"

"That's what we came to you for." Ashili told him. Zavuun nodded.

"Alright, I will show you." He spoke quietly. He walked down into the basement, and he told them to wait patiently.

Father? asked Edward to himself. He looked over at his father and the Count had a surprised look on his face, too.

After Zavuun headed to the basement, the Count looked over at Serrin. “This looks bad.” he said.

Edward walked over to Ashili and said “This is getting weirder and weirder. Who is that man? And what does he do? And why did you call him, Father?”
Jenrak

"He's a religious icon. His name is Father Zavuun, but he prefers to be more generic. I believe Father Zavuun would be a great help, given his knowledge of Jenrakian occult." Ashili explained. "He is the Religious symbol of the Jenrakian religion in Ouridna, so it is fitting that he be called father."

She waited for Zavuun to arrive from the the basement. Finally, after minutes, came Zavuun, carrying a large stone cased tome, strained heavily to carry it. "I'm getting old. Aeray, be a dear and help me, please." He urged her, as she went over and carried the stone tome the rest of the way towards the table, and it landed on it with a thud.

"What is this?" Ashili asked Zavuun. Zavuun looked pleased, as if it was an accomplishment he was proud of.

"That, my dear, is the diary of Herrissian Karbulia." He told them. Herrissian Karbulia was a vicious warlord after Enkur's time, although it was highly accepted that Herrissian was a strong link to the occult. His knowledge was placed all in his diary, and it was thought lost.

"My god." She told him, stroking the rough stone covers, underneath thick parchment contents. "Are you serious?"

"Yes, it is. Now," He opened it up, and began to flicker through the pages. "let's see...Egrais....Ehilisk...Enkur. There." He pointed to a long bounty of information, and above showed an elegant picture of a tall heavily armoured man, as many people stood under him. Reading it slowly, which was written in Ascheran, Zavuun noticed something odd. He read it aloud to the others to hear.

"...and he shalt rise anew, as I wish to done, forth his rath sent under the night moon light. He will bring up his friends and foes, to wage his holy war in a land that cannot be waged no more..."

He thought carefully, and then he read more of it aloud:

"...conquest is sand inside his blood, his taste for power slated in his slumber. Now all that lives inside his broken mind is the freedom and the pleasures and amusement. He will use these amusements, to amuse himself, as the others amuse themselves."

"What is going on?" Zavuun wondered loudly, and he read on, until finally reaching the final part that was helpful in it:

"...pain, time, destruction and age will join him in his escapade, and the lord of judgement unable to judge no more. They will rule under no rule of the great one's power, and in a swift tourney of strength they will conquer until the end..."

"I have figured it out." Zavuun explained.

"What do they mean?" Ashili asked. "Please, Father. Tell us."

"It means..." he blinked softly. "...that Nuir Enkur is intent on resurrecting all the Gods to follow him, except for Ciranaar. He wants them to join him in his conquest."

"But how? Isn't Enkur an exile to them? Do they not hate him?" Ashili asked him. Zavuun shook his head.

"No, Aeray. They hate Enkur. But when they are resurrected for the first time, they have the mind of an infant. They know nothing, of a world so imperfect in their eyes. Enkur had his own choice, when he was resurrected, because he lived in the mortal world before. When he made Ascherach, remember? He had the mind of an infant, but whoever raised him taught him to be cunning and cruel."

"And that is why he remembers his old self. He was already resurrected once. Ressurrecting him again does not make him anew. It merely awakens a monster best left undisturbed. Ciranaar was an exception. As the Leader of the Gods, he alone could walk on the Earth without a need for ressurrection. He knew everything." Zavuun explained.

"But what would be the use of resurrecting gods that hate him? Is he trying to get himself damned again?" Ashili asked.

"No. You do not understand. Only Enkur has been resurrected thus far. And every time something that does not belong here, comes here for the first time, it is wiped clean of thoughts and memory and most importantly, allegiance. If Enkur resurrects the Gods, then they will follow him, because they are acting blind. They see him as their guide. And he will take that advantage."

"I see." Ashili spoke. "But what god could he be going for first?" But then, she didn't need to think, for she remembered Enkur's words in Saerus' castle. Tell me where your home is, Serptine.. "He's after Zarazego first."

"The God of Knowledge? That makes sense, if Zarazego is all seeing, then Enkur could use him to find the location of the other god's monuments. Hurry, Aeray. Go to Zarazego. Bring the Lord of Knowledge up before Enkur does." He hurried to Ashili.

"Alright. May we take the diary, Father? I promise to bring it back." Ashili said.

"Of course, my dear." He hurried to them all. "Now go!"

And with that, Ashili urged them back into the helicopters, headed towards Haasdra.

The Count knew what do to do this time as they boarded the helicopter. If Enkur show his face again, he will fight him and maybe to better then Arborgard and Nahk did. He did not survive over 10,000 by hiding. There was a look in his eyes that Edward saw.

As the reached Haasdra, there was yet again a great foggy pilfering smoke rising from the tops. The doors were smashed open, and the gates ripped apart. "But how?" Serrin said. "The castle is ritually protected." Until she saw that it did not matter anymore, for giant footsteps led into the Castle.

"Fly to the top of Zarazego." Ashili commanded the pilot, as they nodded and headed to Zarazego. However, they were shocked, to see Enkur standing there, with a shorter, but masked and hooded being, long gruesome tentacles emerging from his back. He lazily attempted to stuff them under his cloak, and it looked like his back had a twisting sickly spine.

"Zarazego." Ashili murmured in fright, as she said to the pilot. "Turn around now." But it was too late, as a quick blade swung at the helicopters, and missed by a soft margin. As the helicopters dodged the next shot, Ashili looked up the diary for the closest next place, and it was the Goddess Arnah, in the North of Raunin, near where the end of the Rebellion was located.

"Head to North Raunin." She told the pilots, as they flew at top speed. "Shit. Zarazego's on Enkur side."

---------------------------------------------

Atop Zarazego

"Zarazego, you have not changed from the all seeing mind you once were." Enkur told him.

The being was flattered. "Thank you, Enkur. Your manners have not changed, I think. Or have they? I do not know. But it is good to see you. Where are we?" He asked.

"We are in the imperfect world of mortality." Enkur explained to him. "The mortals have killed my human heir, Arborgard, and now I seek revenge. But I wish for all the gods to help me, save for Ciranaar. He is a busy, god, you must know."

"Always looking out for your brother, are you Enkur?" Zarazego chuckled, his wheezing laugh bending the metal cage inwards. "Very well. Let us go. The enemy is headed to Raunin, and we cannot hope to get there before them. I suggest we go to Scion."

"Why?"

"Because, Enkur. That is where your love lies. Is it not? Do you wish to see her again?"

"What is between I and Izmishna no longer exists. But what is the closest to our location, next to Raunin?"

"Scion himself. In a province not his own. Ssessloth, oddly enough." Zarazego told him, his eyebrows turning into a thoughtful expression.

"Fine. Let us go to Ssessloth, and meet Scion. I have not spoken to him in a very very long time."

Being a vampire, he could see for a long way (About two miles without a scope and tell what people are saying.. So, he read the lips of both Gods. “Ashili, who is Izmishna and Scion?” he asked.

“Other Gods. Right?” said Edward.

She explained. "Power and Destruction don't mix. At least, not in any way that could help us." She added.

Finally, they were at the North of Raunin, and there was a small mountain, a small cave that was dark and begotten. "The cave." Serrin whispered, as the group got down ont othe ground, and entered the cave.

"I thought there is a temple here." Ashili said, flipping through the pages of the diary.

Then they could smell a hind of brimstone. Edward turned and around saw who it was. “Khaldun, go to have you here. But how did you find us?” asked Edward.

“By your cell-phone, little brother.” said Khaldun in his armor (http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y101/CountJWolf/KsArmor.jpg) with his sword (http://www.cyberartscamp.org/webdesign/2004/week1/gleb_vedernikov/images/sword5.jpg) on his back. The blade was five feet long and weight around 180 pounds, no mortal could handle this sword. The widest part of the blade is a foot wide. This sword was made of steel and was sharp enough to cut a tree that is four feet wide in two.

“Oh…” said Edward. The Count turned around and asked “How is with you, son?”

“Major Kane and the telekinesis mastermind, Salvador (http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y101/CountJWolf/SalvadorCastillo.jpg).” said Khaldun. Major Kane carried his AR-66 silent assault rifle and H&K SOCOM pistol. Salvador had short swords on his back. Sal is Devlin's son.

“Good. Where are the others?” asked the Count.

“At Ashili’s castle.” said Khaldun. The ones are the all the males of the Royal Family and a couple of the female members: the first Darkholme twins and Selene Darkholme.

“Okay.” said the Count.

“Wait, so I can light you way.” said the fire powered mutant vampire. Khaldun took out his lighter and lit a torch on the wall then make the fire dance down the cave. The three men joined the group as they continued down the cave.

They soon enough reached the long end of the hallway like cave, and they pried opened a large wooden door, with a small curved 'V' splattered in green paint on it's front.

When they entered, it was a massive churchlike area, with benches and golden fountains sputtering out water, as gargoyles and angels and demons in stone splashed water from their hands. Crevasses of steel and stone run along the top of the building, and there wre no windows, and little light.

Ashili took the nearby torch, lit up the closest candle, and it followed the flame to light the others as well. The walls were made of glass, reflecting the light every direction imaginable. It was beautiful sight to behold. Ashili was enchanted.

"I never though something like this could exist in Jenrak." She said, as she followed the diary's instructions, and walked forwards to the front of the church, where a white mound stood, as if a statue existed there, but dissappeared.

"I need male blood." Ashili said, as she carved out a small 'V' in her arm, and let the blood tricle down into the bowl.

"Thanks." Ashili said, cutting the arm up a curved 'V' pattern, identical to Ashili's cut, and their blood trickled down their arms and into the intricate bowl. After a while, Ashili patched up both wounds, and began the second part of her ritual.

"I give you blood, a woman and a man's, both fresh and young, to let you know, Arnah, that youth and beauty exist yet in this world." Ashili spok to the mound, as if the goddess herself stood there.

"And now..." She opened the next page, full of scriptures and runes. Reading it carefully, Ashili spoke to the empty mound;

"Uramnna Taskath
Terreth Corrunim
Corrunim Uramnna"

And with that, wind gusted the candles, blowing out the flames and darkening the large temple. A swift gale had encircled the two, Edward and Ashili, until the benches themselves were unearthed and smashed onto the unbreakable mound. In pieces, the fragments began to melt into a hot wax-like substance, before it began to encompass itself into the form of a body, and then a head.

Slowly, it shaped into wax clothing, into a wax cloak, and finally, from the drifting substance, it froze. The statue froze. It conjured up a fax figure of a woman, and it seemed worthless to go all the way here, to sacrifice time and blood to have conjured up a statue made out of wax.

Ashili sighed, but then, in an instant, a hand broke out of the wax carapace, hair emerging gracefully from it's top, a long white cloak radiating light that shattered the statue into a thousand pieces, and there stood Arnah, atop the mound.

She was had a hard, stern look on her face, a look of concern and contempt, but even that did not hide the brilliance of her finely carved features, and her wondrous looks. Beautiful, and luscious, her eyes a deft amber colour, her cloak graceful as her hair, her golden razzle sleeking down byond her shoulders, her lips vivacious, whole hearted and red as blood. Dangling from her ears, were two golden earrings, swans in the manner, and she carried herself in a brisk manner as she stood imperiously atop the mound, as if it were her throne.

Ashili was jealous of her overpowering looks, her flawless complexion. But she knew that Arnah was a goddess, and she was merely a mortal. "Great Arnah, goddess of beauty and age. I, Ashili Evergone, welcome you to our flawed world."

She looked around, and saw the ones from Transylvania. She tightened her eyes at the Count. "Your age does not fit your looks. You are more than what is seen." She smiled only, and then moved her eyes around the room. Kneeling down, Arnah lifted Ashili's chin, as the Matriarch laid low.

"You can be better, my dear. I think your age allows better complexion." She whispered, as with a soft blink of her eyes, Arnah changed Ashili's looks to be more sensual and attractive. Her hair went from a striping black tinge to a vibrant cinder red, her eyes greener than ever before, her nose aligned perfectly with her face, her lips smaller and her body more curved.

"There you are." Arnah smiled, as she stood up in her cloak, and hung it over her beautiful head. Ashili, much more beautiful now, to Arnah's magic, got up as well.

"Enkur has arisen from his slumber." Ashili told Arnah, as the goddess frowned.

"Then where is dear Ciranaar?"

"He has not come through. We need your help Arnah. Enkur plans to undo the fabrication of the world." Ashili notioned, as Serrin nodded.

"Of course, my dear, I will help. But I am not a strategist. Oh no, that was for Scion and Arskzen to decide, not me. I will follow you, and help you." Arnah said.

"Yes, of course." Said Ashili.

Then the wind started, Edward watched around him and his wife. The Count and the others at the door turned and looked to see what was going on. “Major, keep an eye out.” said the Count.

“Yes, my Lord.” said the Major who turned back and look back into the cave.

The Count watched in shock as this woman was formed into for of his eyes. But he was not the only one and everybody was shocked. Then what Arnah said to the Count surprised him more. “Goddess Arnah, I’m the God-Emperor of the Dominion. Plus, I’m over 10,000 years old.” said the Count. “Count JWolf is my name.”

Then the next thing surprised them more; Ashili became more beautiful in Edward’s eyes and the other’s eyes. “Wow!” said Edward. “Ashili, you are beautiful then before.”

Then the Count heard her say the name Scion. “Then we need to find Arskzen before Enkur find both of them.” said the Count. The Count and the other head back out of the cave.

As they finally reached the outside, Arnah turned around, and lifted her fingers, closing them into a tight fist. Immediately the rocks crumbled down onto the cave, and blocked the entrance. She lashed the curved 'V' in midair, and it latched the rocks tightly, unable to open. "Come." She said, going to the front of the group. With another flick, the helicopter sped up into the air, and docking area opened up for the others to board. "We must go quickly to Izmishna."

"Why Izmishna?" Serrin asked her.

"Izmishna is the child of Tergurus and Phazlim. If Izmishna gets ressurrected by Nuir, then we can't do much to stop the destruction." Arbah explained, as the crew headed off to Avthalk, guided by Arnah's fingers.

Serrin did not answer immediately, but finally, she said, "He's dead. Dead." She whispered.

"Only the Judge can bring them. But will he?" Ashili wondered. "Ciranaar has more power than any single god alone. But not even he can hold off an entire squad of religious superpowers." They waited across the brisk abode, quietly listening to the wind howling through the area, feeling the sand ravaging their place. Ashili heard rumbling in the distance, as the sandstorms raged closer. Quickly, she urged Serrin to come forwards, and she held out Serrin's hand.

With that, a tornado like gust of wind billowed around the hanging body, and the sand blew off, revealing a set of ruins and the stairs breaching down into a dark chasm.

Screaming was heard, and finally a woman all clad in a black robe, vieled and sparkling eyed, rose from the corpse, screaming still in the ears of everyone there. Finally, quickly, came up a black haired woman, pale skinned and fanged teeth, with massive demonic wings protruding from the back. In a fury, she looked around, and asked them, "Where am I?" The wind blew harder, as the sand got in Ashili's eyes.

Arnah stepped from the plane onto the hot cracked sand. "Your love has been released unto the world."

The woman did not speak for a little while, and then replied, "he has been foolish enough to betray me. I would kill him if I had the chance."

"Well now, is your chance." Arnah spoke. The dark haired, pale skinned, demonic winged woman, Izmishna, nodded.

"Where can I find him?"

Two 44-C Hawk Helicopters sat down on the outside of Saerus' castle. Six men exited out of both helicopters in Transylvanian body armor in a light tan color. Each man has an Egyptian saber at his side, a Beretta 93R automatic pistol on his waist and a HK G36C assault rifle in his arms. These men were part of Baron Anubis’s private army, the Egyptian Knights. They headed inside as two more 44-C Hawk Helicopters sat down on the lawn. These helicopters were empty.

Each one was being piloted by one of Ashili’s pilots. A dark tanned man exited one of the helicopters. He was wearing black leather pant and a blood red sleeveless leather duster. He was Baron Anubis (http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y101/CountJWolf/Anubis.jpg), Khaldun's son and JWolf’s grandson.

He headed into the castle. Ahead of him, his men were looking at the lifeless body of Saerus. “That is one of them.” said Anubis. “Take him to one of the helicopters.” he ordered.

Two men put Saerus on a make ship bed like carrier and took him to one of the Hawks.

“My lord, we found around one.” said a voice on the radio. “It is the robot person. In the co.”

“Get him to one of the helicopters.” ordered Anubis. The four men made a make ship bed like carrier and head off to one of the Hawks.

Then Anubis walked into the throne room and saw the damage. “The other person is under this stuff.” said one of his men.

“Okay.” said Aunbis. “Get him out of there then.” The men started moving the rubble. About an hour later, Arborgard was loaded on one of the Hawks. Aunbis and his Egyptian Knights loaded back onto the Hawks. All four of the 44-C Hawk Helicopters took off back to Ashili’s castle.

Aunbis dialed a number into his cell-phone, “Uncle, we have the bodies.” he said after the other person answered.

"Good let's argh!!" As a burst of fire nearly hit the helicopter, but slowly the metal began to rot quickly. "What's going on?" Ashili yelled, the chopper going down.

Down below, stood Scion, his hands outstretched, his eyes a menacing laughter through his skeletal body, his face a wretched skull, his stomach inexisting. Scion laughed loudly, and his laughter pierced the metal outer parts of the helicopter, slowing them down.

"Scion!" Yelled Arnah, as a flicker of fire protruded from her fingers, and shot at the god, but the flames died out before they could reach him. "You have no right."

"I will about that, Arnah." And with that, Scion unleash another wave, burning a nearby Izmishna, causing her to send a blockade of boulders at him.

But before any of them could reach him, they faded into dust, and the sandy grains merely tickled his eyeless sockets. "I'm coming, sister." He laughed maniacly, as Serrin yelled,

'Step on it!" And with that, the helicopter headed to Ashili's castle, as fast as it could.

Ashili was hyperventilating.

The Count jumped into action after the first blast hit the copter. He formed a force field around the helicopter. Khaldun added his fire to the mix as Edward tries to clam Ashili down.

“Center on me, Ashili, center on me.” Edward said in a nice clam voice. Major Kane fired off his rifle at Scion. If the helicopter can’t make it, Major Kane and Sal could teleport them out of there.

The bullet was fired faster than Scion could corrode it, but it merely hit his empty shattered skull. There was little to no flesh left in his skeletal body to be harmed.

Ashili, in the copter, slowed down her breathing, and finally halted to a rational thought. "This is not good." Serrin said.

Ashili wondered why. "What are you talking about?"

"The last God must be ressurrected on our side. If Enkur ressurrects Sethlion, then we can't perform the ritual anyways. Remember, he counts as a god himself. That's four gods total against two."

"Okay. We'll bring back Sethlion." Ashili gave up, flipping through the pages of the diary.

"According to this, Sethlion is in Jeviz' Kraa. Let's go!" She urged. "Viraranar, how are you holding?"

Viraranar's smooth but quiet voice popped up on the communicator on Serrin's belt. "I'm doing fine. The people believe Arborgard is on diplomatic missions. Just do whatever you need to do."

"We're headed to Jeviz'Kraa."

“To Jeviz'Kraa we will go.” said Sal.

After a small ride, the plain reached the softened hills of Jeviz' Kraa, and the plains of Tiraknes. It was an odd sight, seeing the plains on the mountains, the watchtower barely protruding from the top of the peaks, and they exited the helicopter, looking around.

Clouds drifted aimlessly by the mountains, the thunder rumbling off in the distance, the rain shadow effect carrying non-existant water up into the cold harnesses of the ocean. Ice flows traveled down, and the tall tower of Jeviz'Kraa laid still, abode the whistling plain grass and the yellowish dirt.

"This way." Ashili said, regaining her senses. "We have to be quiet." She murmured, following the diary's instructions. Finally, at a small mountain hole, they were at the gateway of time, and their senses obscured.

Putting the book down, Serrin knelt by Ashili's side, as the two muttered quietly in the day light, only the billowing surge of the wind and a deft fluttering of Izmishna's wings can be heard.

"This is a different ritual." Serrin said. "This requires a sign, not words." And with that, following Herrissian's instructions, the Hooked 'M', the symbol of Sethlion, was scraped into the rockwall, and Serrin filled it with her own blood, the 'M' being to almost overflowing. They waited.

Nothing was happening for a small bit, until finally, the blood dried, and the 'M' faded, and the rocks burst into a fragment of dust. Out of the creeping pieces, came a small girl, and Ashili sighed. Her eye's flickered colour.

"It's Zarazego!" She yelled, as the small girl changed forms in a tall, hooded and cloaked man, as his tentacles wreathed out endlessly from his back, a tall skulled mace hanging in his arms.

"Don't hide." He softly commanded, as Ashili stood and unsheathed her sword, and Serrin did the same. Zarazego dissappeared, but then an instant he lashed forth from above.

Everybody followed behind Ashili and Serrin. Their weapon out and ready, waiting for something to happen. As the woman did their ritual, the Count and Khaldun stood be side them. Edward was behind them with his pistol out and Sal behind him with his swords out. Sal had this force field that blocked the sun using his Telekinesis powers. Major Kane was to the right of them.

Then that little girl appeared then turned into that God, Zarazego. Major Kane fired his rifle but the thing disappeared. So, his shots missed.

Sal threw one of his swords at Zarazego at he reappeared above Ashili, JWolf, Khaldun and Serrin. Then JWolf pulled Ashili to the left as Khaldun pulled Serrin to the right.

Sal had his right hand in front of him, pointing at Zarazego. He was using his Telekinesis powers to hold him there. Edward aimed at Zarazego’s head and fired off one HE round….

In frozen stasis, the all knowing God was trapped in a short continous prison, as his head burst into a ravaged rabbled of steaming flesh. It looked like a field of victroy for them, but Arnah and Izmishna were not so sure. "I don't know."

"You surely think Zarazego could last that?" Ashili asked them. Izmishna laughed.

"You can cripple a god, you can banish him, but you can't kill him. It's why he is a god in the first place. If it wasn't for us tenacity, we wouldn't be gods. Or, we would have been radiated or detonated ago." Izhmishna explained, as the groping remains began to collect, and form up in the air, as Zarazego plummeted down again, his tentacles flailing.

"Pitiful." Izmishna spoke, as she lifted her arm, and as the falling god aimed at her, she yelled in a swift harsh voice. "Stop!" And the mountains rumbled, the grass unearthed, the rocks flung at the god, his body snapped and twisted, as he fell onto the edge of the cliff wall. Mustering up a large surge of power, Arnah and Izmishna smashed a wave of power towards his heart, but soon enough a young woman flashed in grace before Zarazego, her arms outstretched. Time itself, froze, but none of them did.

"Sethlion. You've turned." Arnah whispered quietly, in disgust. "I thought you would help us."

"Why? To banish us again? You are the one who has turned, Arnah."

"You are not the Sethlion I remember. Enkur has brainwashed you, hasn't he?"

"He did nothing."

"Liar!" And a flash of fire erupted from her fingers, but Sethlion ducked, scorching a fallen Zarazego. In an instant, the knowledge god dissappeared, in a screaming torment, and Sethlion gathered up his ashes in her hands.

"We'll see you, very soon." She threatened, and ran off. Everything was back to normal.

"We're screwed." Ashili said. "We are indeniably screwed."

The men from the Dominion watched everything happening around them. Edward’s round worked or it looked like it did. Watching Zarazego‘s head reform was cool to them.

Then another twist to this group of people trying to save the world, it looks like Enkur has another God on his side. Making four Gods counting him.

“This is some bullshit.” said the Count. “I don’t like the odds of this.”

“Right.” said Sal who was heading back to the helicopter. Major Kane walked beside him.

“We need to get to Ashili’s castle.” said Edward.

“I see, son.” said the Count. “If the Enkur and his goons find us, they will get a rude awaking. We got a lot of power there.” The Count and Khaldun started back to the helicopter as Sal and Kane got on. Edward started after his father.

They had gone to Ashili's castle, which was fairly close to Saerus castle, now possibly known that as a waypoint for the forces of Enkur. Like the others, it had glittering spires and beautiful ends, and a great lavished moat surrounded it's stony sides.

"We're here. My home. It looks....different." She whispered. Clearly the fact that such a secret war, far from the eyes of the people, would never be remembered, only to those who were in it.

"I can't believe this!" She said, as one of the cloaked and hooded dark figures, the new advisors of Enkur, stood at the gates patiently, the guards having their weapons aimed at her head. "Set down." She ordered.

As they reached the ground, they had finally gotten to ask this mysterious woman. "Who are you?" Ashili asked. "And why are you here?"

"My name is not important. I need to go inside." She spoke softly, as blood dribbled down her sleeve, and tears from her eyes.

The Count and the other got off the helicopter. Then JWolf saw the lady as he put something in his ear. It looked like a headset for a cell-phone, so you could use it hands free. But it was a powerful radio designed by Timber Wolf Inc.

“Everybody inside.” he said to his sons, grandson and Major Kane. Those men headed through the gate and started into the castle.

“Report.” he said into the radio. A second later, Devlin’s voice came over the radio. “Father, this castle is a fortress.” said Devlin. Both him and Cavlin were in two of the castle’s towers with HK MSG-90A1 snipe rifles aimed out in front of the castle.

“Good.” said the Count. The Count walked to the gates and turned at robed woman. “This is you castle, Ashili. It is up to you, if you want her in there.”

"You can come in." Ashili told her, her blade pressed heavily into the woman's back. "But if you trick us, I will kill you." She said.

"Fair enough." The woman replied. She has a soft whisper in her voice.

As they reached inside the courtyard, without ever getting to the interior doors, Ashili asked her, as she stopped and pulled out a small blood filled vial. "You need the blood of a betrayer to revive Ciranaar." She told Ashili.

"How do you know?" Ashili asked, curious.

"Enkur knows all. Zarazego is on his side, remember? Here is the blood." She said.

"Where did you get this?" Ashili asked, but her question was answered when the mysterious person pulled up her sleeve, and a large chunk of flesh was bitten off from her forearms, showing the bony white skeleton. "What happened?" She asked.

"I was - " it was at that moment, a piercing arrow shot through the woman's neck, and her skin began to corrode faintly and fade away into a brimming rust, her body falling limp and fleshless.

Miles away, holding a bow, devoid of it's quiver, was another advisor, standing still and thick in sand, up to her waists, as quiet as stone.

With that he jumped and land on walkway of the castle. Damn not high enough . he said to himself as he jumped again. This time he landed on top of the tower that Devlin was in. Then he saw the figure in the distance. “All men to battle stations.” he order over the radio.

“Edward, Remy (http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y101/CountJWolf/RemyBarrilleaux.jpg), Salvador, find Ashili and help her.” ordered JWolf.

“Elizabeth, Lilli, give us a storm out here.” the Count ordered in the radio. A few second passed and thick black clouds started forming above the castle.

“Khaldun, Jibade, Anubis, Gahiji (http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y101/CountJWolf/Gahiji.jpg), guard the front door. Light anything on fire that comes through that door.” he ordered to the vampires with the real firepower.

Arnah felt a soft breeze in the air. She had a look of worry upon her face. "How many bodies are here?" She asked Ashili, who unloaded her gun.

"This used to be a battlefield. Why?" She said, but her question was answered when a skeletal hand emerged from her masonry, grippping at her foot. A smash of fire enveloped the hand, but a leering skull came out and a rusted sword tried to pierce her skin, her hair aloft as the wind blew quietly. "Ah, shit." She said, as another blaze of flame engulfed the ground.

Far off, from the iron-like gates, and the mountainous rocks, stood the hooded, the cloaked, and the dark, as the night emanated from their souls, their blades hanging driftlessly from their sides. Hands outstretched, wrinkled and crippled, they muttered words unheard but only by themselves. With a swift glance now and then, they finally radiated a dark purgatory ball of energy, aiming at the ground. The sands glistened, the glass shined, as the arms, emerged from the grounds, skeletal and rotten, the soldiers aghast against them.

"Necromancy. I thought he forgot it all." Arnah whispered.

Easily, the skeletons were dispatched, and their dusty remains littered the grounds of the castle, Serrin surprised. She knew time was running out fast. "Ashili, where's Ciranaar's monument?" She asked.

"It's Ciranaar's castle." Ashili said, flipping through the pages until she reached it, a blood stained book.

"We can't then."

"Why not?"

"Because it was bombed, remember?" She shot a glare at the Count.

"No, that's not his stronghold."

"It's not?"

"No, it's underground. His tomb is underground. It's...a maze."

Ashili spoke, looking at the roughly drawn map made by Herrissian. For such a violent man in history, Karbulia certainly seemed to have a distinctively large amount of knowledge of the Ascheran religion.

They went forwards, and finally pressed a small hunched button, as the mirrors flipped, and the gears turned, the small ray of light from the outside flinging into the room, illuminating the entire labyrinth. Ashili said, after cutting herself for the fourth time on a broken piec eof glass, and Serrin's hair was caught for the second time in a wiry knot, as they tried to wrestle it free.

For a while it seemed like they were moving in circles, and it was horrendously difficult, until they had finally reached the end of the maze, and when they entered it, a bleak groan had volumated the group. Before them, was a massive stone maze, and in the hard of it's quiet center, laid the tomb. But to make it worst, the maze was multi-tiered, and stairs and doorways leading to the next section was prominent, as well as the exact same looking stairs and doorways leading to a meaningless abyss.

They walked on, wading, until a quick shadow passed their eyes. Drawing their weapons, Ashili said, "We've got company." But when she finished, Zarazego, in his dark and hooded cloak, drew his sword and lunged at her. His blade skill was inferior, but his tentacles soon wrapped it's way around her. "I thought we killed you." She struggled, trying to vainly get out.

"You can't kill a god!" He yelled, but a quick jet of flame shot him.

"I disagree." Arnah spoke, and another blast of fire illuminated the scene, as Zarazego's tentacles were peeled off by the flames.

"I've had enough of this, Arnah." He spoke, as his tentacles became writhin snakes, all hissing and lunging, his arms outstretching into four, his hide becoming thick and impregnable, as his eyes changed a flash of colour, from amber to a jet black. Fangs outlashed, he he ran towards them like a hound.

Arnah had her apearance changed as well. From her back, grew convalescent wings, feathery and light, majestic and glowing, as it shone light around, purifying everything it touched. Her robes slowly likened into a white, glimmering armour, flawless, and as beautiful as she was. She swifted her left hand, conjuring up a mirror like shield, and in her right hand, a long, straight glass sword, as fire danced around it, blue and shining.

"I shalt smite thee, vile demon. Your knowledge hath will be unforetold." And with those words, she swung at him, as a handful of snakes were sliced off, their heads corroding into a fine sandy dust. Zarazego then punched her heavily in the face, and blood dribbled down from her mouth, the drops enriching the soil that was graced by her blood.

"I'll hold this demon off, go!" She ordered to the others.

"But we can help!" Serrin told her, as another punch sent Arnah flying, smashing into a glass wall, still unbroken.

"Zarazego can't be killed! If you help me, then we'll jsut be wasting time! Remember, if you - " she slashed the God of Knowledge, and he frittered back a bit, until his skin and his wound healed instantly, "help me, then there will be no one to stop Enkur and the other gods! Stopping Ciranaar is your goal!"

"But we can help!" Ashili yelled at her. As she got closer, a leaping wall of flame blocked her.

"You too." Arnah nodded, before Zarazego pounced onto her and mashed his fist into her face, where she lifted up her sword and threw the four armed beast around. A flame erupting from her, Arnah engulfed the beast in flames, and Zarazego was burnt to a crisp, nothing remaining but his ashes.

It would have looked like a field of victory for Arnah, but she stood in a vigilant stance, flames erupting from her blade. Soon enough, from the ashes once more, Zarazego rose, still the same as before, as if it were merely a minor inconvenience. Arnah shot, hands outstretched, burning him to a crisp again.

This time, the winds scattered the ashes, and Zarazego ended up beside her, and rammed into her armour, placing an amiable dent in. "Laastrai Cassin!" Arnah said, as Zarazego shrieked dangerously from the spell. Arnah took this as an advantage, and lunged at him, but his tentacle had wrapped itself around her. Emblazing her body, Arnah had burnt the tentacle, but more came at her, a seemingly infinite amount. As she cut one tentacle, two more sprung from it's remains, and it never ended for her.

In a dazzling display of light, she engulfed all the tentacles in fire, and Zarazego was ashes once more. Taking up her stance again, she had her hands lit in fire, as she watched the God of Knowledge come up again.

-----------------------------------

"We're getting closer, hopefully." Ashili spoke, apparently blindsighted, as she heard a distinct roar in the distance. "I hope Arnah's alright." She said, before a blast of icy wind knocked her off, and another blast froze her feet.

As anticipated, the God of Knowledge lunged at her and scarred her complexion, but she pushed him back onto the wall, and her face fixed itself automatically, still at her beautiful self. "You wrench." She called him, as he rose again from his ashes and flung her around, her armour clanging.

Sethlion stood frozen, but for only an instant. "Welcome to eternity." She smiled, and she clicked her fingers. Immediately, she sped up to ridiculous speeds, and lunged at them, her claws outstretched.

Cackling was heard in the distance, and again, and again, and again, until they were inexplicably annoyed at the noise. They kept walking, until Serrin felt the first hit. Her sword began to rust quickly, and the blade, in seconds, fell off.

There stood Scion, the tall skeletal monstrous God of Corrosion, and behind him were the advisors, swords outreached, blade outstretched. They stood still as stone for a moment, until finally Scion lifted his fingers, and things around began to sowft, and corrode, as the Advisors moved in tenaciously.

A blast of fire emerged from their fingertips, not as powerful as Arnah, but the flames destructive nonetheless, and Serrin parried with one of them, her blade burnt and rusted, same as Ashili's. "This is not good." She said, trying to vainly fight them off.

Arnah was pounded deftly into the ground, and repeatedly she was smashed into the wall, her blade broken, her shield in pieces. Breathing heavily, Zarazego threw her into a nearby spike, as her blood was graced and spread upon the hard rock surface, and her eyes bleeded out blood, her mouth and her teeth red, her complexion still fair and elegant, as she tried in vain to keep herself there, but was pressured by Zarazego's tentacles.

"F-Fuck you." She said, as he strangled her, and she kept dying, over and over again. The flames, constantly, died from her fingers.

------------------------------

Sethlion froze the time around her, and she easily, with all the time frozen, unmade the Earth that kept her trapped. Emerging daintively, she slowed everything down. While her foes were unaffected, it seemed as if she was moving unbelievably quick. Using her arsenal, Sethlion moved fast enough to seem as if she had multiple copies of herself.

"Let's play." She whispered, her voice echoing around.

-------------------------------

Before it was possible to have been taken, the swords rotted into dust, leaving only the hidden weapons, and the unarmed. Scion, laughing still, plunged his hand into the sandy ground, and pulled out his axe, a giant blood-stained axe, finely crafted, bearing his symbol.

Rumbling was heard in the distance, and screaming as well. The advisors got up to their feet.

“Let’s not.” said Devlin. Him and his brother started forming stone walls faster then she could run. Major Kane loaded another clip in his rifle. Sal was beside his father had his blades ready.

---------

JWolf used his hands to attack the advisors. “Lit those freaks on fire.” he yelled. Anubis’ hand began to catch on fire; he threw two balls of fire at the advisors. Khaldun increased its size and altered its form, it become a real fire dragon. Then he altered its temperature, making it hot that it could melt the tires off a vehicle is less then three seconds.

See that is was getting hot, Edward make it cold around them. The fire dragon walked right thought the advisors, catching each one of fire. Then it headed straight at Scion.

-------------------------

A hissing sound emanated from the walls, and finally it died out, but instantly again Sethlion broke out, as swiftly as she could, freezing the time around her. Leaping again, she kept coming, her swords outstretched. Immediately, however, she had a look of contempt upon her, and fled.

-------------------------

The screams of pain and torment came from their hallowed mouths, as the advisors yelped in pain. Scion was the only one left, but he kept his swinging and lunged his axe constatly, hitting himself many times, but still coming back up.

Everytime he was split, his bone hand stayed on his axe, and he regrouped.

Cackling, a final yell of anger erupted from the back of the group, as Izmishna fired off a bevy rocks and stone at him, as Scion attempted to corrode them all, but soon some of them blasted him to pieces, where he regrouped into a single entity once again, stronger than before.

"Izmishna." He cackled appreciatively. "My, you've grown." He jumped towards the Goddess, despite his frequent attacks from the others, Izmishna punched him through the ribs, but it regrouped. The waves of destruction engulfed Scion, and his bones scattered, his bony hands still on his axe. The bones began to come together, and formed Scion once again, stronger than before.

"Everytime I die, and come back, I become more of what I truly am." Scion yelled.

"How?" She asked, but was pummeled endlessly into the ground by Scion. A flash of power pushed him back.

"Go now!" Izmishna told them, as she warded off her erstwhile half-brother.

Seeing that she was still coming, Calvin and Devlin drew their sons. Calvin swung his sword (http://panoramix.ift.uni.wroc.pl/~szybki/rys/vampire_sword.jpg) at her legs.

Devlin swung his sword (http://www.dragonscavern.com/shop/files/fantasy_swords/d_386.jpg) at her mid-station. Sal aimed for her neck and head. Four swords against two swords have bad odds for the person with two swords. And if she slowed down time again, Sal will stop her.

------

“You heard her.” JWolf yelled. He and the others took off deeper into the maze. JWolf had his sword out. Khaldun drew his sword and Jibade drew his sword on his back. Selene redrew her swords at the same time as Gahiji did his sword. Edward and Anubis weapons were rusted and useless.

So, Edward drew his pistol and Anubis would use his mutant power went he need.

"Suffer..." Zarazego told Arnah, as her legs failed, her fire extinguished, her eyes dying, and her life jumping from death and life. "Feel the endless pain of immortality. Yes, you feel it, don't you?" Zarazego laughed, as he lunged his mouth into Arnah's throat, and began to devour her flesh. It grew back, and she couldn't be truly killed, so it never ended.

All that was heard, was a painful scream.

-----------------------------

Sethlion jumped with her blades, and she was slashed across, the throat, and took her death to her advantage. Rising up again from her body, Sethlion swung at them suicidally.

Far off, Sethlion heard Arnah's scream. "Zarazego has made a fool of her." She laughed.

-----------------------------

Another rock pummeled Scion into the ground, and in midair, as his ashes regrouped, came a fist that pounded Izmishna into the ground, as Scion lifted his giant axe and plunged down towards Izmishna's face, but she smashed him into pieces. Every time he died, Scion became stronger.

"How...?" She wondered, as she lunged another swift blast against him.

-----------------------------

On their journey, as they reached the end, they found the center chamber, and in the middle the erstwhile tomb of Ciranaar Arskzen. Dark and twisted, the room held many destructive traps and puzzles, but that was not the main threat.

Standing in the room, at the throne's helm, was Nuir Enkur, as he turned around and saw the group. "The Ceremony is almost complete. Soon my brother will no longer be able to cross over into this realm." His voice, as usual, was a monotone, but destructive sconce. "And soon, you and all your pathetic people will be killed, in a wondrous scourge that will wipe clean, leaving behind only the Earth, where they will make anew." He said.

"But as pathetic a threat you are, I have some obligation against you." He said, drawing his massive sword, and in his other hand, a giant flail that dragged the floor. "Here, at the end of all time, will our battle resume." And he leaped up into the air, and came straight at them, quickly and decisively.

"Hold him off, while I perform the ceremony." Ashili told them, as Enkur lunged. "Just give me enough time."

Damn she is insane. said Devlin to himself. Devlin and Calvin blocked her swords as Sal when to attack her unguarded back. She was outnumbered three to one in a sword fight. Devlin swung at one of his hand as Sal block the sword attacking his father. Devlin’s attack would disarm her for real.

Then they hear Arnah's scream. Major Kane looked behind him and said “I’m going to give her a upper hand in that fight.” He checked his rifle then teleported back to Arnah's location. A could of black smoke was left and the smell of brimstone in the air.

--------

Major Kane arrived to see that beast of a god on top of Arnah. “Get you sick hands off of her.” he yelled as he open fire at Zarazego’s head.

--------

When the Count and the other arrived at the tomb of Ciranaar Arskzen, they ran into somebody he did want to face. “Darkholmes, Remy, watch Ashili’s back.” said the Count. Edward, his sisters, and Remy moved around Ashili and acted as guards to her.

Khaldun, Jibade, and Anubis moved behind JWolf.

The Count looked at Enkur. “You know what Nuir Enkur, you are not my god.” said JWolf. “I have no God. I‘m not like the others you killed. I don‘t fear you and with not fear you.”

“Fear me because I am GOD!” he yelled at Enkur. He jumped at him with his Samurai sword ready.

Two basketball-sized balls of fire flew right by JWolf and straight at Enker. Then Khaldun light a torch on the wall with his lighter and waited for the right time. If anybody looked back at Jibade, they would see black ‘fire’ on his hands. This fire was plasmetic solar fire.

Zarazego felt a plummeted bullet hit the back of his head, as his corpse fell, until it born renewed. His hands grabbed onto Arnah's neck, strangling her again and again, while his neverending tentacles lashed forth at Major Kane.

------------------------------

Sethlion was killed over and over again, her remains strewn naturally everywhere, but everytime she died, and came back, it was as if she had never been affected at all. "I'll wear you down if it's the last thing I do!" She yelled, running at them again.

------------------------------

Izhmishna was finally able to trap Scion in a stone plate, crushing him, and as she stood and began to help the others, a wave of hands flung up from the ground, and tore her body apart. Blood spewing everywhere, her insides scattered across the steaming sands.

Coming out renewed from the sands, she made a realization. "Where did you learn necromancy?" She asked Scion, as the hands drew closer.

------------------------------

"No more magic!" Enkur yelled, swinging the fire back with his flail effortlessly, as if it were an oversized ball. "You are forgetting; this is my kingdom. You will be fighting on my land, my turf." He lifted his sword to block the Count's attack, his hands wrapped steely on his hilt.

"Fear me? I do not allow people to fear me. Fear is inconsisent." He conjured up his own flames, a green poisonous flame of acid, and he plunged it at his foes.

"I work on respect, not fear. Fear will only make my followers go against me." He sheathed his blade. "But if you want to play with fear, then I will grant you your wish." His body began to grow immensely, his armor being sucked into his flesh, becoming a thick raw hide, and his mask morphed into his face, dark and still. His tail grasped onto his flail, as his sword was too small now for his hands. "I will fight, a fight that will be fought on untold sands." He said.

"Nissrimm Minmaar"

Enkur fell in pain, but then he got up once more and saw Serrin, and he glared at her. "You!" He ran towards her.

Ashili was nearby when she saw the transformation, and behind the tomb she laid, reading the bok frantically. "Alright," she said, taking out a large open wound in her arm, and dropped the blood onto the tomb. "Great Arkszen, judge my blood, for I give you permission to come forth and judge it." She whispered, taking out another vial, the mysterious woman's vial, and she said, "Great Arkszen, I give you the blood of a traitor, to judge. Come forth." She said. "I need one of your blood." She told her guards.

Major Kane moved fast to put another clip in; the tentacles were less then five feet away from him. He opened fire at the tentacles, cutting them down one by one. But they were still coming. Then it hit, teleport over to that beast of a God and gets him off of her.

Kane teleported right as a tentacle was going to get him, he reappeared next Zarazego. His hands on the back of Zarazego’s head, he teleport again, taking the God with him. They reappeared about fifty feet away from Arnah. Kane dropped to his knee as blood ran from his mouth.

“Bye.” he said before fallng on his face. Zarazego’s right hand bloody and had brain matter on it. A fist size hole in the back of Kane’s head.

-----------

Seeing this bitch being killed and then coming back, made them madder. That is when Sal used his swords as huge garden cutters and cut Sethlion off. As it rolls on the ground, he picked it up and teleported out of there.

He reappeared a few minutes later without the head. “Maybe that will work.” he said.

-----------

Khaldun made Enkur’s own flames fly back at him. “You’re a dumb God.” he taunted. A little bit longer. JWolf said to himself. He and his sons joined in with Serrin, to hold Enkur off.

Selene walked over to Ashili and said “Take my blood.” Her left arm was out and ready.

Arnah got up, exhausted, and pained, until Zarazego's roar sounded loudly in the distance. "That bastard." She said, as she lit up another glass sword, blade shining alit.

-------------------------------

It had little affect. Sethlion appeared only near them once more, no matter where she perished. Maniacally easy to dispatch, her neverending attacks seem to be one of her suicidal holds, no matter what she seemed. "I can die a hundred times and be reborn anywhere again and again." She smiled, lunging at them.

-------------------------------

Izmishna was pummeled again, and she was being defeated by her ever more destructive brother. "Scion, you bastard." She smiled, laughing at him as blood trickled down her throat, one of her dark horned wings ripped asunder, her jaw nearly smashed and her eyes bleeding tears. "You do not know what you have wrought to yourself this day."

"What have I wrought, dear sister?" Scion asked, lifting his massive axe, and lunging it downwards, beheading his erstwhile sister. He stood there, standing, waiting, for her to be reborn, so that he can destroy her once more.

-------------------------------

"Enough words!" Enkur yelled, running towards them, grabbing his flames, and churning them into a sword.

"Alright." Ashili said, as she extracted the blood. "Great Arkszen, I give you the blood of far off, for you to judge. Cometh forth, and bring your balance to the universe." She whispered. Nothing seemed to happen.

Far off, in Ashili's Castle, where the bodies of Saerus, Nahk and Arborgard, broken and battered laid, all the glass within the castel smashed, and gathered into the main hall, as they swirled and swirled into a thick grazing pile, floating in midair. Out of the spinning vortex of glass, came a dark, shadowy, claw-like hand, followed by a long black sleeve. To that sleeve, came an iron shoulder, a hooded robe, and a faceless being, helmed and masked. A twisted sword laid at it's sheath, hanging on it's belt, and a long robe followed it's wake.

"I smell escape." Ciranaar spoke, his voice echoing, as he flicked his finger, and the glass sliced the metal doors of the hall apart, and he began to search for his tomb. "Death fills these halls, and blood stain the windows." He breathed, as the chairs behind him flung up into the air, and smashed into pieces.

Far off, Enkur turned his head, and sniffed the air primitively. "It cannot be." He whispered. Sethlion froze in her attacks and had a look of terror upon her face, Zarazego cowered warily, and Scion stopped his evil cackling. Arnah felt relieved.

Ciranaar Arkzsen had finally come to judge.

The Count was the closest to Enkur to hear him say the words ‘It cannot be.’ But he could have been on the other of the room and still hear him say it.

“Yes, it can be.” he yelled at Enkur. JWolf ran up Enkur's back and kicked him in the back of the head. Then back flipped away from him. “Your brother is coming.”

"Ciranaar has arisen once more, Zarazego. What are you to now?" She yelled at him, as he throbbed his fangs, baring his teeth.

"Ciranaar is old, Arnah. He is not adept at the new world as we see it. He turned away from power long ago." He snickered.

"He never turned away. He never embraced it in the first place. He allowed a God-created kingdom to crumble, so that Nuir's intervention into a world so young could be undone. And now, he will undo you." She spoke, lifted her sword, and in a fraction of a second, slicing the Knowledged god in half.

"You're a smart beast, Zara. But you lack the experience to survive." A burst of fire lit her eyes.

------------------------------------

"You have finite energy, no matter what you do. Every swing, every thrust, takes a little, piece by piece away from you. But it does nothing to me!" She bared her white claws and lunged again.

------------------------------------

"Give up, Scion. You can't win against him." Izmishna spoke, holding out her hand. Scion stepped back, his axe wielded carefully in his arms.

"I will make sure you suffer before I do, sister." He leered, his hands holding something back. Izmishna was disgusted.

"So," she said, her jaw twitching in anger, as she let up the stone from the ground, "you truly are a bastard." She let loose her fury, as a wave destroyed it, coming straight from Scion's fingers.

------------------------------------

"It doesn't matter!" Enkur yelled, swinging his blade maniacally. "Ciranaar is too weak to fight me! He can never take down a whole league of Gods! His power is dead!" Enkur yelled. He turned to Ashili, who had the diary in her hands.

"Just like you." He said, turning around towards her.

------------------------------------

Ciranaar walked through the halls, looking at the difference and teh change that was done over the millenia. Upon the bodies of Nahk Territurari, Saerus Annirak, and Arborgard Serptine, he looked at them carefully.

"Sleep in the shadow, for now. I will wake you up when the end is near." He spoke, headed towards outside of the castle. As he reached the end, he was flanked by guards.

"I demand exit." He said, standing still as a statue.

Sethlion kept getting killed, and killed, and although she rejeuvenated as quick and fast as before, her number of deaths began to erode her mind, and she became more and more frustrated, her attacks more erratic. At times, she became unbelievably difficult to battle, and her attacks seemed flawless, but other times she was painstakingly easy to defeat, and was merely target practice.

No matter what happened though, she did not do very well, outmuscled and outnumbered, and constantly her attacks kept getting dispatched.

-----------------------------

Scion had the upper hand, as his ressurrections kept getting stronger, and he felt the call of death many times. He anticipated it, only to come back greater than before, and smarter for it as well.

Izmishna, however, was getting tired of her brother's attacks.

-----------------------------

Enkur tried to panickingly break free, but constantly, as he came close, he froze once more. Hitting the walls repeatedly, he burst his frozen self, and grabbed the walls around him, taking the stone parts down with him and up with him, dropping stoen slabs as he was pummeled into the walls.

-----------------------------

The guards, their rifles pointed at hsi head, Ciranaar unsheathed his sword, and smashed it's hilt into one of their heads, and then flung it up into the dusty air and slashed another, and then another.

Arnah and Zarazego was fighting warily, the Goddess tired as the mongrel beast-like God swift and agile, strong and powerful still. "You're screwed, Zarazego." Arnah smiled, as he stood tall and strong, his claws outlashed.

"Why is that?" Zarazego asked, but he was cut short when a long string of fire encased him, keeping him trapped and caged. Standing behind him was Ciranaar, his hand outstretched.

"Enough fighting, Zarazego. You have been charged with the condemnation of the Goddess Arnah Athrias, of the Viziath Subsect. For the transgressions of your crimes," Ciranaar talked on, as Zarazego broke free, but encased in a thicker cell instantly, "I condemn you to the lands of Irrasthat, where you will seek your knowledge until you are fit to leave." He swiveled his hand, and Zarazego left in a dazzling flash of flame, and his roar echoed throughout the maze.

Ciranaar turned to Arnah. "Arnah Athrias, you have been charged with the intrusion of mortality unto this realm, and the intervention by your fire has caused unprecedented damage. As punishment for your crimes, you are sent to roam the planes of Eftra, until you are fit to leave." He raised his hand, and beautiful Arnah, standing tall, her eyes solemn and soft once more, in her dazzling white flames, dissappeared. She had probably anticipated this, however, as she did not struggle or scream in pain as Zarazego did. All that was muttered, was a soft, 'Goodbye', where Ciranaar did not respond, untouched nor unmoved.

He merely walked on.

------------------------------------

"Enkur is liberating us! Do you know what kind of hell Ciranaar puts us through? To feel yourself as stone, for seemingly all eternity, to scratch and claw at yourself to hope that you die, so you can escape, but you cannot die." She strongly held back tears.

"It's a punishment I would never want to bear. To die many times over is a small sacrifice to gain my freedom." She said, tears running down her face. With that, she lunged once more.

------------------------------------

"Scion, Ciranaar is coming, and you know that." She told him, when he lifted his axe, about to behead his defeated sister. "You don't stand a chance."

Scion cackled, but in his tone, was a quiet, subtle tone of uncertainty, a quiet fear that laid behind thick veils of power. "We will see." He whispered, before dropping the axe down onto her neck once more.

------------------------------------

Enkur was scorched, the stone around him in a molten liquid, so hot that everything around him was a scorched figure, even the stone melted. But he stayed, steaming and writhing, in great painful heat, still tall and seemingly unharmed. "I lived in hell, remember that." He said, walking towards them.

Sethlion tried to look brave, strong and venerable, but she merely could not last her stature. Breathing erratically, her body shook in fear, as she slowly drew out her blade, as the dark, hooded figure reached it's way across towards Sethlion, who stood still, quiet and fragile. "Please, Ciranaar. Don't do this to me. We, we were friends, remember?" She said, her blade held firmly in her hands.

"Don't do this." She said, and Ciranaar outstretched his hand, picking her up. "You're, not going to hurt me?" She asked, and when nothing happened, she had a gleaming look on her face.

Turning to the others once more, she lunged, but her face was slashed into a cage of fire, where she breathed heavily once more, uneasily crying as well. "P...Please. Don't do this." She said, as if it were a command. Ciranaar was not moved by her plead.

"For your intrusion unto the realm of mortality, and the bending of the laws of time, I condemn you, Sethlion, of the Oaar Subsect, to wander the realms of Vaslettrim alongside Arnah Athrias, until you are fit to leave." He said, his hands bursting and in another flash, she dissappeared.

As Ciranaar walked on, he encountered the dangerous Scion, who waited for him as Izmishna battled warily against the hungry beast. "Ciranaar. What a pleasant surprise." Scion spoke, his bared white teeth rotting quickly. "I have been expecting you."

"I have been expecting you too, Scion. I have much to correct because of you." Ciranaar spoke with a tone of anger in his breath. He lifted his hand, but Scion swung his axe down. In a flashing moment, Ciranaar unsheathed his sword, and blocked the axe, while his other hand lunged at Scion's skull face.

Scion used his other hand to block Ciranaar's attack, and the two were stuck in a lock, but Ciranaar immediately let loose a dark fury from his cloak, as it engulfed the Corrosive foe, and Scion dissappeared from sight.

In a moment's notice, Ciranaar ducked down for an unknown reason, to have Scion miss his swing by a fraction of a thread. In midair, Ciranaar leapt up, and grabbed Scion, plunging him down into the sand, as it began to heat up into a massive fury of flames. "I condemn you, Scion, of the Viziath Lord-Sect, exile to the realm of Irrasthat, alongside Zarazego. You can share your knowledge of multiplicity in death with Zarazego if you wish." He said, finally the sands still, and Scion's bony figure dissappeared.

Getting up to Izhmishna, who showed a certain degree of struggle, Ciranaar kept her embraced in a cage of fire, like the others, and he recited the same verses as he did for Scion, condemning her to Vaslettrim, alongside the Goddesses Sethlion and Arnah. It seemed that Ciranaar was determined to keep the Goddesses and the Gods apart, for a number of reasons.

"I know quite well of your power, Nuir. I have seen what you can do, and what weaknesses you hold. Instead of pointlessly wasting my time on our duel, I will exploit your apparent weaknesses and finish it in a moment's notice." Ciranaar said, his hand lifting up, the glass from underneath the temple razing up into the air, as they flung themselves around the beastly exile, slashing him at every moment.

"You underestimate me, Ciranaar. Just like you did at the field of Vazma." He chuckled, smashing the glass effortlessly. Ciranaar did not move. The fire raged it's way towards him, but his hands opened up a large void that encased it, before it launched itself back at Enkur's surprised face, knocking the beast off, as he tried in vain to deflect his own attack. "I forgot what you stand for. You wish to never use your powers to involve yourself. Am I correct?" Enkur asked, running towards him.

"Correct, Nuir. I wish not to intervene into the workings of life." His robes became unnaturally large, as they twisted their ways around, the chamber, darkening the walls in a black shade, the shadows of the people in it no longer there. "I will fight, as I have always done, from the edge of reality." With that, he was gone, until his massive claw-like hand, larger than Enkur himself, emerged from the cieling's dark edges, and grabbed Nuir's arms, swinging him around.

A bash into tomb, unbreakable as it was, was extremely painful for him to endure. In a writhing anger, Enkur got up, and he looked around, Ciranaar's sword still stuck in his empty sockets. "Where are you, coward?!?" He yelled, before a massive fist smashed him into side wall. "Show youself!" Enkur yelled again, his arms engulfing in fire.

Now, that is cool. said JWolf to himself as the claw came for the ceiling. That is when Sal returned with a body over his right shoulder. Kane’s rifle in his left hand.

“Grandfather, Major Kane has been killed.” was all Sal said. The Count looked back at Enkur, his eyes were like eagle’s eyes looking at its prey.

A strong gust of wind came from the eastern side of the stone wall, and Enkur's fire distinguished, before another fist came down, but Enkur held his arms up, straining to keep it in check. Another fist came out, and Enkur's left leg locked both fists into place. Cackling as he strained, Enkur yelled, "You cannot think of me to be so foolish, do you?"

"I do not think you of foolish. I merely think I of capable." Ciranaar spoke from the shadows, as another fist, a third fist smashed the ex-god in the back, Enkur flying into the wall once more. Standing up, a wave of flames engulfed the area, trapping Enkur, as he broke out.

Like Scion, Enkur was encased in a larger case of fire, but he once again, broke out. Enkur laughed at Ciranaar's attempt to cage him. "I know the many things you do, brother. You cannot hide from me." He sneered.

Ciranaar did not seem affected. "You're right. I cannot hide from you." And with that, he appeared, his robes normal-sized again, from the floor instantly, and lifted Enkur by the throat into the air, his toes still faintly dabbing the cold floor. "Nuir Enkur, of the Vizquaan Lord-Sect, I condemn you to the realm of Arocht, where you will be punished until you are fit to leave." He spoke, where Enkur yelled a struggling yelp of dissapproval.

"Arocht?!?! Your kingdom? I would rather die!" He spoke, choking.

"I cannot allowed that, Enkur." Ciranaar told him, and in another great envy of fire, Nuir Enkur left to Arocht, ihs painful yell echoing the halls. "I will see you very soon, brother."

Ashili flipped through the pages again, until she found the excerpt. "We need to - "

But Ciranaar cut in. "I do not know what source that fool Herrissian used, but you are unable to kill nor banish me. It is the same as trying to shoot one's own gun - pointless, to every degree." He laughed, for the first time, a laugh that seemed to chill the air around them, as the light softened and the shadows lengthened.

Ashili shook her head. "Lord Arkszen, for your intervention in the realms of humanity..." she read from the book, as Ciranaar stood unmoving, "...we condemn you to the realms of origin, where you shall stay until you are free to exit." In a flash of fire, Ciranaar dissappeared. Ashili shut the book tight.

However, in another second, Ciranaar reappeared, the same as normal, laughing maniacally. "See? I have already told you. No one is able to me. I will leave soon, mark my words. This world is too pitiful for my eyes, and my mere presence is not wanted, I know that much." He whispered, walking to the entrance of the chamber. It seemed that Ciranaar was one of the few, if the only, Ascheran god that had a sense of humor.

"I will meet you back at the Falls Nauris." He spoke. "At that ugly eccentrist structure you call a castle." He dissappeared in a great swiveling storm of sand.

Ashili closed the diary, and she stood there, looking around, at the damage, the shattered glass, the broken stones, the crushed floor and everything in between. She sighed a sigh of relief. "Well, the battle of Gods is over, I guess." She said, whispering as she got up, and kissed Edward swiftly. "Thank God."

“You can say that twice.” said Edward kissing her and cupping his hands on her butt. Remy looked over at them and said “Get a room.”

JWolf looked over at Sal and asked “Got enough power to teleport use to the copters?”

“Only a few at a time.” said Sal. He teleported himself, Devlin, Calvin, and Kane to the copters. He repapered a few seconds later near Khaldun, Jibade, and Anubis. He teleported them out, too.

He continued until they were all out and by the copters. The Count was the last one to leave the tomb, he wrote ‘JWolf’ on the floor with his sword before Sal teleported him out of there.

After he board one of the four copters, he said to the pilots “Back to the castle.”

Standing at the tall stairs, the bodies before him, Ciranaar twiddled his fingers, and like a puppeteer controlling a fragile marionette, Saerus rose according to Ciranaar's fingers. "Arise, Mr. Annirak of the Sazhuun Region, Born of the Heirom Caste." He whispered, as Saerus finally stood up, but bowed lowly when he met Ciranaar, who stood imperiously in front of him. Something was odd.

Saerus did not have his usual handsome face, but a solemn, strong face, where his dreamy blue eyes became a dark, strong black shade, fierce and passionate. His neck was more pronounced, the veins throbbing down his arms, and the wounds healed. His hair, however, stayed the same. "Lord Arkszen, of the Hhiziath Lord-League, I thank you for your generosity." Saerus spoke, unmovingly cold, his voice no longer the deft reassuring voice it once was. It was demonic, even.

"May your faith in my plans never waver, Patriarch." Ciranaar spoke. His sword was dangling at his sheath. Ciranaar turned to the tall, battered Nahk, whose body did not bleed as his blood was carefully contained in the writhin wires that ran throughout his corpse. Ciranaar did the same movments as he did for Saerus.

"You are more metal than man. I will make you less metal, and more man." He said, as Nahk's body regrew his arm, but only his arm. Nahk rose from the cavernous sleep of death, and he saw in his faint receptoral eyes Ciranaar's valiancy, and bowed lowly, just as Saerus did.

"I thank you, Lord Arkszen, for your generosity." He said in his chasmic voice. Unlike Saerus, Nahk did not go under astchetic change, and his voice did not become darker. His left arm was merely back in his possession.

"Do not seek such a glorious life in meaningless shell, Mr. Territurari." Ciranaar ordered, and Nahk bowed.

Finally, at the body of Arborgard, crushed and smashed under the attacks of Enkur, Ciranaar looked at him carefully. "You are broken, and bloody. You cannot be revived and live. I will make you anew, to my preference." He said. Ciranaar did not twiddle his fingers and recite his words, as he did for the other two, however. He grabbed Arborgard's cracked face and skull, and he stared momentuously.

Arborgard's face healed quickly, and his lips held a black stripe down his chin, his jaws embraced with a curved 'S' shaped marking, as his eyes went from the hazelnut colour it nicely was, to an eerie black. His hair, once snow white and fragantly long, went to a shorter cut, and it's colour black. His body became larger, his right arm grew a thick, steel like hide, and his fingers strong and precise. His teeth became more fanglike, and his neck showed a great array of markings, as they spread to nearly every corner of his body. "Arise Arborgard. To make sure that this incident never happens again, I will make you my emissary on this plane." Ciranaar spoke of him.

Arborgard replied, but his voice was not a strong, valiant, and great teething voice it once was. Like Saerus, it was dark, and cold, and extremely demonic, more than Saerus. Listened carefully, the small echoes of damnation could be hear behind the words. "I have not seen you in a while, Ciranaar." His personality seemed unchanged.

Ciranaar chuckled. "You know what happens when things get out of hand. Too much work to do." He laughed, the walls forming frost and icicles.

"How's your family?" Arborgard asked, surveying his arms and his hided body.

"Horrible. My wife is telling me to work less, and my children are difficult to bear with. Marrathast is a nice boy, and he listens. But Sethlion is the rebel of the family. She's taking a little time off with her uncle to learn proper manners." Ciranaar told him. Arborgard chuckled softly.

"What brings you here?" Arborgard asked.

"You ask too much, Arcarum. Where would you be if Enkur had not sired you from the ends of his time? I have to explain Enkur's condemnation to his wife, you know. I highly doubt Erritha would wlecome it joyously. She sired you, you know. You could show her proper respect. It was where your cunning came from."

"I'm not Arcarum anymore. Arcarum got killed in the battle of Zazzztheer, and I never killed him. I'm Arborgard now."

"What a horrendous name. You will be Arcarum. You are the only apprentice to his teachings. Besides, you have already surpassed his goal of power. You are king, correct?"

"Yes, I am."

"Then, Arborgard Serptine, I am appointing you to my emmissary on this wretched plane. I do hope you can withstand me crawling in your thoughts for the rest of your life." Ciranaar continued, "I will also rename you. You are Arborgard the Twlefth no longer. The Serptine bloodline of Enkur will fall with your name. You will take on my bloodline. You will be my traffic, not Enkur's anymore. You are now Aracarum Darakrisk. I do hope you are competent." Ciranaar said. "Now, I must wait."

The Count and his family watched Ciranaar bring back Saerus, Nahk, and Arborgard. But he did not just bring them back he changed them. Saerus, a darker person with a demonic voice. Nahk, more human then machine now. Arborard, more darker and has a new name.

That is when JWolf stepped forwards and bowed his head. “Lord Arkszen, one of my men died trying to defect your brother. He lays there.” The Count pointed at his feet. Major Kane’s body was in front of the Count, “Because he help try and undo what your brother did. Can you bring back my soldier and turn him into a new man?”

“Major Kane is a shadow ops soldier. So, make him more like his job.” he added.

OOC: I want Major Kane to become a darker vision of his former self. Black hair, demonic fangs, demonic claws, gray eyes, and more muscled body.

Selene walked over to Saerus said “I think I’m in love with you.”

Edward looked over at Ashili and said “This is weird. Let‘s go to the bedroom.””

OOC: Okey dokey.

"Okay." Ashili agreed.

"For what?" Arcarum asked wondrously, until he saw the group. More or less, Serrin and Ashili were surprised at his new features, his darker eminences and his markings, which shone greatly in contrast. "Serrin..." he whispered, as Serrin ran over to hug him. They stood in complete silence for a while, until the Count said some inaudible, so Ciranaar did the most probable thing: he pushed them out of his way.

Hearing the Count's request, Ciranaar nodded slowly. "Of course, for his aid, I will do what is needed. He has helped to undo the damage done by divine interference, and now I will make sure that his powers are still intact to use them." He did the same thing with Saerus and Nahk, twisting his fingers above the body, slowly and carefully, until Major Kane awoke from his slumber, a dark grazing hand pummeled into his face. Steam arose from Ciranaar's hands.

"You will breath off the shadows, live in it's quake, as if it were a life you seldomly leave, and hath where you will go will always be the darkness. Seek your soul and your strength in nothing, and when there is nothing, you will become stronger for it." Ciranaar spoke, his hand encumbering the Major's body.

"You will need more strength, to accomplish your goals quicker," He spoke, as Kane's body grew larger, his muscles bigger and more flesh strung his bones. "You will no longer need to cover your hair in the night wind, it will be one now," the Major's hair became a void black. Ciranaar kept his hand on the Major's face, even as it changed quickly. "Humanity is a short, weak and incompetent race, you will be less like them from now on." Ciranaar recited, as if it were a command, and the Major's teeth became long fangs, his nails covering his tips of the fingers into large claws, and his eyes, once paining, now expressionless, motionless, devoid of a seemingly brisk colour.

"Arise, interloper." Ciranaar spoke.

As Selene told him, Saerus crinkled his eyes, his tattooed body throbbing as his neck pulsed it's veins. "You think?" He asked her, his face becoming more expressive, "Well, many things are thought. But I am regret to say that love could be detrimental and even more so, deathly, to both of us."

Major Kane looked up at Ciranaar, “What is going on?” he asked, his voice has changed too. It was a deeper sounding voice.

“The God Ciranaar has returned you to the living for your service against his brother.” said JWolf as he placed a hand on Major Kane’s hand. Kane look back at his leader and asked “So, why do I look this way?”

“Because Ciranaar make you the perfect shadow ops soldier.” said the Count.

“Oh, I see.” said Major Kane. He turned and faced Ciranaar. “Thank you for these gifts.” he said as he bowed his head.

Major Kane turned back to his leader and bowed his head. “For you service in this mission and the rebel mission, you will be promoted from Major to Major General. You will be station here in Jenrak.” The Count started.

“You and your men will follow my orders. If Arborgard…I mean…Arcarum need something for y’all to do, you and your men will follow that order because I will order you to do some. Understand, Major General?” said the Count.

“Yes, my lord.” said the newly Major General.

Saerus eyed her carefully, pondering, "No. I don't have a wife nor a girlfriend. I never take the time to secure myself from the world, and I don't plan to. It's also quite an egotistic boast to talk of what I did during the times of war. Despite what happened, I failed. There is no point spreading stories when the outcome is failure." Finally, Saerus succumbed to the need. Taking off his armour, leaving his light robes, Saerus had an assortment of malicious and gruesome tattoos covering many parts of his body, as it shone brilliantly through the white, thin shirt.

"One tattoo for every sin I have committed." He spoke, ashamed. "I'm a man of the people..." he smiled defiantly, "...and I have sinned."

“Enkur saw me as the enemy at first then went after Ashili because of that book in her hands.” said JWolf.

“Ciranaar played with Enkur before he banished him.” he added. “Plus, he took out any God and Goddess by himself.”

“Plus, he brings you and the other back.”

“Oh…I see.” said Selene. “My father has a tattoo suit, covers everything but his head, hands, and feet.” She looked at every one up close, “His tattoos show thing that happen in his lifetime. Maybe he will add this to his tattoos.” she said.

She sits back on the bed with her legs open a little. If he looked closely, he would see her red panties. She ran her left hand down her chest and asked “You think I’m good looking?”

As Saerus headed to the door, he was pulled back to the bed. “We are not really here to talk. I’m going to give you a gift.”

"The Father of the Keepers?" Arcarum asked her.

"Perhaps, but he had a dirty house."

"Sounds like Zavuun. Was it him?"

-------------------

Saerus got up. "Love is apathetic. Expect nothing, and love will come. You claim to love me, but it's for what I look like, what my accomplishes are, and what ordained events of me that has crawled into your mind. It is a youthful, idealistic, love, not something that is easily trifled with. It will come and go, Madam." Saerus spoke, with a soft tenure beneath his cold voice. As Saerus walked down the Hallway, he was met by Nahk, who stood still, leaning slightly against the wall, his hands in his pockets. Saerus stood still, not looking at him, until both of them walked on.

"What did she want?" Nahk asked Saerus.

"She wanted to talk, but couldn't remember what to talk about." Saerus lied.

"You're lying, Saerus. Tell me the truth." Nahk told him. "You know I can detect these things."

"Right. Your built in detectors." Saerus sighed. "Unless she wanted me to change her, she wanted to have sex with me."

"And what did you do?"

"I acted dumb and gave her a speech on the temporities of love."

"You've once again turned down another woman in your quested for a pure, everlasting love. You should remember Saerus, she is dead." Nahk told him.

"I know that quite well, Nahk. I don't need a reminder from you."

"Yet you still have an entire library worth full of her belongings, her letters, everything. When are you going to give up on her? She's dead! Move on!" Nahk yelled, his yelling rumbling through the halls.

Saerus turned around to face him, but his expression stayed as bleak and empty as before. "You have given me this lecture 6 times to date, on 6 different women, Nahk. I am still attached to her, and I find it painful to let go. Have you ever had a love that you cannot forget? Someone who crawled inside your memories for as long as you've known? Have you?" He asked defiantly, his face still stern, his voice demonic and cold.

"No, I have not. I find a relationship detrimental to my goals, as you claim them to be." Nahk spoke.

"Enough of this, Nahk. Let's go somewhere else to argue." Saerus walked off, as Nahk followed begrudgingly.

"I see. But I find it odd that you have met only the subsects of our gods." Arcarum shook his head. "Yet something clearly doesn't add up..." he began to think...

Vizquun...

Enkur stood atop a large pedestal, as the flames leapt around him, and demons crawled up the great spire. Scrabbling at each other, they tried to corner the Exiled Former God of Power. "Large meat, fresh and for the taking." The demons sneered, but Enkur stayed unmoved.

"Do you know who I am?" Enkur asked them, as they crawled still. "I will show you strength!"

"Save your words for someone who cares!" One of the demons yelled, crawling up, as the others agreed in response. "You're mine..." but his face was smashed in, when Enkur's massive fist flung him across the land. The reply was only a thickening scream, as the flames engulfed it's body, and the other demons were a little more or less frightened of the strength this seemingly powerful newcomer possessed.

In frantic, the others crawled up, their claws scratching the heavy stone pillar, and more and more demons began to work their way up the stone spire to where Enkur stood, pummeling the demons easily, their skulls smashed in, their eyes gouged and their blood spilt, where it dried in the dazzling heat of the firey wastelands, as they began to crawl after him. Taking out his sword, Enkur slashed demon after demon, but the wave never ended. Still, he fought on...

Either it was one thing or another. “I think I know what is up with you, Saerus.” he started. “You had some woman you loved and she was killed or something. "Sarah." he smiled, bowing slightly to her picture, as photos and books laid in neat piles, amongst golden flames a great candles. "I will trying to open my heart again." He smiled, as if waiting for her approval.

"I highly doubt I am ready, that my mind and my heart has the capacity to accept someone new." He sat down, and all that was left was an eerie wind chilling his bones. "I remember when I lost you, when you killed yourself. Your father...he hated you. And you killed youself." His face began gruesomely horrific, evil, demonic to a greater degree. "WHY?!?! "I hope you forgive me." He said, and he walked out of the library, and lit the shrine aflame.

It was clear he did not want to be on this highway very much, but at least he faintly enjoyed the ride. People passed by him in their cars, whispering and taking a closer look at him.

"Oh my god! It that actually him...?"
"Looks like it..."
"There's actually a woman with him..."
"No way..."
"This is creepy..."
"Saerus I love you!" A female passerby yelled out from a bus. Saerus did not look at her, but he lifted his hand slightly.

"We'll go this one restaurant. Very, very nice place." He said.

"It's frightening. Details his obssessive road rage quite well." Saerus told her, as they pulled along into a large, lavishing parking lot, underground and glassed, with giant gateways to introduct, as the golden railing was hidden under silver soft lights. In large, handwritten letters, it was written Cherritark Saar, while under it in small letters was 'The Endless Room'.

"This is a very interesting place. It's an expensive place. One dining costs as much as a new car, but Vira loves to come here. Where he gets all the money, I don't know. Probably uses Nahk's credit cards." He chuckled. "That man spends too much, especially with all the dates he goes on." Opening the door, Saerus walked to the eccentric guide, and he led them both up a vital twisting strap of stairs, where they finally stopped at a massive dining chamber, sitting atop the Erris tower, a massive spire of metal that wound it's way up through Haasdra. The only thing taller than this tower in Jenrak, was dreaded Zarazego, which more than tripled in it's height. Golden booklets with large leaflets, printed directly on money, showed sparkling letters and incredible meals. "What will you have? I'm taking steak, like always."

"Alright." He sighed, and he looked around. "I can't believe I am actually going out. 7 Years since my last date, and now I can't believe it. It feels...different." He nodded. "So, how are you?"

“I’m doing fine.” said Selene. She looked around the main dining room and watched people working or eating. “This is a nice place.” she said as she looked back at him.

“Got anything planned after dinner?” she asked.

"Well..." They're order came, and it was set beautifully on golden plates and crystal glasses filled with wine tipped it's brim. "...this is the most expensive place you can go to." He laughed. "...if you want, we can go somewhere. I have nothing much planned after this. I'm losing my touch." He smiled.

“Oh my, they are fast.” she said out loud. She looked at her food and said “Looks good.”

She took a sip of wine and asked “Can you dance? I’m a good dancer.” Then she cut a piece of chicken with her fork and ate it. "Tastes good, too." she said after she ate the chicken.
Jenrak
26-08-2005, 20:24
"Sorry, but I don't dance." He said. "That was one of my skills that has deteiorated over the years." He took the sharp knife, and sliced the meat into pieces, before slipping them in his mouth.

“Oh…well, I bet we can find something to do.” said Selene. She ate some more chicken and drank some more wine.

Then an idea came to her, “What is your nation’s national sport?” she asked. “Because I would like to watch it.”
Jenrak

Saerus chuckled. "Dueling. No kills allowed. Concussion and out of ring are the only ways to win. Arcarum has banned death duels because of people who were valuable to Jenrak would duel for amusement, and then they would get themselves killed. Plus, it's detrimental to the economy. Why kill people that possibly better to be used as slaves?"
The Transylvania

“Your leader is a smart man then.” said Selene. “Dueling is almost like what the national sport of the Dominion is. Created by my father in 1000 AD, it is the most popular sport to date.”

“This sport puts two men in a round arena. They fight with weapons or no weapons.” she started. “I like the no weapons fights the best.”

“Two man enters the ring and fight until one of the men’s coaches lows the fighter’s flag.” she added. “My father called it ‘Blood Fights’. There are arenas all over the Dominion.”

“But there are some rules like only a human can fight a human. So, there are three type of fights; human fight, mutant fight, and vampire fight.”

“So, is there a duel happening tonight?” she asked.

"They're, everywhere. Gives pathetically poor people to have some frivolous enjoyment." He smiled, standing when he finished his food. "Shall we go?"

Selene finished her food at the same time as Saerus did. “Yes, that would be wonderful.” she said as she got up.

They got to walk up, and headed towards the lower stairs, and Saerus paid in cash as he left the restaraunt. "Just wait." He said. "I need to use the bathroom."
The Transylvania

“Okay, I have to use it too.” she said as she headed to the ladies restroom. A few minutes later, she came out of there and waited.

Saerus emerged from the other end of the hallway, and gestured her to exit the door, as he followed suite. Immediately, as they exited, an entire room of photographers, reporters and cameramen, bombarded their space with questions and motives. "Oh my god." He said, shaking his head in disbelief. "You have to be kidding me."

The reporters were interested, that such a lonesome political power had finally accepted a woman. "Sir, who is this woman?" They asked, where as he replied, "No comment." They continued their questions.

"Is she from around here?"
"What's up with her hair?"
"Is this your first date?"
"Any future plans?"
"Can we get a kiss for the news?"

Saerus had given the same answer, a repusively bland 'no comment', but he never moved from his spot. "You want to go?" He asked Selene.

Selene smiled as they walked out, she did love cameras. I’m not going to saying anything. she told herself in her mind. She posed for a couple of pictures and looked over at Saerus.

“They got some good pictures, we can go now.” she said.

26-08-2005, 21:37
"That was wierd." He said, as he gestured her to get into his car. The photographers still followed, but Saerus took out his gun, and they backed off slowly, but slow enough to give them the needed time to leave.

"We'll go to the Endless Pit. It's a big collesseum. It's a very nice place to watch." He said, as the car rammed out of the driveway.
The Transylvania

“It not weird, if you think about it.” she said as the car took off. “They have never seen you with a unmarried woman, so this has got the going nuts.”

“I want to know, who took them we were here.” she said. "But somebody is going to figure out my name."

“Cool.” she said about the coliseum.

"I don't know." Saerus chuckled softly. "If I did, then they'll be sorry." He pulled into a large driveway, and went into the back of the stage of the massive glass arena. "I've fought here only once. I got my ass kicked really bad." He sighed, as he got out of the car.
The Transylvania
26-08-2005, 22:03
“It is not going to be that bad.” she said. “They will only find out I’m royalty.” Then it hit her as the word royalty came out of her mouth, “Oh, that is bad.” she said.

“Who did you fight?” she asked.
Jenrak
26-08-2005, 22:08
"Arcarum." He replied. "Let's go in." He gestured to the entrance, and entered the theatre arena.

“Oh...I see.” she said as they walked inside. Selene looked around and saw…
Jenrak
26-08-2005, 22:16
A glistening cheering crowd of people, watching as a pair of fighters smash their way into each, ramming brutality against their bones, their faces smeared in blood, the giant pedestals with great stone pillars, and massive seats in a cool air. "Let's go." Saerus gestured to a pair of empty seats near the end. "Vira comes here all the time, so I'm footing the bill to him for this." He reached out his hand, and pulled Selene through the cheering crowd towards their seats.
The Transylvania

“Aren’t you a cool person?” said Selene. “Footing the bill on somebody else. I love that.” She followed Saerus to their seats. Selene looked around before taking her seat, “Don’t see anything photographers.“ she said.
Jenrak
26-08-2005, 22:25
"Good." Saerus spoke, and he looked at the fighters battle in the ring. "That man has taken a huge flawful mistake. He lunged when it wa not neccessary to do so. He could have swung the other direction. He wouldn't have been made vulnerable."
The Transylvania
26-08-2005, 22:33
Selene watched the fighters, “If that fight was in a battlefield, that man would have been killed.” she said.

“I would have swung like I did not know how to fight to made the other person think they had a upper hand.” she started. “Then make him my bitch and put him on his back.”

“I hope Khaldun or Jibade don’t find out that they can fight here.” she said. “They are famous in the Blood Fights back in the Dominion.”
Jenrak
26-08-2005, 22:44
"Heh. Well the prospect of no killing might get them a little angry."
The Transylvania
26-08-2005, 22:50
“I don’t think so, they can't kill anybody in the Blood Fights.” said Selene. “But it would be fun to see them in battle against one of those fighters.”
Jenrak
26-08-2005, 22:59
"Well, whatever happens, will happen." He said. "That man has no chance of winning." He pointed to a tall, powerfully built man, against a swift, agile smaller man. "He has no chance."
The Transylvania
26-08-2005, 23:01
“I see, being bigger does not mean you will win.” she said. “You have to use your brain.”
Jenrak
26-08-2005, 23:04
"No, it's not that." Saerus watched closer, and they sparred on, his eyes looking and darting from shot to shot. "Now watch this." He pointed to the smaller man, as he leaped up and smashed the taller man's head directly into the ground, the man completely unconscious in a single blow. "He's been using that routine for every single fight so far. I'd like to fight him and see how he's doing it."
The Transylvania
26-08-2005, 23:07
“Oh…I see now.” said Selene. “He looks like a monkey when he did that.”

“You want to fight him, well maybe you can do it tonight.” she said.

26-08-2005, 23:16
"Good idea. I'll have to change the fights. I'll see you later." He waved off, and headed towards the booth.

After the match, the usual announcer had changed his routine. "Ladies and Gentlemen, a special request by the Gold Patriarch Saerus Annirak has expresed interest and challenges the previous fighter to have a duel in the arena."

Saerus entered the arena, unarmoured, with a dirty brown rag covering his shoulders. He had a gleaming look of content, a look of concentration on his face. "I hold no ill thoughts towards you, I merely find you a very interesting fighter. The best to both of us." He nodded, and the fighter did not reply.

Finally, after a small silence, an arrogant, "I'll show you." was all he said, before the bell rung and he lunged at Saerus, fist outstretched towards his temple.

Saerus did not move from his position, he moved his hand unnaturally quick to the fist, and crushed his hand. "You are using the black hammer technique. Interesting." He knelt down beside the paining fighter. "I thought you had something special." He whispered in his ear, before a darkened, imperial voice filled his head.

Lift your fingers and stretch your hand out and place your force on the ball of your left palm. As strange as it seemed, there was no way it would do any more harm, since the man was already incapable of retaliating. Saerus listened to the instructions, and the men flew into the other end of the arena, his body smashed into a stone wall. "Who was that?" Saerus asked the voice in his head.

You know who I am. I am connected to you when I awoke you again.

"Cirnaaar." Saerus smiled, and he left the ring, as the people cheered him on.

Selene watched Saerus walked into the arena. Why is in that? she asked herself. Then the fight started, the monkey fighter jumped at her champion. In one move her champion dropped the monkey man.

Then what happen next, surprised her. Now, that was weird. she asked herself. She got up and started cheering Saerus’s name like the others.

"You want to go?" Saerus asked her, as a battallion of photographers and cameras came upon them, all asking for the same things as before in the restaraunt. "Okay let's go. This is odd."
The Transylvania
26-08-2005, 23:54
“Yeah, this is odd.” said Selene. “I don’t get this type of madness in the Dominion.” She looked for the nearest exit, “Yes, let’s go.” she said.
