SkyCapt

Good to be back. After 7 days of no internet, I've had plenty of time to think this over. It's good to be back!
After much voting, thinking, and deciding, the Republic of SkyCapt has become the Incorporated States of SkyCapt, and we hope this move will help us in economics, industry, and other areas. The people of SkyCapt are also hopeful, some more hopeful than the government itself. Along with this move, parts of the Navy, Air Force, and Ground Forces of SkyCapt are being reorganized, and all units currently deployed, with the exception of those stationed in former Algeristan, are being recalled for rest, replenishing of numbers, and reorganizing. The SkyCapt Military has decided to keep these changes secret, but only for a while, or at least they hope so. Also, the current Commander of SkyCapt's armed forces, Commander Halifax, is retiring, and is being replaced by the newly promoted Commander Pierce, former General of the First Army. That is all.
Jim Narsh, President of the newly formed Incorporated States of SkyCapt
