My nation's special forces program is underway..there is a problem though. These men need training from a more powerful nation. I am willing to spend a substancial amount of money on this program, especially if my men are trained exceptionally well. Please help out.

What forms of training are you looking for?
There are many different types of special forces, ranging from Anti-Terror, to serving as cadre for insurrectionist forces, to assassinations and terror tactics.
