The newly-crowned Emperor of the Realm, Thyreaoth, smiled. He now had all power within his nation, and there were none to gainsay him. The common people saw him as a hero, and the powerful saw him as an ally.
He was remobilising the Fleet, as an action to take against the snowballing rebellion against his rule, which now encompassed six planets, and four systems. He impatiently tapped on his viewpad, as the information he needed arrived.

He was angry, now, as he did not have sufficient resources to carry out attacks on all the Rebel systems, and they did not seem amenable to peace. He had mobilised a fleet sufficient to defend three of those systems, and now it seemed he would have to split it.

He quickly divided that into four, and decided to send a quarter off to each planet. The rebels were equally likely to strike anywhere, but it was likely that they would not attack Tereth first, as it was valuable, and likely to be well-defended.

He sighed. The Rebels had a fleet twice that size, but he couldn't afford to lose another world...
One day later, Tereth
A rag-tag fleet split a hole in what was, and moved towards Tereth...
The Realm Fleet had just arrived, and was refueling, when the rebels entered the system... Suddenly, a MIU was created (Preventing messages), and the fleet had no option but to fight...
A single fighter left the MIU boundaries, and began to transmit a short message. "System under attack by Rebels. Help requested."
The two fleets edged around each other... This was standard tactics between Realm fleets, as the battle began with scanner wars, attempting to block their scanning, and find out as much as you can about the enemy..
