The ancient people of Avaria were a tribal society which formed under kings occasionally. Their people were nomadic mostly, but some of them formed into larger groups forming small towns and villages. Their mostly ride horses into battle and the nomadic members of their people raise quite a few horses and gather others from the many wild herds of horses.
