The UNA is pushing forwards its efforts in world peace and humanitarian aid by today announcing it is offering help to all nations who need it.
Any country that fulfils these criteria will be eligible for our help:
1) You are not attacking any other nation.
2) Your civilians either need support for any reason in the way of food, clothing, shelter etc..
3)You are being attacked by another nation.*
*This does not have to be fulfilled
We also can send in a peacekeeping force for any nation currently under attack. We will attempt peacefully to stop the attack, and bring about some sort of an agreement. We will also while in your country help with policing and participate in peacekeeping duties, protecting civilians from conflict and providing aid.
We have already done this in regions such as Algeristan, teamed with our allies, NAM. We sent in NAM-UNA forces to peacekeep and protect citizens, they are as I speak still within the area. We also succesfully released 12337 prisoners out of 12400 (the others were there for criminal offences) held during the regime for being either homosexuals, prostitutes, human rights activists, communists, socialists, trade unionists, anarchists or any other 'infidel' that Algeristan deemed worthy of execution.
We also successfully located, with the help of other nations, during this war, a number of Letokian people who had been held captive in Algeristan.
If you comply with our conditions, either one and two, or one and three, or all of them, please get in contact with us. We can help!

We would greatly like this, and thank you for your support.
If you are interested, would you like to be a supporter of the UNA, and help us in future efforts? We would require that you help in the protection of our nations if attacked (not happened yet, touch wood). In return we would help secure peace for your nation, or treat you like our own and help you out during wartime (as long as you are not the attacker).
Are you interested?

Leafanistan has deployed a full medical unit to Algeristan, we have a severe fallout situation, at least half the island has been covered with radioactive dust. We need more doctors, our army personnel can't handle it. We have wired 30 billion US to help pay for more medical supplies, hurry.

I am not sure if you aware, but I am a member of this terrorist attack. NAM-UNA peacekeeping forces are deployed within the area, and as soon as we have supplies together, a ship will be escorted into the area. We thank you for your money, which will greatly help us in getting these supplies. We are also bringing a civilian medical team of 1,000.
We are sorry we cannot spare more medical staff. We will be equipped with things to deal with burns injuries, and other primary injuries associated with nuclear blasts. Food, clothes and tents will also be supplied.
We have been gathering these for some time. Expect the medical staff to leave within a day, and the supplies within three.

We are aware, we know that all our collective medical personnel are overwhelmed, seeing as you are an international agency, you can round up more people from different countries than we can.

12-08-2005, 18:59
This does appaear an option, but I am afraid we are not internationally known as of yet. We are severly limited in the number of countries we can draw upon. We have the UNA members and the NAM if we must draw on them. We are in need of help ourselves, or we can't do much.
This is as good a time as any to ask: Would any nation be willing to help the UNA in its humanitarian efforts by supplying resources to use? We would be very grateful.

These generously donated doctors will be deployed to the current warzone in Algeristan also. We thank you for these, which will become very handy. They will be protected as all civilians are as best we can by NAM-UNA forces within the region.

Re: Aid
As the acting authority in Algeristan, I would like to personally thank both of you for your kind and generous donations. The country has been devastated by a series of nuclear blasts, with over half the country suffering from fallout, and radiation sickness running rampant. We are slowly making progress, though, and your contributions will only help to alleviate the suffering of the Algeristani people and bring peace and stability back to a war-torn nation. Again, many thanks.
Respectfully,

Hello, on behalf of the Mikitivity Rote Kreuz, I'm asking that any humanitarian aid organizations that have resources consider donating those resources to the growing crisis in the former nation of American Federalist, located in the International Democratic Union.
http://s10.invisionfree.com/IDU/index.php?showtopic=278
For over a month now the citizens of that former government have been in a state of complete anarchy, following the dissolution of the government. Armed militas have been targeting former citizens of American Federalist, thus leading to instability in neighboring Domnonia and Keeslandia. The IDU nations have responded by sending in military aid to both Domnonia and Keeslandia as well as the former American Federalist. Plans are underway, under the mediation of Yuunli, Baranxtu, and Domnonia, for a new government to be established ... however thousands of refugees are without homes or food.
This would be an excellent chance to simply send food and medical supplies to the region. The nations of Quentoni, Datagensis, and Mikitivity can assist with the transportation of the supplies. Some of these supplies will be sent to American Federalist, and bordering Keeslandia and Domnonia. Other supplies will be sent to Malabra and Baranxtu, which are providing sanctuary to refugees. Mikitivity, Groot Gouda, and Grosseschnauzer have already sent medical experts and reconstruction teams, to American Federalist, but Malabra and Baranxtu can still use help in these areas as well.

UNA has decided on a plan to help this devastated area. Your situation is dire, and this place is in need of help.
We are gathering food, blankets and clothing for the area, which will be sent via plane. We will fly low and drop the items out of the back or a cargo plane at an airstrip. We will also, being sent now, send two hundred humanitarian aid workers, who will help distribute the supplies. However, we request protection for these civilian workers while they are there.
The UNA hopes that your situation be resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible.

We would also like to remind our friends at UNA-NAM that they may withdraw their peacekeepers from Algeristan and reassign them to American Federalist to help maintain order while they transition to a new government. We believe that we have the security issues of Algeristan under control, so feel free to reassign your troops, if you wish, as you see fit.
[OOC: Obviously, your troops can stay if you want them to, but what my IC guy is suggesting is that they could use the troops more than we could. *shrug* Up to you.]

We would rather stay in the region for a little while longer, but we shall soon withdraw. We also feel the situation is under control.
We thank you for your alliance during the operation, which has been a great success (apart from certain terrorists not behaving well and causing general disruption). Their main purpose will be to distribute the aid efficiently, which will arrive soon.
We would like your advice also as to where best to distribute these supplies.

Very well, your troops may remain. We were and still are glad to support UNA-NAM in their effort to help rebuild Algeristan, and we will always regard Muesilania and UNA-NAM as friends. As for the matter of supplies, we feel that some supplies should be distributed to Basra and the surrounding areas, and the remainder be distributed to villages, towns, and cities near the sites of the Algeristani missile silos.

You are most welcome. I know that you would do the same for Moses Land if our positions were reversed.
I'm sending over 100,000 bottles of anti-radiation meds. Each bottle has 50 pills. Take one every 24 hours to reduce the effects.
We are sorry we don't have any more, but as they are made, we will ship them.

On behalf of the nations of the International Democratic Union, I'd like to first express our thanks for your timely aid, and second assure your government that your aid workers will be protected by IDU military forces. Furthermore, pursuant to the "Good Samaritan Laws (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/Good_Samaritan_Laws)" resolution (#76), any foreign aid workers also will enjoy limited, though liberal, legal immunities. Essentially, they'd be assured of having the all legal protection that the Mikitivity Office of International Affairs can offer, which naturally means ... my staff will be there to protect them. ;)

But I wanted to point out that in addition to military protection, legal protection is there as well. :)
There is nothing worse than the people you helped months from ago claiming damages because your volunteers spilled hot coffee on their rescue dogs. ;)

The Democratic Republic of Thalako is a little country, we dont have a lot of money and we cant support with many elements. But we can support humaniray aid and a little army of 15.000 soldiers for protect the people of UNA. We can send U$ 5,000,000 dolars to the UNA , is not much, but for my country is very money.

We cannot put our thanks into words, but seeing it be used effectively will be good.
