Two emissaries walked into the 10790 capital, demanding an audiance with Big Brother II. They bore for him a stern message:

According to the terms of the peace The Federal Republic of Bonstock and other nations have put forward, 10790 is not allowed to make war on any nation without our explicit permission. This war against KKK is therefore unjustified. If your 'war' continues, it will be considered a treaty violation, and will be answered by continued reprisals against the populace of 10790. Remember that it is the good graces of the glorious Harald, son of Gustav and lord of all Bonstocknians, that has allowed you to keep your lives so far, especially you, Big Brother. At this point, your nation is to submit to Coalition occupation, and your armies are to be all but completely disbanded and security and foreign affairs responsibilities for your country will be given to the Coalition of Occupying Nations.

On discovery of this situation, I have sent the Titans III and IV to hold geo-sync orbit over 10790 and will begin imidate rail-run bombardment if said nation becomes hostile to any collition members or the KKK. They are in-route from LEO and will arrive on station in 4 hours 32 minutes 12 seconds.

We here at Braxis VI, (Region Esher, Planet Frulegur) have been keeping a close eye on the events that Nation 10790 seem to be in the centre of over the last few days. This nation seems to declare war on every nation it dislikes or thinks they can take with ease. We do not condone these actions one little bit, and now with our completed space fleet, feel that we can lend a helping hand.

Braxis VI officially sides with the Nations against 10790's ongoing war efforts, and the passive spacecraft Peacekeeper, (And three Rexx Shield Generators) is being sent to work out peace negotiations.

As the good ship Peacekeeper draws nearer, it begins to pick up the array of threats and promises between the many nations down on ground level. Commander Ali O Han dutifully sends out wideband broadcasts to the following nations inviting them to sit in the negotiation room within the Peacekeeper's body.

The Lone Alliance (Disbanding from the situation, but still important)
Frozopia (Attempting to overtake the Bonstocknian invasion force)
Bonstock (Occupying the 10790 Capital and invading the land)
10790 (Being invaded, and yet still trying to declare war on the KKK)

We believe these to be the four most relevant nations in the current events, and thus would like to invite you all to use Peacekeeper as neutral ground for discussing a peaceful solution. Transport will be provided in a neutral landing zone if all four nations attend. Nation leaders and a maximum of two armed guards will be allowed to attend.

Seeing as all peace negotiations thusfar have crumbled, we think this is extremely important. Rexx Shield Generators have been deployed to prevent Peacekeeper from being blown out of the sky by any trigger-happy forces.

While we are not combatants, we request permission to attend the talks in order to help coordinate relief to the citizens of the nations affected in this war, particularly those of 10790. We would like to help them rebuild their economy for peace, not war. However, we will also send moniters to make sure 10790 does not violate the terms of the peace treaty, what ever they may be. If they do, we will attack.

Please allow us to help all sides reach an understanding and recovery.

Thankyou for your concern, it's very much appreciated and refreshing to see neutral nations lend a helping hand to nations who have suffered war losses, though we don't feel that a peace-negotional meeting would be the right place for your support. We can only suggest you instead notify nation 10790 about the help you wish to provide over a telegram.
