'lo,
For all you out there that like to design your own naval vessels, but don't or can't draw pics for them, this is for you!
I'm willing to draw pictures for them, lineart, i mean. This is for ships only. If you wish, please tell me basic details of it, eg were stuff is placed: i also need to know it's draught+length.
One at a time please. These things take a while.

When you say 'ships', do you just mean standard Ameri-Briti-Russian grey 'n' white plain ships, or are you willing to add in a little... culture to the designs?

Ah..depends on what you mean by culture.

Well I have nothing planned just yet, just asking. Just a few decorative aspects really. A modern ship, but with an old fashioned look is one way to describe it. Wouldn't be drastically different in design to current naval vessels, and would function the same, but it'd just be a little different from a cosmetic point of view. I'm still working on specifics at the moment though, so don't worry about it. It just dawned on me a few days ago that my nation doesn't actually have any statistics beyond what's on its NS page, so I've started looking at their military forces.

Perhaps you would be willing to come up with a lineart for my Vigilant-class refit (http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=9366615&postcount=1)?

If I knew what the hell that meant...
and Sarzonia, I could do one but it wouldn't be big or anything, mainly cos i'm at work on my own SD (1001 metres) atm.

SF, SciFi, I need a design for my Super-Dreadnoughts, and I saw this and IO was all like "Hey, maybe he can come up with something for me."

Jawohl, approximately the size of an ISD, but nothing like it in shape.

Whohoo! Now I can finally get pics for my ships!
Anyways, my first ship would be my Imperivm-class Invasion Dreadnought (actualy designed by Sarzonia as a favor to me).
Imperivm-class Invasion Dreadnaught
Length: 959 m; Beam: 192 m; Draft: 21 m
Displacement: 2.78 million tons full load
Armament: 2 x 3 25 inch ETC guns (A & Y positions); 2 x 1 12 inch mortars (B & X positions); 8 x 8 inch naval railguns port and starboard; 16 x SAM launchers; 40 x CIWS, 25x super cavitating CIWS guns
Protection: 1,100 mm-1,400 mm advanced armour composite. Double-bottomed, reinforced keel with void spaces. Hardened crossbeams installed across bulkheads. EMP hardened, protection against nuclear, biological and chemical attacks.
Aircraft: 30 large transport helicopters; 16 VTOL transports; 24 VTOL fighters; 12 ELINT aircraft
Propulsion: Eight Pebblebed nuclear reactors; four internalised waterjets. 31,4 knots.
Complement: 6,800 plus 15,000 troops or 5,000 troops and 150 amphibious assault vehicles, 8 LCACs in troop bay (similar to amphibious carriers)
Electronics: Jericho System, NRS-5 MFR and NRS-109 navigational radars; PS-1T passive towed array and DMS-5 dual-mode mounted digital sonar array; A/P Mounted Sonar: AS-94 active/passive, preformed beam, digital sonar providing panoramic echo ranging and panoramic (DIMUS) passive surveillance.
Price: 230 billion
The Imperivm-class transport dreadnaught is designed to deliver division-sized combat forces and equipment to combat theatres and provide strong protection for combat troops. With six 25 inch main guns, the ship can also provide excellent fire support and self-defence against large enemy warships.

As discussed on MSN, here's that smaller ship for you to start with,
Conquest-class Trimaran ASW frigate
The Conquest-class frigate completes the new Doomingslandian Naval forces by providing a powerful counter to submerged threats. With ASROC launchers, it can also serve as a devastating opponent to surface ships and its 4.5 inch gun allows it to perform a variety of roles. It is among the best-protected frigates serving in the world’s navies today, and its design allows it to withstand missiles that would put many other frigates into the depths.
Length: 147 m; Beam: 29 m; Draft: 8.6 m
Displacement: 8,960 tons full
Armament: 1 x 4.5 inch ETMAS gun in A position; 2 x ASROC launchers in B & Y positions; 2 x 48 cell Mk. 41 VLS; 4 x 21 inch TT; 8 x CIWS, 4x Supercavitating CIWS
Protection: 4.5 inch-5.5 inch advanced armor composite;
double-bottomed, reinforced keel with void spaces. Hardened crossbeams installed across bulkheads.
Propulsion: Four gas turbines, two shafts. 100,000 shp. 38 knots.
Aircraft: Space for two ASW helicopters.
Complement: 179
Electronics: Jericho System Uplink, NRS-5 MFR and NRS-109 navigational radars; PS-1T passive towed array and DMS-5 dual-mode mounted digital sonar array; A/P Mounted Sonar: AS-94 active/passive, preformed beam, digital sonar providing panoramic echo ranging and panoramic (DIMUS) passive surveillance.

Ok by me, better than anything I could do I'm sure.
Medusa class Super-Dreadnought:
A long blunt cylinder, with twin "hammerheads" at each end, running along each flank are banks of missile turrets and energy weapons(20 energy, 30 missile), along the top and bottom are quad-missile batteries, and heavy energy mounts, ten energy, twenty missile, it is approxiamtely 2 miles long, and half that in height and width. That enough to get a good image of it in your mind?

Would you be willing to do a Kazeci Super Cruiser (FT)? It is described in this link.

Hogsweat, form my personal records, could you edit a pic of your Type 442 to one without radar, and a twin barreled 155 mm gun in the front? Wider Turret, of course. Of course, the dazzler paint scheme would be appreciated too.
