"This morning a number of Top Secret Documents dated between 20-5years old were accidently released to the public by staff of the controversial Second General of the Army.
The Rotovian Intelligence Organization is investigating. Amoung the documents is a plan to invade Holy Palooney which appears to have been abandoned due to high casualty estimates as early as 4 years ago"

Why aren't we surprised? | Statement
"How expectable from the unstable and illegal government of Rotovia to 'accidently' release a set of dummy plans to invade us. Haven't you learned from the mistakes made by all the fools who thought they had the nerve and knowledge to invade Holy Panooly? We know for a fact these plans are nothing but scams, to fill the minds of others with false hope. There have never been plans like these, all of them are fake. Any military headquarters must know their plan is the most absurd ever thought out. Nobody could make their way through our nation the way presented on the leaked documents.
