Announcement
Albert William Tate, director for manufacturing in Braxis VI literally minutes ago announced the completion and deployment of a number of space-bound ships. Though details are fuzzy at the moment we do have released images of each of the new ships ranging from five-seater transport shuttles to the expansive multi-bayed command ship. A total of seven ships have been built over the last 17 years in separate space construction-bays orbiting around our planet, Frulegur. Seeing their silhouettes across the brightness of the sky has almost become an everyday occurrence. (None of the following ships are for sale)

--

Command Ships
Bloodraider (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v241/Grimmie/Braxis/CSBloodraider.jpg) is the largest ship within the construction project. Its purpose will be to direct and defend all other ships within major operations. With its gargantuan shield generator in the vertical pod handing from the main body, the ship is extremely well defended. Information on the ships armaments is scarce at the moment but we have been able to identify at least two railgun turrets upon its visible side. These are turrets, which can launch a long metal projectile at hypersonic speeds through space by the use of two powerful electromagnets. They are usually used as armour piercing rounds.

Battle Ships
Tempest (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v241/Grimmie/Braxis/BSTempest.jpg) was the first Battle Ship to be completed. It looks far different to all of the other Braxian ships but is arguably the most powerful. The two long arrays act as a long-range radar, which allows this Battle Ship extra functionality as a heavily-armoured scout. The long construct sticking out from the body of the ship is still unidentified but is rumoured to be some sort of energy gathering device or a targeting system, details are still unclear at the time of this broadcast. Confirmed however, are the four heavy projectile turrets and two long range howitzers fitted to the main body - The tempest is also fitted with large rechargeable plasma-shield generators. Records show these shields were purchased from the "Green Sun" nation.

Matriarch and Splinter (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v241/Grimmie/Braxis/BSMatriarchandSplinterOBPounder.jpg) look almost identical to their big sister, the Command Ship Bloodraider, but are in fact only half its size. These two twinned ships will likely act as the mainstay for the Braxian fleet till smaller frigate-class ships are produced which will eventually be able to dock within these two capital Battle Ships. Alongside these ships we can see the Orbital Bombardment cannon "Pounder". This will act as an area-effect cannon to disengage large amounts of enemy troops, buildings or facilities. We're told the beam it uses can also act as a precision weapon to take out individual targets with an accuracy of 3.5 metres.

Support Ships
Peacekeeper (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v241/Grimmie/Braxis/SSPeacekeeper.jpg) is a non-aggressive ship designed especially to negotiate ceasefires with space-bound installations, repair Braxian and allied ships, and evacuate allied troops and citizens from war zones. Its only armament is the array of electronic warfare platforms upon its underside and the ships bays which will be able to hold smaller frigate class ships when made available.

Troop Carriers
Tangent (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v241/Grimmie/Braxis/TCTangent.jpg) is the first Troop Carrier to roll of the production line with a further 19 to follow in its wake. Twin railguns sit either side of the ship to act as defence, whilst the interior is equipped with 15 troop bays, each supporting 100 Troops. Designed primarily to ferry troops from one region of Frulegur to another, or to a nearby planet the Tangent is small, cheap and effective.

Shield Generators
The technology used to create the Rexx (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v241/Grimmie/Braxis/SGRexx.jpg) is simply staggering. The small support platform not only surrounds itself in two different types of energy shield (Reflection and Absorption) but can also supply up to eight capital ships with similar shielding. An interesting feature is that these shields can be layered, swapped, decreased in one area to compensate for an area of a ship that is taking extra damage and recharged all at once, for all ships its providing for. The Rexx is also fitted with a Warp Scrambler, which will force all ships within its 150Km Serving area to stay in the battlefield. Several Rexx platforms can be stowed away in larger ships and deployed as needed.

Other ships
The sleek design of the Ambassadorial Ship Longspear (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v241/Grimmie/Braxis/ASLongspear.jpg) means that it can travel just as fast, with its sixteen fusion engines, in atmosphere as it can in space. Fitted with a Jumpdrive and a Micro-Warpdrive the Longspear can travel immense distances with a blink of an eye. Unfortunately the Longspear has but five seats in total, just three of them intended for use by passengers. What it lacks in size, the ship makes up in speed, avoiding combat areas and sentries altogether by zipping past them in a stream of stable particles. It is armed with one minor beam-laser concealed by the nosecone.

We hope this newscast has cleared up a lot of questions you may have had about the construction of these ships around the planet Frulegur. They are now being moved to their respective spaceports and stations for docking and storage.

Many thanks for your support and interest in our budding fleet. Rest assured that more details on the smaller ships currently in procution will be released soon. The one ship we're currently considering for commercial deployment is the Rexx Shield Generator, what are your opinions on this? Do you believe such a ship would be in much demand?

Thankyou once again,
June Peacelove - Trade secretary.

(Response.)

Well, having been in the service my self, I can say with some assurance, that ships as capable as that will be well received by your own service men and women. I don't want to reminisce, but I can tell you how having a ship such as that would have come in handy on many occasions.

As for commercially marketing the vessel, my own analysts tell me that there aren't many fleets that we know of with such a ship, so in short, go for it.

(OOC: I don't actually know how a ship like that would sell here in II, but my response is the same as above. Go for it. :) .)

Announcement
Yet further ships can now be added to the ever-growing list of Braxian spacecraft ready for deployment. Albert William Tate, director for manufacturing last night unveiled the next few ships that have been completed as prototypes and passed the 100 step quality test. We must stress once again that not one of these ships is ready for retail, and possibly will never be.

Frigates
The long awaited frigates have just rolled off the production line, and the fist to be seen is the Imp (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v241/Grimmie/Braxis/FRImp.jpg). An array of complex ion engines line the backside of the ship, giving it far superior speed than any of the other ships, matched only by the speedy Longspear. Its purpose is small strikes in great numbers against other enemy frigates, used in dog fighting situations. We've only been able to confirm the fixture of but two beam lasers on either side.

The second ship to be revealed was the interestingly shaped Talon (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v241/Grimmie/Braxis/FRTalon.jpg) Frigate. The two long beams sticking from its body allow for better detection of enemy ships, and with this the Talon acts as a small transportable radar, excellent for scouting missions. The option to fit up to four electronic warfare bays compensates for its limited weaponry systems. Electronic warfare can be anything from missile-diverting beams to radiating plasma bombs, designed to melt surrounding ships systems in a matter of minutes.

Heavy Frigates
Nimrod (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v241/Grimmie/Braxis/HvyFRNimrod.jpg) is about the same size as the Tangent Troop Carrier ship and is the only ship thus far to carry rocket launchers. Explosive, piercing and plasma rockets can be loaded into the bays, along with a single torpedo, designed to take out permanent space installations. The Nimrod is used mainly for strikes on larger ships. Nimrods unfortunately are relatively slow, and should be backed up with smaller ships such as two or three Imps.

The Torrasque (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v241/Grimmie/Braxis/HvyFRTorrasque.jpg) is designed to take out large ships with its complex matrix of beam lasers and railguns, each stripping and piercing heavy armour from capital ships with great ease. Its many engines also make it an excellent siege runner, delivering well-placed shots and then exiting the scene within the space of a minute.

Special Operation Frigates
The Assassin (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v241/Grimmie/Braxis/SpecOpFRAssassin.jpg) ship has long been rumoured to be in production. Its weapon systems are completely unknown, the manufacturing sector not revealing a single secret about its internal workings apart from this heavily censored image. We can see two turrets of some description on its wingtips, and the pointed object upon the front look like some sort of pylons. The ship is made to take out singular important targets, hence its name.

Support Ships
The second Support Ship, and neighbour to the Peacekeeper is the Scarab (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v241/Grimmie/Braxis/SSScarab.jpg). Far far smaller, this ship is made to accompany smaller fleets comprised of frigates. It serves the same purpose of refuelling, repairing and negotiation but in a smaller package. The scarab however is fitted with four panels on its lower side, which can generate a high powered static orb, rumoured to be able to disrupt enemy electronic systems nearby if a fleet runs into trouble.

We hope to see you too, it's been a long and painful few years in making these collossal ships and finishing all of their internal works, but it's been worth it in the end.

Thankyou for your interest,
Albert William Tate, Director for manufacturing.
