Rebuilding Algeristan is a bitch as it is; I'd rather not have to worry about the specter of nuclear war too.

The 1st NTF was being sent to the former country of Algeristan to monitor the situation, and provide support for SkyCapts allies and the troops they currently had in there, which amounted to 100...

It had been many long months since the devastation of Algeristan. Halberdgardian and coalition forces had been toiling long and hard to bring some sort of semblance back to the country, but results were mixed. Basra was recovering; the Leafanistani-supplied bacteria had worked spectacularly in decontaminating that area, and Halberdgardian Army Corps of Engineers had made equally impressive gains in rebuilding the city. Basra had, for all intents and purposes, been revived. The mountain areas that were hit by the Letokian weapons, however, were a different story. Even the resilient Leafanistani bacteria was having difficulties in the heavily irradiated area, and progress was slow. Leafanistani soldiers, despite their gene resequencing and NBC protection, were still suffering badly from the radiation in that area. Those men and women were universally respected by the Halberdgardians who witnessed them going straight into the heart of the contaminated regions, where all others feared to tread. The decontamination of the mountain regions would take time, but once finished, Algeristan would be mostly back to normal again.

OOC: I cannot attack him until he threatens my nation in any way, but if he attacks an ally, threatens to attack an ally, or makes another hostile move, I can place a blockade on his nation. From there, the entier arsonel of 1250 Nuclear Missiles is on red alert on our subs.

This is basically because my nation doesn't hold much in the center of Algeristan and all we lost was an APC and 6 people at the nuclear site, it had broken down and was waiting for a pickup-chopper.

Men from Delta and Bravo squadrons walked aroudn the city, with no apperent destination. Some were missing their equipments packs, some had their vests and outer shirts unbuttoned and open, but all were alert, looking around the city's demolished buildings, all with their Assault Carbines with the safety switched off, and every muzzled pointed in a different direction. They were on patrol, and all had their gas masks in their bags, since they were headed for the countryside...

Suddenly, an engine blew up, and the LMF's fuselage encasing the remains of the engine shattered, giving no chance for the pilot to set off his beacon. He hit the ejection button, and his seat rocketed upwards, and the pilot felt like he was goign to melt right there in his seat. The parachute flew out over him, and he descended into the dark seas, illuminated only by the moon and the carrier's lights. A rescue raft appeared, bringing the pilot back. All the other jets took off without incident, and headed for Algeristan...

Leafanistani soldiers were sickened, many had started to develop tumours, doctors were referred to as "Snip agents", slicing or snipping off a tumour and sending the soldier on his/her way. Many became sterile, the ultimate insult to a people influenced heavily by eastern and Nietzschein teachings. Leafanistan quickly mandated that all soldiers deposit eggs or sperm in case of radiation sickness to make sure they can have healthy children.

Several C-17 Cargo plans stood on the runways, there massive frames were being loaded with tons and tons of Food aid and medical supplies bound for Leafanistan to help the people there recover the nuclear attack. For several days now horrific images had been broadcast over Animarnia News Networks about the tragic atrocity

“Come on you dirty Apes” yelled a CO as soldiers wheeled crate after crate onto the C-17’s the Engines creating a shrill Whining as they were “running hot” for immediate take off as soon as they were fully loaded.

“Where’s this stuff going anyway?” asked one of the soldiers as he secured the last crate on one of the mammoth planes; “Leafanistan” Replied another.

“Shit? The place that got nuked?” replied a third.

“Can the crap!” the CO ordered as the C-17’s Massive Rear hanger door started to close and the engines powered up the first C-17 began its Taxi to the runway, positioning itself ready for take off. The C-17’s Jet exhausts flared brilliantly against the night sky as the cargo carrier thrust forward along the runway gracefully taking to the sky in a matter of seconds its engine howling proudly, it was the first of many to take off than night.

I was on vacation, but apparently Letokia Nuked Algeristan, devastating it and was at war with Halberdgardia, Leafy, and whoever else was there.

Seriously, though, I think Animarnia's mixed up. Leafanistan did NOT get nuked, he's just the principal organizer of decontamination efforts in the areas of Algeristan that were nuked by Letokia. I think Animarnia saw all of Leaf's posts on his men working on decontaminating the nuked areas in the mountains and thought it was Leafanistani territory. It is not.

Arabanistan, I made those bio/chem purchases because I decided I wanted alternatives to nuclear weapons, and possibly for future covert applications. I would dearly like to stop your secret-IC attempts at getting WMDs, but I have to respect the whole "TOP SECRET" thing. Unless you want me to intercept fragments of a transmission or something.

OOC: Well, technically, I am, as I control about 99.9% of the country (assuming Leaf's city and McKagan's city somehow comprise .1% of the country), but I understand your goodwill, and I won't trouble you with technicalities.

You are being directed to the airport because it is best equipped to handle the procurement and distribution of the supplies you are delivering. These supplies will be distributed in a fair and just manner. If you doubt this, ask our ally Muesilania about our track record in this country.
