Carmen Sandiego Interest/Signup thread

Yes, you heard right, all you nostalgic people! After the major crappy fiasco that is my Chronoskimmer thread, I decided to, for all intents and purposes, restart it. But now, there is a common goal: Find out Where in the Universe is Carmen Sandiego, and bring her to justice!
Here are the rules:
1. There can only be ONE person from each nation. I will obviously be the exception as the thread starter, but everyone else will follow that rule to the letter.
2. NO ARMIES! Carmen will provide that army (VILE henchmen and robots) to slow down the goody gumshoes while she pilfers the Pillars of Athens. But nobody else can bring in more than their character.
3. I shall remind you that Carmen is one of the greatest criminals in the multiverse. She will disguise herself, pull out any sort of gadget to escape us, and generally worm her way out of trouble. To catch her, therefore, will require very good RPing. Don't come crying to me if she escapes your elaborate traps, because I will merely say "I told you so".
4. This will be a mystery/detective RP. Therefore, the only weapons allowed are what detectives normally carry (pistols, etc).
5. There will be a limited number of good guys and bad guys. Once I close this thread, it's closed for good.
Finally, here are the factions:
ACME Detective Agency (Interstellar Branch)
Jeremy Nottingham (Coreworlds)
Mithical Princaq-Bolvaco (Ageaol)
Demetrius Corcoran (The Transylvania)
Nienna Súrion (Draconis Nightcrawlis)
V.I.L.E. Criminal Organization
Carmen Sandiego (Coreworlds)
Dominic Cavendish (Gilligus)
Boris Netts (Xanthal)
Note: V.I.L.E. Henchmen and -women will have puns as their names and a related field to the pun.
Once a good number signs up, I will start the RP.

Well, I don't want exceedingly powerful weapons. But I must reiterate that you are detectives and will not carry anything larger or more powerful than blaster pistols or your nation's equivalent.

Hey CW, I would like to do this and you want us to have nothing powerful then a blaster pistol. So, I have somebody that have pistols.
Name: Demetrius Corcoran
Age: 21 years old
Gender: Male
Hair: Black
Eyes: Green
Height: 5 feet 12 inches
Weight: 198 pounds
Weapons: Two Beretta 93R automatic pistols
Brief background: Demetrius is a former soldier of the Transylvanian Army. He was a member of the 10th Rayse Tigers. He joined the army because his father was a loyal Dominion soldier. Demetrius didn't like the army. So only after four years in the army, he could leave it. So, that is what he did. He saw Belmont in a bar one day and ordered him a drink. They became friends after that.

Yeah, it'd be quite useful to apprehend the henchmen

Exactly the reason I wanted to beable to have one because shooting a henchman once, hopefully, renders them unconcious and they can be dragged away for interogation.
Well other then the fact I'm obsessed with zat'ni'katels of course :D

Name: Dominic Cavendish
Age: 61 years old
Gender: Male
Hair: Long, Salt & Pepper
Eyes: Blue
Height: 6 feet 4 inches
Weight: 210 pounds
Weapons: (2) Ruger P97D .45 ACP Caliber Pistols
Background: Dominic is a former member of the Gilligus's Bureau of International Intelligence. Late in his career, he was assigned to a mission involving an elderly woman and a rubber chicken, the motive of which he did not understand. His position on the matter led to his defection from the service, after which he became a rougue boat captain, importing illegal goods for an underground Capitalist party. After being caught twice in the act, he was imprisoned and reassigned to 10 years of military duty. He quickly gained respect for his craftiness and marksmanship, but once again deserted his post, this time because of a conflict with a superior involving the questionable contents of a cup of coffee. He is now working once again in the BII, albeit only to fill his probation requirements, and is on constant GPS tracking to ensure that he doesn't defect yet again. If lost from GPS contact, he is to be considered armed, dangerous, and possibly looney.

Good, bad, either way is cool with me. What will I be, a bodyguard/henchman type?
OOC; You will be leading a squad to steal some stuff for your red-coated Boss.
Name: Boris Netts.
Species: human.
Age (Earth years): thirty-six.
Gender: male.
Hair: dark brown.
Eyes: dark blue.
Height: one hundred sixty centimeters.
Weight: seventy-eight kilograms.
Special abilities: Strong intuition, keen senses.
Weapons: smoke grenades and a vintage six-shot revolver.
Brief background:
A native of Trasnia VI, Boris was raised by the government after his parents were killed by a pack of lions on Earth while vacationing in Africa. He left his country at the age of twenty, and wandered the galaxy for five years, building up a long list of crimes and enemies, before meeting Carmen Sandiego herself on a station orbiting Neptune. The half-day he spent with her he was so impressed that he at once joined V.I.L.E. and has served dutifully under its mysterious leader, though he has rarely seen her after that first encounter, ever since.
He is not much at combat, but compensates with his remarkable ability to evade pursuit and capture. He is not hesitant to use others as pawns to secure his own well-being, and with equal skill takes advantage of people and his environment. With keen senses and an impressively accurate intuition, his service of V.I.L.E. has been primarily in the realms of intelligence-gathering and thievery of lightly-guarded items. Though he carries a revolver, he has never been known to use it in all his time working for Sandiego. When cornered, he prefers to use smoke grenades as distractions and to cover his escapes.
Remarkably, despite being suspected of over two hundred felony thefts of items and information in ninty nations, the law has yet to capture him or even see his face. Boris is fluent in Galactic Standard, though he speaks it with a noticable Mirfakan accent, and wears a classic tan brimmed hat and trenchcoat, giving him an almost-nostalgic dangerous air. Not much is publicly known about his true loyalties, but deep insiders know him to be impressed to the point of obsession with his leader's skill, and fiercely loyal to Sandiego herself. He seems to be relatively neutral, and in cases disdainful, of his peers in the higher ranks of the organization, though he never challenges anyone. When he is placed in charge of squads however, his subordinates become pawns to him. It is rare for more than half of those placed under his command to survive the operation, though he himself always comes back and has an almost-perfect mission success record.
Though Boris boasts an impressive rap sheet, he is viewed by most authorities as a minor power and a low priority in V.I.L.E.'s top ranks. He prefers it that way, and keeps a low profile. His most marked difference from his leader is his caution. He never leaves traces or clues, and keeps his ego at a healthy size. Because of his discreet way of operating, he is often ignored in the many hunts for V.I.L.E.'s leaders launched by national and international organizations. Indeed, few outside V.I.L.E.'s top ranks even know of his true status in the top circles of the organization. The Ghost, as he is known by some, is a mystery even to those few investigators who know his true status and hunt him most doggedly. Not having left so much as a clear shoeprint in eleven years, when he is not working he roams public places freely, no one knowing the man they see as anything but a short, portly gentleman with an easy smile and a taste for wine and cigars.
