Basically this thread is a Dratherian screw-up. This thread takes place in a system outside the Halo Zone of the Ultima Segmentum. There 19 years ago a transport crashed and the only survivor was 4 year-old Primarch who was specially developed to be the ultimate Primarch in Psionics. He had to adapt to the freezing climate of the planet quickly and his psionic abilities adapted to the weather making it so he could manipulate the moisture around him causing it to freeze or boil or anything in between. He was supposed to be physically weak for this accomplishment but he had to become stronger and is so just not naturally. His gene-seed creates Psykers 70% of the time. So for all you 40K RPers this is a good chance to get genetic material for a cool chapter. This thread will start in two to three days. It'll be a cool thread if y'all wanna join if not I guess I'll just say screw it and integrate him into my Legions.
So yeah everyone should have at least one main character and can have a force but not much over 3000 soldiers. And no 1000 ship fleets keep them down to a minimum for ur forces.
