OOC: this is the IC thread. I decided to start already, so people could join us on the way. I thought of this when i was on vacation. why not let people take a tour round my country? it would make a usefull addition to my factbook (Which noone reads, actually) and I could explain what is currently going on. on the way to our destinations and on our destinations people can ask something they want to know. The RP will be in Van Luxemburg with it's expanded areas, which means that the map and surface at the factbook is outdated, but i will update it soon. remember, Van Luxemburg is europe in island-form, and Moscow is the most east point of van Luxemburg.

The palace of the Grand Duke
"So, how is our Tourist business doing?" the Grand Duke looked up from behind his newspaper at his Minister of Tourism, Ullrich Manner.
"Bad, sir, except for the occasional flight from a foreign country, but that wouldn't make more than 500 passengers, sadly. within our borders people are travelling more than ever, but that doesn't makes more money than it costs." the minister answered with a sad face.
"Oh, then I think it is time to start a Widespread campaign. I'll send a letter to all countries of the world and ask them to send representatives for their countries to make a trip to the most beautiful part of our country, the provinces of Nederland, Belgique, Luxembourg, France, Deutschland, Schweiz, Oesterreich and Italia. maybe we will visit the other provinces, but I think not."
"And were will we stay? how will we travel?"
"The Representatives will be picked up by a VanLuxAir Jet, a Dassault 900, from their country they will be flown to Luxembourg-Findel Intl. and will take a tour through Luxembourg by Bus. they will visit the government building, my palace and one of the many banks here, I think the Dexia. we will spend the two nights here at Hotel Grand-Ducale *****. then we will travel over one of the H-Highspeed roads in cars that have a high topspeed. I was thinking of the BMW M5, but we will talk about that later. we will go through Germany, drive to the Schweiz and visit the Gotthard enwidening project. we will stop at the Schweizerhof ***** in Luzern for the night and the following day. then we will drive on to the Reggiona Italia and enter Tuscany. we will make a short stop at Pisa and drive further to Oesterreich, for a visit to the Palace of the Grand Duke there, and stay overnight. we will then go skiing and the day after those lessons we will visit the 310th division in Innsbruck, for a demonstration. those are Alpine troops and well-trained. the representatives will see several safety measures and vehicles at the base before stepping on the train for a visit to Paris, were the National security is located. they will see the capabilities of our police force, customs, counterterrorism operatives and other safety troops. after this, they will make a visit to the Navyharbour in Toulon, to see the Navy of van Luxemburg and they will make a short trip with the Nimes-class Patrol frigate VLS Montescudaio after they have visited the cruise ship VLS Koen. if not mentioned, the representatives will stay in a 5-Star hotel, but the night after the visit of Toulon, the representatives stay aboard the VLS [I]Koen for two days, for a cruise along the southwest of Van Luxemburg. after that, we will go back to Innsbruck to visit the Zillertal, for a stay at Komfortcamping Aufenfeld, to show how a normal Van Luxemburger enjoys his holiday. the Representatives will get "Polar" Caravans when they arrive in Toulon, from where they will travel to the Zillertal. after that, the representatives can travel freely through the country for two weeks, before the cars have to be back in Luxembourg. from there, it's there choice if they go back or stay here, but they are then viewed as normal tourists, okay? send a letter to all the nations about this, with the program."
"ofcourse sir, immediately" the minister went out the door to send the message, while the Grand Duke took a sip of his tea and read on.
