"After many years of voided diplomatic contact between Holy panooly and the rest of the (free) world, we hereby announce a reestablished platform of diplomacy. Embassies will not yet be rented to foreign states, for now we will focus on laying a foundation - brittle as it is - for a new diplomatic era. Nations, both ancient and modern are welcome to visit Holy panooly, land of the eternal jungles, endless paradise beaches and home to one of the most cultured nations of the globe. We pride ourselves in the protection of our national heritage, the rain forests and the perseverance of our most unique culture. We all know Holy panooly is a breeding ground for international terrorism and world wide networks of organised piracy, but due to the structural lack of funding and our lingering economy we are unable to battle these hazards. You can help! Diplomacy is the key in solving such issues, training and teaching are key factors in ridding beautiful Holy panooly from these people.
